I bought a graphite wallet and a "graphite" key ring from normest-store.com and there is no where on the website to locate a return address and they are not answering my questions..namely I want an address and a refund for buyiny two cheap products. One person emailed me back from ******************************* and said the airtags do not come with the 2 products I bought....I asked for a return not airtags. This transaction was on 5/3/23. On April 12, 2023 I ordered a product from this company. At the top of their website they advertise hassle-free returns but there is NO WAY TO RETURN the product. Once receiving the product about a week after ordering, I tried to return it but their return feature on their website does not work. I submitted two contact forms requesting assistance with my return and have yet to receive a response. Many people have complained about this company FALSELY CLAIMING SOMEONE CAN RETURN A PRODUCT. My order number is N22-105168. Their website is still operational with the same return claims and should be shut down as this is a scam. I would still like a refund.Initial Complaint

I purchased a wallet from this company online. Their website says ****** free returns which was one of the reasons I purchased the item. When it arrived, after over two weeks, the quality of the item was poor. It is very flimsy and not well made. I went to their site to return it and it says I cant return it until their website updates the status to delivered which could take up to 2 weeks. It has now been almost a month, and 5 attempts to contact them through the online form on their site, and it still shows the status as fulfilled with no option to initiate a return as described in the *** area of their site. There is no number to call and no one has gotten back to me, and the window for returns is 45 days. I dont want them to come back and say I missed the window when Ive been trying to contact them throughout.Initial Complaint

Normest advertises that they have a warranty on their product. After considering the product I purchased two of a leather wallet. I ordered 2 wallets on 02/18/2023. They were delivered on 03/02/2023. The website states no-hassle returns. The policy states the Order History needs to read delivered before a return can be processed. That status never changes. There is no customer service to call. I used the Contact Form to request a return and refund for one of the wallets a week ago and have received no response. I have just found numerous similar complaints on Trustpilot about the lack of customer service and ********************** possibly being a sham company.Initial Complaint

Placed on order on 1/23/23 for one of the Normest wallets. Received confirmation that order was received, when it shipped, and a tracking number. I received the item on 2/8/23. Once opening the package I determined it was not what I expected. I went back to the site to initiate a return. The site instructed that you may have to wait **** days for the delivered status to link up with the Return System. The tracking shows delivered but on the order it still reflects Fulfilled. The return policy is below:OUR RETURN & REFUND POLICY All items shipped from Normest store can be returned within 45 days after delivery (meaning when you received your order). Further details to your case can be found below. Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.If you would like to start a return or exchange request of your non-defective unused item(s), please follow the steps below. RETURN REQUEST You can start a return request by logging in to your Online Account ??, or creating a new one using the same email used for your purchase, after that, select the item(s) you would like to return. NOTE:In general, a customer may be able to initiate a return for an order after the order status has been updated to "Delivered". It is possible that it may take between 7 to 14 days for the Return System to sync after the order status has been updated to "Delivered" depending on the shipping method and the location of the customer.I have sent messages through their directed process explaining my inability to execute a return but have received no correspondence from them. On November 11, 2022 I ordered a product from this company. At the top of their website they advertise hassle-free returns but there is NO WAY TO RETURN the product. Then I tried a contact form and never received a response. I continued to request a return every week or two weeks with no response. This is my second attempt at submitting a complaint to the BBB because I heard nothing back from my initial complaint. I made a purchase on 1/4, I attempted to make a return after waiting the required 14 days after delivery and there is not an option in my account to begin a return. Purchased a wallet online. Website promises hassle-free returns, but offers no ability/way to actually return a purchased product. CONTACT US, chat tools and emails -- are not answered. An FAQ article claims that it takes **** days for the order to change to "delivered" at which point the item can be returned via the website. That never happens. There is no phone number to call. Clearly this business down not have an actually policy of accepting/processing returns -- so the advertising is fraudulent and the business is not trustworthy.
