      Firstly Ill say I have always had really good experiences with ParkWhiz and Im sure this is a rare occurrence. I initially reached out to Parkwhiz about a refund for a parking lot that was full when I arrived. I sent a picture of my receipt along with my initial email to them. (I am including all of the images and screenshots of the emails in this as well) i got a message back pretty shortly afterwards asking some additional info which I gave right away. I then reached out for a follow up after it had been about 2 weeks and have continued to try to get in touch with them with no response. I finally got two emails back asking about all of the details again. I sent over the screenshots of the original conversation and have yet to get a response yet again.

      I purchased a Parkwhiz parking ticket for an event I was attending in ****** on 11/26/22. Upon entry into the garage, there was a sign posted on the scanner that read Not for Parkwhiz. There was no other place to scan the parking ticket I was issued. Upon exiting the ******** had to pay a 2nd time. I contacted support about this issue and requested a refund for having to pay twice for the same parking. They requested documents, both receipts and a copy of my credit card statement showing my 1st ticket was paid. I have submitted the required documentation days ago and now I am not getting response from the company.

      We are sorry for the inconvenience. We have gone ahead and refunded the $16.50 for the unused pass as of 03/12/24. However, as this pass was purchased directly through TicketMaster and not ParkWhiz you will need to wait on processing from them before it hits your account.       On November 24, 2022, I purchased a parking ticket for the Tennessee Vols Football at ********** to valet park at the Marriott located on ************, however all roads were blocked.       REc'd an email from ParkWhiz, which runs the parking at ********** in ******; it was a coupon with 10% of parking, valid for use through 11/28/2022. Went to use it today and the website for Parkwhiz said "coupon expired". Today is 11/26/2022.

      I used this app to find parking I was 6min away from the location. I paid $47....The app has a button "get gps directions" I used this button to take me to the location. The location is an office building. I drove around in Manhattan traffic looking for ths parking garage. This made me late for my exam and I was not let in, ans I also had to pay for parking in a different garage. There was no way to cancel up to a minute before because my intention was to park in this location. The entrance to the garage is ****************. This is not the location that gps in the app gave me. Now they are refusing me a refund when I never parked in the garage. They offered me a $30 credit which isn't the full amount I paid. I also requested to have just the $30 refunded to me because I no longer would like to use the app. That request was also refused. I also used the app last yr and when I used the gps option it lead me to that garage with no problem. Why would I assume that this wouldnt be the case with this garage.

      I tried to pay for parking by scanning QR code at lot three times . Credit cards rejected each time. I wrote for help but did not get a quick answer. I finally went into nearest place downloaded app and paid by credit card in app. The only lot listed within a mile was a few hundred feet away as I was from my car. This is an unfamiliar city so I paid. Found an 83 dollar ticket on my car along with literally every other car on this lot. Total scam to have a lot but no way to pay. I complained but they said sorry. It is different lot operator. Total scam if no one found a way to avoid ticket in entire lot!

      I am rejecting this response because: it is not saying anything except start over contacting them.  They will try better.  They already have my license plate ******* *****, and my name and a receipt for the money I paid and the night and date in question, so unless they have no financial records at all they can tell me whether I have an outstanding debt to them or not.  In addition people go to the BBB to get resolution to complaints not a response call us and we will try again, that person, company has left.  I have already spent hours on this and I am not willing to start over with some lowly poorly trained customer service agent who started working with them yesterday.  Besides I complained about this right away.  Why it took months to tell me that you cannot help me so I am to start a new complaint process, it is insulting to BBB process, no?

      We have gone ahead and refunded the original booking amount of $9.  While we release those funds immediately, depending on your bank it can take 3-5 days to hit your account.  

      As for the ticket you received - based on a previous reply I see it seems the lot in question was not the lot the booking was purchased at and was a totally different one run by a different operator.  We are sorry for that confusion.

      Additionally for your inconvenience, we have added $30 credit to your account which can be used at any point in the next year.

      I had purchased parking for an event on October 21st. When I arrived to the garage, the door was closed. I pressed the intercom and spoke with someone who said that the garage was closed on Mondays, and he wouldnt let me park. I want a refund for my money. I ended up parking at a meter. ParkWhiz responded and asked for some details, and then, they stopped responding altogether. They will not respond to my emails.

      Booked and pre paid for parking in advance via a Groupon for ************************************************* for World Series Game 1. Parking for event was 20 dollars, my vehicle was a standard size ram **** under 7ft tall with disable veteran tags, per instructions I parked above level 4( I parked on 6B side), in an unreserved space. Parking was for World Series between 4:03pm and 1:03am, or 3 hours after event ended (in the event of extra innings)per parking permit. Parking pass #*********. I parked at around 4:30pm and attempted to exit the garage at 12:30 am following the end of game 1. Parking lot attendant validated my digital pass and parking ticket received at entrance kiosk, but stated there was nothing she could do, if I wanted to leave I must pay an additional **************************************************************** dispute with Parkwhiz or with my bank. Have done both, I contacted my bank immediately, told them I was being forced to pay for something against my will and as part of a parking scam, and NFCU stated it would be flagged, to submit my evidence of the fraud, also done with picture and video evidence, and they will refund my money and seek monetary damages for fraud against Parkwhiz. Contacting BBB to report this fraud/scam of prepaying for event parking at this parking garage, then refusing to allow drivers to leave unless they pay again, with the utilization of a steel barricade and fence to prevent drivers from leaving

      Purchased parking through ParkWhiz for an event. #********* Showed up and the lot was full and no attendant. Called customer service they said they could get me into another lot I showed up to the other lot and it was closed as well. I submitted proof. They said the only other lot I could use would be 20 dollars and I would have to pay more. I asked for a refund at this point and they refused to refund my money. They only provide credit I dont want credit to my account, I want to never use the app again and just get my money back. This company is a scam.

      Here are the Highlights of the issues I had:1. I was charged $11 extra for no reason which I had to pay because they wouldnt give me my car back otherwise 2. The rate outside the parking garage said the parking is $25 for the entire day and I paid $30 to http://parkwhiz.com so obviously I paid more using your app than I would have paid at the garage.3. The manager didnt want to work with me and told me to f*** off and get his money or he keeps my car (his words). He said he had no problems keeping my car until I pay and I had no support from http://parkwhiz.com. Told him I was going to call the police but that angered him more and he started getting aggressive towards my family so I decided to pay the $11 and leave as it wasnt worth our safety.
