    I purchased a wallet from Normest-store.com on 12/9/2022 order # N22-50468. This was for a Christmas gift, but I did not receive the item before Christmas and learned the recipient received another wallet similar. I needed to return the item. The item arrived on 12/29/22 but when I log on to their site, my order page does not have a return option. I found in the FAQ's it can take **** days after the status is changed to delivered for the return option to show up so I kept checking but that time frame has now passed and there is still no return option. I also tried responding to my order email with the question and never received a response. I also tried "chatting" on their website, but that is only a bot that tells me to log in and choose the return option that doesn't exist. I still have the item in its original shipping packaging as I never needed to open it. Please help me get this returned and refunded. Thanks

    The purchase from this vendor was a Christmas present that was placed on their Normest website (****************************************), on December 20th, 2022. I received the item in the mail on January 11th, 2023, however I did not want the gift and told my wife I will just get a refund. They state on their FAQ page that I would need to create an account on their website in order to process a refund, which I did. Once the account is created, I can see my order however there is not an option to process a refund/return. They have a chat feature on their site, however it is automated and does not have a live agent, and once a return or refund is entered into the chat, the chat does not allow any other info to put in. I tried finding a contact number for customer service which does not exist. I went on their ******** and Instagram pages to try and contact them, and those options offer no response. They have removed comments on their socials as well. it seems to avoid customer complaints. The entire process is exhausting, and gets nowhere. They seem to be completely fraudulent, and after researching their company through ****** searches, many people have reviewed them as buyer beware, due to their products being cheap but mainly due to the lack of customer service. It also appears that their business used to be called Nimalist, but must have been changed, I'm figuring due to fraudulent activity. I simply just want to be refunded. I have issued a complaint with my credit card company as well, trying to hopefully seek restitution.

    My wife purchased a wallet from Normest for me for Christmas. It was not as advertised and there is no way to return the item. The website does not include contact information other than an online chat, which is completely unhelpful. We have read many peoples similar complaints online. We simply want to return the wallet and get a refund.

    Ordered . Paid $64 . Received. Didn't like. So tried customer service with no luck to get return authorization. No phone or email listed. Website bosts 45 day hassle free returns but cant get ahold of anyone. Scam

    I ordered a product and it took longer than I was told to arrive. I attempted to contact the company about receiving a refund but they have no way to contact them. As I start researching further, so many other people have the same problem.

    Purchased two wallets as Christmas gifts back in the first week of December 2022. Took several weeks for the product to show up but one of them home was not like the description and we wanted to return it for a different version. We have had no luck utilizing their website or email addresses to process a return. Weve tried reaching them on social media as well. it appears they are only selling the product but not supporting warranties or returns.

    Pls take a look at the company retur/exchange/refund policy.On the website it states they accept returnes once you logged into the account..but actualy nothing is happening after..you are not redirected to go any further.NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND CAN BE MADE!Bassicly after a deeper research looks like many people complain and wrote reviews for the same issue.No responce from the company.I firmly believe the companies doing bussness on internet should be profesional and not spam.We do NOT NEED ANY MORE people to expirience the same issue or exsisting of those ***** of busnesses out there.

    I ordered a wallet from Normest Store in December and received it. No problem with receiving or charges. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a duplicate gift so want to return it. NO WHERE on their website is there a phone number or address. There is a chat icon which does not allow you to 'chat' other than your account info. The returns are supposed to be 'hassle free' but from my perspective they are non-existent!! Is there any way to contact them personally or what can I do to return this $50.00 item I don't need. Thank you for any help or suggestions you can offer.

    I placed an order with this company for a Christmas present for a friend. It arrived late and I no longer wished to give this gift so I want to return it. I have tried contacting the company but they don't list an email or phone number on their site. Their chat function doesn't let you ask any questions or speak to a customer service representative. I've sent a response to the email I received from them and have heard no response. IT claims ****** free returns but the instructions they give you on their website to return an item doesn't work. Ive never even open the product and only desire my money back. Its disturbing that this company gives you no way to contact them.

    On December 12th, 2022, I ordered a wallet as a Christmas present for my husband that was guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. It arrived on December 28th, 2022. This company's website advertises "hassle free" returns, but it is the exact opposite. Their "return" process is a dead end, whether you try to initiate the process through your online account (no return option) or their chat system (a robot that essentially tells you that you're out of luck). I would like a full refund and for this business to be held accountable for their unacceptable and unethical practices.
