      03/26/2024 Approximately 9:35 pm the Hispanic girl that was in the second window that gave me my order was so rude. I asked for my nuggets sauce and she just turned around ignoring me. I waited patiently for about 5 minutes, so finally I waved and got her attention again and she yelled at me that she's getting the sauce! After getting my sauce I looked at it and one was open. So I threw it away. I called and she picked up, I asked who's the manager on duty and she said she was. l asked her name and she said something ***** or something and I said spell it for me and she hung up so I know she was lying. She should never work with customers because she was so unprofessional and very rude! The store manager should start cleaning house, because there are so many people out there that need a job and would be willing to work happily. I would never go there again! Who knows what she will be doing to my food the next time she sees me. I hope the management will read this.

      I am unable to add a credit card for payment to my account. I get an error "Unable to process your card. Please contact your payment card provider". I have tried adding four different credit cards with this same error. I have contacted support several times in the last few months with no success is fixing the issue.

      Why isnt McDonalds #***** in ****, ** and McDonalds #***** in Rio Grande City, TX not listed on the BBB? I have to file a complaint against them. Im a past employee here for McDonalds #***** Roma I worked for them in 2022. I want to want to report them for not following proper sanitation procedures they would make me do everything there like clean the restrooms and then cook fries right after many times. The manager there ********************* with honey blonde hair and the shift leaders would yell at me and bully me and harass me in the workplace. They would tell the other Team Members working there nothing but they were treating me really bad and told me to do everything and work harder? Why was I being treated that way for? I havent gotten any money compensation from that. They are still working there. They all should be fired from there or shut down the individually owned and locally operated restaurants. The manager ********************* threatened me and said Ill be barred from working at any restaurant. I dont know why she was being this way with me for?

      On 2/22/24, at the *********** ** location, I had placed an order at the drive through and was asked to pull into a parking space as the order wasn't ready. While waiting for my order, I was looking in the sideview mirror and saw my order come out of the store. I continued to watch my order approaching and then saw the McDonald's employee reach in my bag, grab fries, then eat them! He came to my jeep and I asked if he just ate my fries? He said no. I went inside to speak with the manager. She asked the employee if he ate the fries. He said " I was hungry ". This is absolutely unacceptable! I am appalled! Included in this order was fries for my 2yr old. This is by far the worst restaurant experience I ever had! How many times has this happened in the past to other customers? What type of culture exists in this particular restaurant? I will certainly never return to any McDonald's in the future. Thank you.

      I am utterly dismayed and compelled to write this review after the service I received at a McDonalds establishment recently. My expectation of a quick, hassle-free meal turned into a frustrating ordeal that not only wasted my time but also my money.Upon visiting the drive-thru, I placed my order clearly and paid the required amount, expecting to receive the items I requested. However, when I arrived home, I was shocked to find that not one item in the bag was what I had ordered. The realization came too late for me to go back and rectify the mistake in person.In an effort to resolve the issue, I promptly called the customer service number, expecting ****************** to live up to their reputed customer care standards. My experience, however, was far from satisfactory. The representative seemed disinterested in my problem, showing a lack of empathy and initiative to solve what was clearly their mistake. No offer was made to refund or replace the items, leaving me with food I had no intention of ordering and could not consume.The whole experience has been a testament to a breakdown in service and operational management. Not only was my order handled carelessly, but the follow-up customer service was equally negligent. There was no acknowledgment of the mistake, no apology offered, and no attempt at compensation, which is the least I expected from a brand of such standing.To make matters worse, this isnt just about the money spent on food I didnt order or want. Its about the time and energy wasted in a busy life that relies on such services for convenience and efficiency. As a customer, I feel disrespected and undervalued, and I am left with a deep sense of disappointment in McDonalds.Its unfortunate that this incident has completely altered my view of McDonalds. I hope this review prompts a necessary change in the way orders and customer complaints are handled, ensuring that no other customer has to go through a similar experience.

      Horrible They dumped fries upside down into bags. You have to do that kind of stuff on purpose. If you dont like working here then quit. Disrespectful staff doesnt matter the shift. McDonalds website doesnt offer customer service number for ****************** complaints, only Uber Eats Complaints or other Carriers but nothing for complaints against specific stores or in store experiences. McDonalds needs to get sued for this kind of stuff already. They can take our money no problem but make it difficult to file complaints against staff. I give 0 stars but HAVE to give something apparently.

      This company is cheating customers out on their Happy Meal because they are no longer providing the apple slices or yogurt but giving 2 fries and charging the price of a 4 pc meal when it is really only 3 things. Only small drink, no chocolate milk. I've contacted corporate and they say they send complaints to proper place and nothing is ever done

      If McDonalds is raising their prices they need to improve customer service. Here in *********** the quality of service has really declined post pandemic. The workers are not engaged and are standing around watching their cell phones. This decline and increased prices have steered me to other restaurants. If I am going to pay a premium, service is paramount.

      Why do they even bother to advertise freshly prepared food when the burgers they serve are beyond edible? **** and tired of spending money at this location only to get food that ends ** in the trash. Please be careful at this location. Check your food before your leave . Contacting McDonald's headquarters does nothing! You'd be better off buying a frozen dinner at Food Lion. The manager lacks any type of communcation skills and doesn't resolve anything. ******************* is the owner/operator of this location and he conveniently leaves customers no way to contact him. McDonald's used to be a well respected chain but today it is ridiculous.
