      I have been to McDonald's in *********** ******** several times and have waited 30 minutes in the drive thru because I was told there was very few workers working. Once or twice that's ok but this is an ongoing thing. It's a problem when you are on a schedule and they have you sitting at the speaker 10 to 15 minutes before they even take your order, that doesn't count the time you sit in line. Something needs to change.

      I will not be going back to McDonald's on ************. Went there today and ordered a cheeseburger and senior size Diet Coke at the drive-thru. Got my food (no one bothered to say thank you, smile or give me napkins). I decided to park and eat in my car. Opened up my cheeseburger, there was a slice of cold cheese and a ***** thrown on a bun and that was all. I drove back thru and with smile and good attitude explained that there were no condiments, lady grabbed the burger, examined it, never said anything and attitude was very rude. A man returned and just about threw the new burger at me, never said anything, never smiled and attitude was awful! Never got napkins. Bad service, I had to rearrange the burger on the cold slice of cheese and there was mustard all on the outside of the bun. I guess service is a thing of the past. I vented enough. Goodbye McDonald's on Zebulon!

      The app does, "bait & switch". Tells me what I want to order isn't available when I hit re-order button. Same thing when I re-enter the order item by item. I get to the drive through and order exactly what the app said was unavailable. Is the app trying to get me to order more expensive options by telling me what I want is unavailable when it's clearly available at the drive through. Yes, the location of the drive through was the location I tried to order from with the app.

      McDonalds ********** **** **** has a worker named **** who hangs up on you we ordered from the McDonalds app and never got our food you could ************** dancing instead of doing their job and we waited for 30 min never got food so we left

      Store #***** **************************************************** Horrible customer service. My family and I ordered meals through drive through. After our order was placed we drove up to the first window to pay. However, there was no one there so we drove up to the second window so we wouldnt hold up the line. Usually the person who takes the order will say which window to pay at. Unfortunately, we were not told. The lady who came to the window asked what we ordered. After I described our order she rudely said well you havent paid, were you going to pick up the food and drive off?She is very unprofessional, horrible customer service, and she didnt handle the situation well. This store may want to consider in customer service training since most of their reviews revolve around bad customer service.

      Its highway robbery that they raise the prices. BBB needs to lower the grade for the outrageous prices and for suspicious ingredients if there is any.

      I was in the area of the ********************************, Marketplace, ******** and I wanted some French fries. So I went thru the drive thru, it wasn't busy, till I got there. My mistake was I placed the order on -line with my app. So when I got to the window, I gave the associate my code #....then I realized that my card was linked to the app, so I told the associate that I didn't want to pay with my card, and asked her to cancel order and I would just pay cash. She asked me to wait cause I'm thinking she didn't know how to cancel the order. I felt bad for the cars behind me because the other lane was moving along. She finally came back to me with an attitude. I realize I was the one at fault and I apologized but there was no need for her "bad attitude" I still wanted my French fries, but asked for a small order and when I went to pay, this new associate took my money and I was ok with that, then their manager came by the pay window and explained to me that there was no way to cancel my 1st order on-line from the app, so I returned my change to the pay associate and they gave all my cash back. Never got a receipt, cause if I did, I would have known the original associate from the drive-thru orders name. I feel that associate should be advised that even though I was in the wrong and apologized she did not need to be sarcastic and rude to me.

      September 12 2022 at 9:12 pm I ordered a large #2 Double quarter pounder with cheese and a hi c no ice Double cheese burger With lettuce, silvered onion, tomato 3 spicy chicken sandwiches With cheese and tomato 1 M French fries.As soon as we got home I checked the order and Everything was incorrect. The double quarter pounder and the double cheese burger was missing. The spicy chicken sandwiches were 2 plain and 1 regular in a different wrapper. I immediately called the store to get my order fixed. The manager ***** was nice and said we could go back to get our order fixed. Since we were far from the McDonald's and it was already late, he also said we could go a different day and get our order replaced, just to mention his name and what he had told us about getting the order replaced.Today September 20th 2022 at 6:56pm I went to get my order replaced. The manager (******) was very rude in the drive through speaker and said everything we had mentioned was false. And that my order was not going to be replaced.I went to the window and she called ***** and lectured him on why he had said that and that they could not be replacing the order. ****** was extremely unprofessional and rude. She refused to fix the order and said only 2 sandwiches were getting replaced all though my entire order was incorrect. ***** then proceeded to say that we had already ate the messed up food so they couldn't be held responsible. That we have to go back so they could add the cheese and extras to the food. I asked ****** for the corporate number and told us to just park because she had to go look for the number. I think someone should consider hiring better management. She came to my car and just very abruptly handed me the 2 sandwiches and shoved a card in the bag with the store number. I told her that wasn't the corporate number and she just walked away saying it was. All I wanted was to get my order to get fixed and these so called managers couldn't even handle that. The worst service

      I used a coupon from the app, and the coupon was accepted, but the dimwit employee did not enter the free item. When I went to the register to file a complaint, the manager yelled at me that there was nothing I could do, and mocked me for wanting to use the coupon. National burger day my ***, I want this issue addressed, the location is #**** in **************** on foothill.

      This ******** have very poor customer service this location in my area and i always do curbside pick because the drive thru be pack. This morning i place a mobile order i arrive thereat 6:35am i waited til 6:45am then went inside i still patiently waited ask for a manager, i told her i been waiting for my mobile order 15 mins now. i watch go to the back and start putting my order together but as she doing it she telling another manager i see she keep looking back at me then go say "she keep watching me" i was watching to who was making my mobile order. I have been nothing but bad customer service with this location for the pass 6 years and i shouldnt have to drive out my way to another ******** when this is my home location. I have received food with missing items, burger half made, dirty cups, people miss counting money. I have contacted corp. in return a meal replacement but never use it until one time then i had problem with that. They need to trained better or get new workers that is bless to have a job.
