      Ive been living in Pangea Real Estate/ CYM LIVING since November 2020. I have put in maintenance requests about the rodents since December 2020 and my apartment was empty. Nothing was done maintenance men acted as if they were covering holes. Ive bought materials and traps ever since *** lived in this apartment. Losing all of my furniture due to mice running and leaving droppings. Ive done everything from peppermint oil trying to cover the holes myself nothing has worked and Pangea has not fixed the issue. My newest property manager who is 4th one Ive had since living here since November 2020 I informed her of the problem and she tried to act as if I was the problem for the unit when the maintenance men she sent did not cover all the holes I instructed them needed cover. She has been very nonchalant and not helpful at all. I contacted her in February 2023 about breaking my lease or asking can she move me to a new unit she told me no I can just break my lease, no help for the cause at all. Fast forward to May 2023, I contacted Pangea/CYM LIVING again and my property manager and told them I will be breaking my lease and now theyre saying I will have to pay to break my lease even though they DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM. My property manager has been nothing but rude and I will be seeking legal action with the evidence I do have. Do not rent from Pangea/CYM LIVING. Theyre horrible and dont even want to help the residents that live within these buildings.

      Ive gone about trying to pay my rent on 3 different occasions because my WIPS account was not working for me to pay it in stores. I got turned away all 3 times. The first time no one was there. The second time I was told they could not accept the payment. The third time I was told I needed to make an appointment. Now I had an appointment for today April 29th I arrived an hour late because I take the bus. And I was told I couldnt come inside to make it and that she was busy and had other clients but no one seemed to be there. I got home called trying to talk to someone and the same lady ******* told me the same thing that I could not pay it and would have to wait til monday resulting in my balance increasing. Mind you this is an eviction that Im trying to avoid. On top of not even having my mailbox keys to my unit so I have missed countless letters of any notification until I started receiving phone calls and the letter that mistakenly got put in my neighbors box that she was so kind to bring to me. I am not a horrible tenant and *** taken several attempts to do the right thing but no one wants to accept the payment

      In September 2022 I ******************** received a unknown wrongful filed eviction in my name with a unprofessional Landlord. I signed a lease with pangea apartments along with *****************. We paid our security deposit and first month rent and was expected to pick up the keys to our unit before October 1, 2022 move in date. The day before move in I reached out to Pangea apartments because they never reached out to me regarding my keys. It was at that moment after switching over my utilities bills to the new address they informed me it was a eviction filed on my name and I was no longer able to rent blocking ******* March and ***************** from pangea rental application. They mailed me my security deposit and fees. I reached out for help immediately after having all my things packed and no where to live. In my previous case #******** the approval manager wrote me back and said if the eviction has been removed please submit documents for review to the ************* ******* March and ***************** can be unblocked and rent from pangea . I provided all of this information and as of today's date April 2023 I'm homeless. All I'm asking is for ******************** and ***************** to be able to rent from pangea apartments and our name be cleared as stated previously in October 2022

      No application fee if applying at the Open House. Please bring a government-issued ID and proof of income (60 days) to apply.All potential residents 18+ must fill out an application. I filled the application out at open house application fee was applied as zero and still had to pay a hundred dollars I want my money back. Me and my son was mentally disabled and he was feeling scared and did not want to move in and I want to the office to get my money back and the worker was screaming and yelling at me no. The workers are prisoners and kidnapped me when I was little and beat and abused me I don't want to be there and I want my money.

It was advertised that we waive the application fee at time of approval. ********************************* cancelled her application, when applicatioons are cancelled the application fee is non-refundable. We understand issues arise and there can be miscommunication. We will refund the fees and mail them to the address we have on file.

      I moved into Pangea real estate apartment and ********** ******** ***************************, 2022 I had to move out by February 1 due to medical health issues which I spoke to the manager. I payed Januarys rent. They told me I had to move out by February 1 to get my security deposit as of now April 9 I have not received my security deposit I spoke to the manager she said at my security deposit which I gave a medical note from the doctor saying that I cant live by myself, I have to move out. My security deposit was refunded on February 14,2023.to someone other then me. I called the manager several times and she said she will look into we she get in the office. That was a month ago now Im not getting a response back.my deposit was 1410.00I moved out January 30,2023..with no damage to the apartment

      I have been a resident at the Pangea Cedars for over 10 years. My lease is up for renewal and to my surprise, this years increase is over ******. I don't mind an increase in rent, but that seem to be quite much. Last year my increase was only *****, nothing has changed with my living situation. I don't think this increase is fair, my apartment has not been rehabbed at all. I need new windows in the kitchen and master bedroom. I have plastic over my bedroom window trying to keep some of the air out, my stove and refrigerator, and kitchen cabinets need some work. Last year when I signed my lease l was advised that I would get new windows, that hasn't happen yet. I don't think its fair to have an increase of such a large amount, when my apartment hasn't been brought up to code or rehabbed as the others ones have. With the increase of rent nothing has been mention are said about doing some upgrade to my apartment. I love where I live and don't feel that its fair to me to have such an outrages increase. I have tired numerous to time to reach out to the zone lead but have not had no success. I love my apartment and I'm hoping we can come to some type of solutions to get the issue resolved.       I applied to move with a rental property and was denied due to an unknown balance I wasn't made aware of when I lived at the property back in 2017. I've attempted to contact the management company but to no avail. Being that this incident occurred so long ago I don't have any of my records to help prove I don't owe a balance. I was given a document from the property manager as their "proof of balance". I advised him that the signature on the document isn't my signature nor is the name spelling on the document is correct. I'm asking to dispute this matter so I'm able to move as I'm currently homeless. I have moved 4 other times since renting at the location that wasn't under Pangea's management and was never denied for rental until now.

      They have been very unprofessional with simply processing my application. I had added a Co applicant that paid but when pangea received my application i was told to make another payment. when i didnt have that option in the first place if i was to make another payment. i then decided to remove my co applicant because of the many issues i was having on my end. im six months pregnant and very urgent to move so i didnt need another hold up. i was told it should only take one day to remove my co applicant and then my application would be processed. they then told me to have my co applicant apply to them so he could be removed out of their system. after a week and a half of waiting to hear back from the company. so my application was never processed because they wanted their extra money for someone who wouldnt live with them in the first place. im very very very upset with them and is still in the process of trying to move somewhere thats more professional
