      Better hope they dont mess up your order because I promise no one will care or call you back, Ive called multiple times over the last month been promised that someone would call or email me and still cant get anyone to help me. McDonalds has become so disappointing.

      We have ordered from this McDonalds many many times probably over 22. I know how that sounds but when you dont have a vehicle, its more convenient to use a delivery system and almost every single one of those times it was screwed up there were times where we received items that werent even ours. There were moments where there were missing items completely, the staff doesnt wanna do anything the phone is always off the hook so you cant even call to complain Almost every time weve ordered *** asked if they were busy or not and they said no sometimes they were busy and thats understandable but almost every single time the order has been incorrect still the check it has been dried out. I am generally unimpressed with the customer service. We went there too, and it was complete trash, the woman had an attitude and was rude from the get go just dont ever go to this McDonalds

      McDonald's located across the street from ***** Gardens in ***** is scrambling the service from the app so the guest cannot get discounted food. If you are experiencing this please write a complaint with the better business bureau and the we can file a class action suit. They made a promise, that by using the app you will get points for dollars spent and redeem for food. If the app is never working then this is false advertising and can be reported to the **** I was not able to use my points and left very dissatisfied.

      Hands down THE WORST McDonald's I have ever dealt with. Employee attitude is trash. But they turn off all the perks of mcdonalds early. Their ****** information is outdated and incorrect. I've gone multiple times since moving here because I do like McDonald's but **** the service and c*** you have to deal with isn't worth it when there a whataburger and burger king across the street. Ooooo and when you go to put in a complaint they have the website shut off so you can't process one.

      The McDonalds on ****************** ******* ********* is absolutely the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to in my life. I swear if not every time I go there at least every other time they have messed my order up and I go to call back to have it replaced and they have no phone there. So I go there today for breakfast after they messed my order up yesterday morning to speak with a manager, and have my Meal replaced. She asked do I have a receipt I said no, I was asked if I would like a receipt or not. I said no. If this is the case and you are asking someone if they would like a receipt or not it should not be in your policy to have a receipt necessary to get your meal replaced. Ive been asked about the phone, do you guys have a fit here I said? She said no. They are working on it. I asked how my supposed to call back to get my order replace it Im supposed to. How do you supposed to have a business that has no phone in case of an emergency or anything? She then said well youre gonna have to come back later when my big boss is here and talk to him about it. And I said to her this is what I mean every time I come here my orders messed up the customer service ***** nobody cares and now she tells me to leave so she doesnt serve me. Very upset!

      Their app is calculating prices for customized items incorrectly and they are gouging consumers. Example: At my location, a spicy chicken sandwich is 1.99. If you add tomatoes, that's an extra 0.60 per sandwich, adding up to 2.59. No problem.
      However, If you add a second identical sandwich, the checkout price for both would be 6.38, instead of 5.18, meaning the sandwiches are now 3.19 a piece. Adding a third identical sandwich brings the total to 11.37, or 3.79 a piece. A fourth would take the total to 17.56, or 4.39 a piece, and so on. By the time you get to 6, you're paying over 30 dollars, or more than 5.00 per item, around double the advertised price.
      The issue is that the app is adding the total cost of 'add-ons' to each subsequent item in the order, and then retroactively applying the new overcalculated cost to each previously added item.
      I attempted to contact them about this and got a generic corporate reply about bag fees, bottle deposits, and sugar taxes, none of which affect my market, and none of which should affect the advertised price of the item. Double check your orders and if someone from BBB actually reads this, it's probably worth looking into. I'll be in touch with a local consumer group as well. Thanks for your time!

      Showed up at the McDonald's on ********************** in ******* at 10:50pm this evening. Ordered $25 worth of food. A couple Big Macs, 20 piece nuggets, and 2 fries. They said they didn't have that. No further explanation. No description of what they didn't have. Your store pushed away a loyal customer of 42 years and a hefty order. If that's the way you want to run your business so be it. But I expected better.

      Used mobile app to order meal & was in front of **********, ** McDonalds to make sure they got my order. Pulled into the drive-thru only to find out my order was in Canton, **. I had been in Canton, but didnt place the order until I was in Farmington. Talked to worker in ********** who said to call Canton store which I did. They couldnt or wouldnt help me & expected me to come back to Canton to pick up the order. I know I will be back in Canton next week, but they insisted I had to go back 10 miles to get it today. Is there anything that can be done to compensate me for my loss?

      Give incorrect food at drive through, combatant when asked to fix it. Heard employees talking about me when attempting to get correct food. I had to come back twice, by the second time breakfast was over and I was unable to get the correct food.

      Got a McDonald's order delivered, it split everywhere and got to eat nothing. This service is horrific, and the $30 I spent went to waste entirely.The order in talking is #**d0222c and was delivered by DoorDash. Like you guys should figure this kind of stuff out for a billion dollar corporation. It's not that hard.
