      Got home my i was missing my hash browns got ham instead of sausage went back the next day a manger asked did i call them. I said no them the manger said if i did not call them there was nothing the could do. No refund no replacement not even a sorry.

      If I could give them zero stars I would. The manager refused to wait on my husband. She said loudly she was not going to wait on him on front of the employees and other customers embarrassing him. This is due to the fact that we called and wanted our money back because for the 4th or fifth time someone thought it would funny to put extra onion and heavy mustard and ketchup on my sandwiches because I always order my sandwiches without onion and light mustard and ketchup. At the time we ate McDonald's two or three times a week and only on this managers shift was the food old and made incorrectly in spite I feel. We were polite about it even considering we ha called and complained once before and the manager was rude she did refund our money after showing her all of the food including drinks and napkins where there. We didn't go back for around a month because of the incident and when my husband did decide to give it another shot bc we have loved McDonald's since we were kids the manager announces to the whole restaurant that she refuses to wait on him. My husband turned and left humiliated hungry and disrespected. Now we will never go to our McDonald's which was our favorite restaurant because of the most unprofessional, rude manager I have ever witnessed and some rude people on the grill that thought it would be cute to mess up my order on purpose bc that seemed funnier then making my food correctly. I am extremely upset about not being able to go to my favorite place to eat because of some unprofessional just mean employees.

      They should not receive gold star period. The complaint is for the McDonalds in ******* ** *****. MCD-**-11584. They are thieves. I placed an $125.01 order for pickup. This order was through their app. Not Door Dash or Uber or any of food delivery apps. Arrived to pickup to find out they gave my order to Door Dash. They refused to remake the order or refund my money say*** the bank has to refund they dont do refunds. Rude employees. At the time of the call I thought the person I was speak*** with, who said he was assistant manager, said I would have to speak to the manager an call back the next day for a refund. I asked why they couldnt remake the order an he called me an f-*** b****

      I should not hit a star at all since every single time I go to this McDonald's they either get my order wrong, telling me they cant serve no one, they have attitude, very rude, will not assist anyone who needs help, or do not clean their hands properly. I'm so sick of this business completely.

      On August 15, 2023, around 7:15 AM, I visited this McDonald's branch for breakfast. My order was straightforward: 2 sausage and egg McMuffins and a large orange juice. Regrettably, for the second time in the last four weeks, my order was incorrect. I received 2 sausage ********* and a large orange juice instead, not what I had ordered.My efforts to resolve these issues directly with the staff have been met with disappointment. When I raised the issue at the drive-thru window, I received an unfriendly response from the employee who assisted me. Despite her verbal confirmation of my correct order, I still received the wrong items. This is particularly frustrating as this has happened twice in the last month at this specific location.As someone who frequently dines at McDonald's, I have rarely encountered such issues at other branches. Unfortunately, my repeated experiences at the ********, ** location have fallen well below the service standard I expect from McDonald's as a ******* attempted to contact the store managers or owners, but my efforts were in vain. I even filed a complaint (Complaint ID: ********* with the Better Business Bureau, but I have not received any response from McDonald's regarding this matter.It's disheartening to think that this particular branch might be prioritizing profit over customer satisfaction. In light of these issues, I kindly request potential customers to be cautious when visiting this McDonald's location. Hopefully, by sharing my experiences, it will encourage them to exercise discretion.If these concerns are not addressed satisfactorily, I will have no choice but to continue sharing my experiences to inform others about the subpar service at this specific McDonald's branch.

      You spend money on their app, then they tell you their system went down, so they cannot complete your order, and then they make it almost impossible to get a refund. They tell you it will take 5 to 15 days to hit your account, so you forget about it, and they never give you a refund. Clearly, they are in the better business bureau's pocket since they have an A+ rating somehow. This is a big shady business at its finest. Stealing from the poor and giving to the rich.

      Ive gone to this McDonalds multiple times. Dont understand how you can put onions on a cheeseburger that says no onions and hid them in the middle!!! What if someone was allergic. Its pointless to even call to complain because they dont care

      I would not even give them a star. I did a mobile order. I have my confirmation code and my bank statement showing I was charged. The people in the restaurant act like they couldnt help because they dont see the order. I ask for a manager it took 30 minutes to get a manager. The place was so ghetto. No help very rude inconsiderate and inconvenience. Do not go to this McDonalds on OSU campus. I really want to give 0 stars

      If I could give a 0 star review, I would. This is by far the worst location in ******. I have lived close enough to frequent this restaurant often to know the only thing they are good at is consistently wasting time and Messing up orders. Everytime we go here we wait for no reason in the drive thru at least 15 minutes at the speaker. Then still get the wrong order or not all of our order. Then get horrible customer service for asking for the correct food. And the inside of the restaurant is nasty dirty. Any time after 2pm you don't want to go here ever. And the owners/managers don't care. I have never seen a store this bad and have a long record for staying the same without improving.
