      First and most importantly, the negative reviews for this location are 100% accurate. When I came to the bbb site I did not expect the relief of knowing I wasnt the problem. We call this McDonalds, ******* because they havent earned the name. I frequently go to this location because its literally a one minute drive from my dads home, but never again. I could list all of the issues weve had EVERY SINGLE TIME we go here, but Ill leave it to the last. Long story short; Raw burger, took it back, no apology, no empathy, replaced burger, no refund, take it back home, another raw burger. Called the franchise owner, left a voicemail, five days later and still no return call. Called the store, asked for a manager, they said me (lol what?!), explained the situation, again no apology or empathy, they said do you want to come up here and have it replaced again. We kindly declined. Im not happy that I also asked to be refunded for inedible food and the manager danced around it. So were out a meal and money. ****** learned for the 100th time of going to this location. Never again.

      At the McDonalds in *********** ** the price charged did not match the menu board. I was told that they were waiting for the board to be updated. They would not honor the listed price. The staff was not pleasant or understanding when I expressed frustration. A terrible and dishonest experience. It makes me wonder how often Ive been overcharged.

      Ive been to this McDonalds on several occasions at different times and the ice cream machine is always down. Also at night time they turn off all the lights, so one would believe that they are closed.

      Went to buy 25 dollars worth of food and they tried charging me for extra sauce when I wanted 2 with my 6 piece. After calling corporate, the lady said the McDonalds by her doesnt charge for extra so it depends on what the franchise wants to charge. When I asked to speak to the manager, ********, she laughed in my face. I canceled my order and I will never go back there. You lost a daily customer over a sauce packet, congrats. Ill go to ********* where their sauce is free.

      Horrible! When you try to order from the breakfast menu at 4:00am they tell u they are only serving drinks! From 12:00am to around 5:30 am they will only serve drinks! They will also only accept cash at that time because they say there systems are downIf u cant serve breakfast cause your systems are down then how can you serve drinks? Only drinks nothing else. Not fries not hamburger nothing else except drinks! Really horrible place to order food. Never again! They have the worst service I have ever seen.

      They have systemic racism up in their buisness too, thinking people dont know spanish, next time someone says "we don't need white people working here" thinking I don't know what is coming out their mouth, then they have another thing coming. Heres the location of the racist management. *************************************************************************

      Awful, no, just no. Shorted my change, food was cold, burger wasnt assembled, refused to warm or assemble the meal and refused to refund cash paid. This entire experience was while working with the manager *****. I was forced to leave the restaurant empty handed. I promptly drove around back and cut into the drive-thru. The first window refused to help me. I produced my cash receipt at the second window and demanded a refund. ***** initially refused to refund my money. After a short stalemate, she gave me a pile of quarters as change and shorted me a dollar. If youre desperate enough to eat here and require a legitimate refund, be sure to ask for *****.

      My husband and toddler visited this McDonalds. Their food was not cooked/made correctly, tasted wrong and smelled like ***** matter. When my husband approached the employees for help to reconcile the matter, they said NO MANAGER was there at the store and the issue cannot be resolved.I called and the manager refused to give his name and stated its not required to provide it. He would not offer any help and hung up. I would give a 0 stars if that was possible.

      Worst chicken sandwich I ever had . I got it at *********************************************. Its was as old as ************* The one little pickle was so old it looked nasty. The sandwich was like trying to eat rubber. I chewed more on this sandwich than I do gum. I threw most of it in the trash. I at ************. Thank goodness I didnt get sick. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable. No wonder this restaurant has a 2,4 rating on FB. I sent them emails with a picture and havent heard a word from them.

      Customer service for this company is absolutely terrible. They will close your claim without solving the issue at hand. McDonald’s provides low quality food, that take more than the average time to break down and degrade in your stomach. The app doesn’t work, customer service sucks, and the food is corrupt and unhealthy. I left a review on the App Store, but McDonald’s deleted it. Worthy of 0 stars.
