      Yesterday I went to a McDonald's on Dixie highway here in Louisville and when the cashier asked me for my order I said I needed a moment. Well Manny minutes later and after a couple customers later that she helped from the best lane went through I told her I was ready. No response so I did it again still no response but they helped the next lane again. So I drove round got back in line no response. The 2nd time I did it I got in the next lane and was immediately told to go to the 1st window. Mind ya I haven't even ordered yet. That just really irritated me so I left and went to Burger King just up the road. If I could give em a lesser star I would. It's sad cuz I enjoy McDonald's food always have but that was the worst customer service ever. I will not EVER go to McDonald's again.

      I purchased a McGriddle and other items for my 5 year old while on my way taking him to school this morning. While eating, my son noticed that his ********* was crunchy which was not normal, he took another bite and suddenly stopped eating as something within the food caused him to spit it out with disgust, he looked down at a black object that seemingly hurt his teeth and said momma whats this? It immediately caused my son to be fearful of what he may have placed in his mouth so he began to cry. I believe whatever this object is caused food contamination as my child who has been potty trained since the age of 2 without any relapses defecated on himself soon after arriving to school. He was embarrassed and did not notify his teacher. His teacher was unaware until close to the end of the day that the foul smell of f**** that she noticed all day was coming from my son. I had to leave work early to pick him up which required that I take leave. My son was made fun of by his peers, so much so that he doesn't wish to return to school. This is very damaging and traumatic to my child and my self. I would like to be compensated immediately for McDonalds terrible mishap that can also result in potential health issues in my child both internally and mentally. I need compensation for the public humiliation, the possibility of seemingly tarnishing his reputation as well as my reputation as a parent, also payment for time lost at work as I make 30 plus dollars an hour. His clothes are also damaged I would like for them to be replaced as I purchase quality clothes for my child. I have pictures to support my claim and would appreciate your expeditious response. I contacted headquarters and they have yet to respond. Buyers beware

      We all got food poisoning from this McDonald's. Food was never delivered. Food was cold, not fresh, order was wrong, manager would not help to make it right. Address location is 11 st. in *****************************. They would not refund my money.

      I am forced to give a star when it's not applicable. The workers always have poor attitudes, I work in a toxic environment, and everything is one sided. Workers need to work on attitudes as well because its not majority rules thats not how a team operates. Your managers need to be trained on how to train people.

      ********************************************** - - We visited this McDonalds on Christmas Eve. The girl at the window had our order wrong and was so rude to us. We tried nicely to tell her the order was not ours and she argued and kept saying this is your order! She brought another worker over there, and she also continued to argue with us that it was our order. Eye rolling, huffing, body language, and tone of voice set my husband off. He called them out on how rude they were, proceeded to explain it wasnt our order, and after them continuing to be so rude we finally got what we paid for. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!

      Three employees working. Both drive throughs open. Skip me more than twice. Hire more employees or go to one drive through.

      ABUSE OF POWER / MCDONALDS DISCRIMINATES AT WILL: QUESTION -Can a McDonalds allow their employee to abuse their power and Bar A Customer for a Disagreement and *********** that They Started (no name calling, no violence, just a misunderstanding)? Discrimination on Demand (just pick and choose who you will/or wish, to Ban from the premises without No Substantial Cause! NARRITIVE -I ordered a coffee, made, while the Cashier kept asking details that I already told her on how to prepare it, she drifts onto another customer talking while she was taking my order, I mentioned that is why she is not getting my requirements.A disagreement ensued after I scanned my credit card and inquired if I was charged, I told her, the reader prompted me to remove my card, the Cashier begins to argue that it is my credit card, I responded it is not," I take care of my card, these card readers are old, she replied "No It Is Your Card". I reply, "I have been coming here for many years, these card readers are old, are you a new employee? I never saw her before.The Cashier screams at me, I will not serve you, I replied "Good you would be doing me a favor I dont want you to serve me, I can be served by anyone of these other cashiers". I noticed the *** just watched as her attitude gets out of control, but the *** never intervened, she just allowed the employee to argue against me. The Cashier picks up her phone and calls the police in which she claims she is barring me from the store for 5 Years. No legal reason given.I left (refusing to give my information) walking in between police, No Arrest Ensued, I waited outside until police left, who passed me and said nothing; and then I left . . . HOW IS THIS EVEN POSSIBLE??? NO RESPONCE from McDonalds filed reports . . . WHY NOT? CONCLUSION -I am a Senior Citizen, this is a Neighborhood McDonalds, I was going there practically each morning to visit other Senior Citizens . . . this is so ***** and Discriminatory at the same time!

      They never get ur order right. One time I order 2 McChicken sandwiches and I received 2 cheeseburgers. One time I order a cherry pie bit I got an apple pie. But this time I ordered a I paid $3+ for a mcmuffin but I only wanted bacon on it so I ordered extra order of bacon for **** extra. I got my sandwich and I have 2 little pieces of bacon on it. The bacon was about inch wide and 2 inches long. I thought they forgot my extra bacon so I went in and told them. They said no u get 1 piece on the mcmuffin and u ordered 1 more piece. I said I paid over $6 for 2 little pieces of bacon and she said that. I told her that's highway robbery. And I left

      I received food from here today at around 12pm. I got back to work and took a single bite and found that the ***** was raw.... not just a little pink but raw in the middle. I called the store to inform them that I didn't receive a receipt and about my issue and was told that I needed to ask for my burger "well done". Now I have been eating at McDonald's my whole life and even worked there for a short time many years ago and I have never had a pink/raw ***** before or needed to order the temperature of my liking, like this is some fancy steakhouse. They did offer to replace my order and took down my name to "let the others know" that I would be coming back tomorrow. I wouldn't even be writing this review if they would have just apologized for the mistake but instead made it out to be my fault for not ordering it correctly.

      Regarding McDonald's located at:Address: ************************************************************************ I actually give them ****** rating but I'm forced to give them a star.I went to this location several times I have had a 30min to an nearly an hour wait time. The attitudes are always **** poor This morning as well as yesterday morning I and several other people waited line to have our order taken and was not acknowledged the whole time I was there which was by now 15 minutes.We asked for someone to take our orders and what we assumed was the manager asked the associate who was supposed to be taking orders to come and take our order. The Associate asked the gentleman in front of me what his order was and walked away. And did everything but take the order of we the patrons in the lobby. By this time breakfast was nearing has ended.The associate came back and stated that breakfast has ended and that they are on lunch now. We advised that we were there for the breakfast menu and were there well before the end of breakfast. The Associate became argumentative telling us that we weren't there in the lobby that long.Even with our legitimate grievances we were treated as though we didn't matter and were apparently taken as a joke as the associates in the front area were laughing amongst themselves. Ending result is none of us got our breakfast. I had to walk out because I was clearly getting upset when the Associates started laughing about our wanting our breakfast.
