    I purchased an air tag wallet through thier on line website on 1/7/23. Around 1/27, received a note from the post office that I had a package with unpaid postage. It was the Normest wallet. I paid the postage and picked it up. The wallet was not made of leather as the website stated. I decided to return it. I followed instructions on the website for return but they lead to an unclickable softkey and dead end. I contacted them 3 times through thier on-line portal on thier website. No response. After searching in *******, I can not find any other way to contact Normest for help with a return. I know I have been scammed. The photos below show my:-email confirmation of order. -Email confirmation of shipped -Email that it arrives at ******** post office. ***** did not deliver due to postage due)-Their Refund policy -My order info on website (website)-Dead-end on order page, nothing to click to start a return -Normest Contact us page -evidence that I have have messaged them (thier canned response pop-up that I snapped a picture of).     I placed an order on Dec 6, 2022 and received my order on Dec 28, 2022. I have been trying to return the item ever since following their instructions, however there is no return option in my online account, as they claim. Furthermore, the chat function appears to be non-functional, they won't respond to emails and the links on their website do not work to submit a form and contact them. The entire thing appears to be a scam to prevent returns/refunds.

    On December 7, 2022 I ordered a wallet from Normest as a Christmas gift for my husband. (Order N22-47609, Tracking #: YT2234421272006894) It was "50% off" with a total cost of $66.10. I was not afraid to make the purchase because their website, on the homepage says "Free Shipping, Hassle-Free Returns", Lifetime Warranty on products, and has lots of good reviews posted. However, when I received the item, two days before Christmas, I was very disappointed to find a product that did not match the quality they promised or that was displayed on the website. My husband agreed, so I told him I would return it and he could pick out a different wallet somewhere else. I logged on to my account to make their "hassle free" return, and in following their step by step instructions to do so, the website went nowhere. I clicked the "Return" button and I got the spinning wheel that never ended. So I went to their contact us information, and low and behold there was absolutely no way to contact them. I tried to reach out through their social media pages as well. No luck. At this point I'm sure this company is a scam, so I try to warn other purchasers by leaving a negative review on their website, and of course it doesn't get posted (hence why there are only positive reviews). I try to warm others on the social media page, and the company deleted the post and blocked me. Now, after the 45 day return window, miraculously the chat feature of the website is working, but I have not gotten a response back after sending a message there.     I ordered a air tag wallet premium leather from them i received the wrong color... I tried filling a return but i can't find the option on their website... They said on their website to wait a few days for the order status to change and then i would be able to return but the option never comes up...I tried to chat with them but i only get automatic response and can't get through to anyone.. there is no email of phone number on their website that i can contact.. i left a review but got no reply as well. Please help!!

    On 11/25/2022, I placed an order (Order N22-32982) on normest-store.com for a wallet. The total price with tax and shipping was $58.27. I received the item on 12/9/2022. Upon receipt of the item, I followed up with customer service on 12/9/2022 to ask about how to use the wallet and received a prompt response on 12/10. I followed up on 12/10 to request information about how to return the item because the product did not meet my expectations. I did not receive a response.I followed up on 12/13/2022, 12/18/2022, and 1/3/2023 seeking assistance with processing a return for the item. I did not receive a response from any of those emails. I also attempted multiple times to process the return online by creating an account with Normest, but the links to initiate a return would not work (as documented in my emails). Their online chat function was not available when I tried to use it online. The company has a 45-day window for returns, which has now passed. I did not receive any follow-up from my 4 emails requesting assistance to timely return the item for a refund. I am requesting a full refund for the purchase. I am still willing to return the item, but need some kind of information as to the process (return label, etc.).

    I paid $64 for a wallet. ****** arrived 1/21 and very disappointed in product. I want to return for a refund. There is no contact numbers or email address to speak to someone. There is a chat feature that is not responding to requests. It says I only have 45 days to return but they are not giving me information how to return and I have no one to contact.

    I ordered a wallet from Normest on Dec 22 through their online store at *****************************************. I received the wallet on 1/9 (drop shipped from *****) and was not happy with the quality and do no not feel the product I received is of the quality that was advertised. Their website advertises a 45 day return policy All items shipped from Normest store can be returned within 45 days after delivery. I have tried to follow the instructions on the website to initiate a return though a Normest Store account, but there is no way to select the product(s) you would like to return. I tried to use their live chat to contact them, which advertises operating hours of 9AM-5PM M-F, but the chat is completely automated and doesnt connect to a customer service agent no matter what options are inputted. I did manage to find an email address by going through every available chat option, *************************************. I have emailed this address requesting a to make a return but have not received a response. At this point I feel like I was scammed. They have hundreds of 5 star reviews on their website, which I feel are 100% fake, since an overwhelming number or reviews of Normest on other websites such as Trust Pilot describe very similar experiences to my own. I have accepted that I was most likely scammed by Normest and paid $86 for a low quality wallet dropshipped from *****, but anything you can do to prevent this from happening to others would be greatly appreciated. Please look into Normest and their shady, fraudulent business practices!

    Purchased two wallets from the NORMEST company (****************************************). I am attempting to return them and cannot find a way to do it from their website (even though I am following their spotty instructions) and also cannot find a way to contact their customer service. Their 'contact us' link tells you to click on a chat icon but there are no chat icons on the site. Their instructions seem to be deliberately deceptive and do not give you a clear way to resolve your return.

    I purchased a wallet on 7 Dec 22, order number N22-47139, Tracking Number: YT2234421272006082. I received the wallet without problem, but it doesn't suit my needs and I want to return it but have been unable to do so. There is no customer support phone number, the chatbot won't let you type in it (except initially), and there is no link in the online order page to print a return label. In short, I could find no way to return the product or even to get ahold of the company. I've disputed the charge with my credit card company, ********* Bank.

    Purchase 4 wallets from Normest to give as Christmas gifts. They did not arrive until January. Have been trying to return them but there is no phone number, address, nor email. They claim to have a RETURN link on your order page but there is no link. Their chat only allows you to put in your order number them refers you to a FAQ page that claims you can contact them but gives no contact info. I've been trying since I received the items to return them.
