      I was scheduled by Door Dash to pick up an order at this location. I waited at the front counter for over 25 minutes, and was not helped. I had employees look at me and look away, when I would try and get their attention. I then walked back to one of the employees, nicely and asked "would you be able to tell me if this order is ready for pickup, the customer has called an complained to me a few times already". He then said "WHAO YOU CANNOT BE BACK HERE". The other employees, which had ear buds in, then began to call me ********** and threated to "beat my ass". Mind you I was trying to be polite and help a door dash customer receive their order. I asked for a manager, and they refused to get me one, or give me one of their names. There were 3 that were yelling at me, two African American males, and one African American female. I deliver for door dash to donate proceeds to the boys and girls club in ***************. I do this on my free time, and certianly do not deserve to be treated this way or be called politically incorrect names out loud, for your guest in the lobby to hear. I'm a business owner, and would be extremely shocked and upset to hear that one or multiple of my employees treated a customer this way. Corporate needs to make management step up at this location. Nearly a 2 star review on ******* Additionally when I told the Door Dash customer about what happened, her response was "yeah that sounds about right". DO BETTER **********.

      I went to this location for a medium fry, but to my surprise I noticed on the menu board that there was a new item peanut butter crunch mcflurry, so before I placed my order I asked the person on the speak if the ice cream machine was working.Please keep in mind that my arrival time was around 2:30am I was greeted around 2:35am I was told to hold after asking my question, and the person on the speaker did not come back to the speaker until about 2:45am. The person on the speaker then stated "machines are broken down at 1am every night." I then procced to tell the person "Dang, you kept me on hold all that time to tell me that." He then stated well you don't have to be so smart, and I do not have to serve you." I then proceed to say "Yes, you do" he then stated "well, I am not bye." I then pulled around to the window to ask for the name and the store number of the person so that I could make a complaint with corporation I asked the person at the window who was the person who took my order he then smiled stepped back and a guy with a headset and a manager shirt said it was him I just said can I have your name and store number he continue to cut me off saying he not giving me anything and that I can keep it moving I told him that I was not moving until he gave me the info he decline and locked the window and played loud rap music and told the perosn inside the store that b**** can sit out there all night long after i stated i would sit in drive thru until next crew comes in and I can get the store number and everyone working that shift to report the incident

      My son went to Mcdonald's to get something for himself as well as for me and he order from the kiosk usually we order off of Door dash but he wanted to get some fresh air now he placed and order and one of things he order was frappe much to his surprise an employee blurted out who order this and then asked him to come here because there was a sign which he did not see up in the store after that this employee started to talk about him along with other co workers in front of other customers who they got to participate in a discussion about my son saying he can not read and reading is fundamental all because he didnt see the sign i wouldnt have expected this kind of thing to go on in such a place it really traumatized my son who already is dealing with some depression and ptsd and we did make a report then the supervisor was nasty when i called back to follow up about the incident like its ok this type of thing its was not professional to say the least and makes a person not want to go to a place with such poor customer service that my son had to experience

      You know I use to love to go to McDonald's but when you are short staffed and locking the doors at 8 pm that's ridiculous the McDonald's in *************** is going to lose there business if they keep that up getting mad I saw that employee locking the doors and I couldn't even go put the door is straighten up a complaint I don't care what that manager said about being short handed hire new help better yet build another McDonald's in *************** then ??????

      I ordered through the app. When I got to the window they were out of an item I had ordered and paid for it. They refuse to refund it to me. They refused to compensate with a light price item. I've made nearly a dozen attempts to receive my refund no one has ever contacted me back. The store owner has never contacted me. It has been nearly two months now.

      Too bad I can't upload proof. Anyways, McDonalds at ******************************************************, not sure why it's not listed when search for it on here so I had to post the addy in here. Moving on, McDonalds at that address has never gotten an order right for me. About a month ago, I ordered a mobile curbside order. First off, there was one car in the entire parking lot. It was not busy. Tell me why it took almost 10 minutes for them to get it to me. Secondly, the order was wrong. Ok fine, whatever. The time after that, wrong again. Tried to find contact info. Tried to find store number but couldn't as I didn't get a receipt. Found email, emailed. Nothing. A couple days later, still nothing. Sent a message through ********* They post a link that leads to, you guessed it, nothing. I tell **** that the limk isnt cirrect. They read it but dont reply. By now, its about horrible customer service. Tell me why that particular store is hiding their store number. Went again, order was messed up AGAIN. Anyways, told the girl thank you. What did she do? She starts yelling and running towards friend. Not yelling at me but her friend. Not a single word to me. Went one more time but went thru the drive thru for the purpose of getting a paper receipt for the store number. I now have the store number so they will hear from me immediately after I leave this site. I'm not stopping until something is done. We don't yell at friends in customers' face. That store is a hot mess of some of the worst customer service ever.

      They have horrible service and especially customer service! I sent a message about a complaint and all I got was rude attitude! They always say their ice cream machine is down. Do not go here!

      They use ******* to provide customer support but i havent had a single reply in 7 months. The ******* page says 7 days a week support and this is just a straight up lie at this point of its been 7 almost 8 months with no respnse whatsoever

      I have ordered many times from the app at this location. Multiple times they cannot find my order even though I have my receipt showing the order. The guy collecting money even said he saw the order but it disappeared. Management doesn't seem to care and just gave me attitude. They told me to cancel the order and try again. You cannot cancel the order in the app and I was already charged. Do not visit this location. Drive to another mcdonalds.

      McDonald's is getting worse and worse. For one my fries are never close to being full, now I've notice all the fountain drink's are only filled 1 1/2 from the top. Over the millions and millions of customers they have they are s******* them over and making millions of it. Even the 1/4 pounder is much thinner. Must be using meat with a lot more fat content. Time to contact the BBB.
