      LESS THAN 1 star review End result: The ******** on ************************************************************************ the manager threw an iced coffee at my car hitting me, getting the inside and obviously my car. I rarely ever eat out. When asked if using ***** I said no. When I ordered my number the employee said yea what do you want. So I repeated the number but on the screen multiple orders showed up so I shared what I had seen on the screen. The employee said no its not on your screen. I had asked what size drink comes with the meal she said it doesnt matter. Ok when she said what else do you want I said for you to be nice and less attitude. When I pulled up to the window the man reviewed my order and said the order that I saw in the screen previously. I asked to speak with the manager and he said it was the manager that took your order originally. 8/3/24 at 9:54 am. He handed me the orange juice and went to get the manager. She continued to be rude. So at this point the food wasnt worth it and I gave her the orange juice back and she wouldnt take it. She said no you ordered it. I said with this service I dont want it and told her if she didnt take it I would drop it. She didnt so I did. She then took the large iced coffee that was next to her and threw it like a pitcher at my car getting some inside and on me which is assault. I called to make a complaint and spoke with CJ MCB0643 reference number ********.

      Service is awful. Waited at the drive through and it was not busy. They would not take my order. I went inside and three workers were standing around joking. Finally got waited on and told them about the drive through and they said that line was not working. But they had no sign or cone stating that. Placed my order and left. When I bit into the burger, it was full of salt. Took it back and showed them. They gave me another one without salt and tasted like a normal burger. I got home and called the corporate number and was put through to someone from ***** that barely spoke English. Gave up. I was born in ********** ill were the first McDonald's was. I am done with them. ************* is awful and there is nobody to complain about it. And a lot more people are getting fed up with the price. You figure with the raise they got, they would have better workers and service.

      I ordered a quarter pounder with no cheese from this particular store ***** Road by ******* that was the worst Quarter Pounder I've ever had as far as were cold and a quarter pounder was cold and hard for $10 and some change I don't think that I should have to pay that much for that and they didn't give me a receipt

      I recently went to McDonalds drive thru and didnt get what I paid for and they were very rude to me at the same time. I always have issues at this place. McDonalds on free pike ****** **** dont shop there.

      McDonalds corporate should be ashamed at the horrible service at the location where I live. We go to McDonalds quite often with having a special needs son and he will only eat certain things. Every other time time food is missing. Stop telling me I can get a free meal next time or come back and get it. It significantly disrupts people and truly it is theft. They are getting money for something someone didnt get.. If I made as many mistakes at my job they have just with our orders I wouldnt have a job. Dont ask for a straw with the new horrible lids. The mgr of our location will yell at you and whip them at you. Such a disgrace to the McDonalds brand. McDonalds need to add a quality assurance to their product.

      I filed a complaint through McDonald's Customer Support against one of their branches but I received no response inspite frequent followups.I placed an order using the mobile app but after a long wait of 25 min I received it missing the French fries. When I asked the drive through attendant he said very rudely : this your order and this is what you get.I got very upset from his response and left my order at the his window and said take it I don't want this order and drove away without it.

      The location is very unhygienic, the burgers are mostly undercooked and the orders are skipped . Fed up with this restaurant. Strongly recommend to change the staff and if possible clean the entire place . Im ****************************************************************************************************************** undercooked burgers . The manager needs to be changed or fired . Period !

      Ordered a free vanilla cone ahead of time through the app. I was Refused drive-thru service on my motorized two wheeled vehicle was told to go inside. I waited 15min with very minimal customers coming in. (i was the only one in line at the time) never got my icecream and nearly late for work. Will NEVER revisit. They will NOT REFUND ME nor can i go get the cone now. I need to contact support they say. S**** that.
