      I had a recent visit on a Saturday afternoon at a ************* ******* McDonalds on ************************ had had a recent experience with ordering a value meal and only wanted that because I dont need anything bigger and theres a set price for it and at other McDonalds theyve always let me add bacon as an extra charge, I did it before at the same place most recently, and they tried doping me of my soda in my fries, and they gave me my soda. My fries only problem was my soda was a childs soda instead of a small soda went back again, and I made sure I said it clearly and loud A VALUE MEAL!, And asked that there be bacon added new mustard, she didnt ask me for the kind of drink, so I had to tell her I wanted a sprite I got through, and they tried handing me a burger for $6.47 a burger thats not a value meal, but they told me they were gonna charge me $10.80 for a value meal. I dont call that a value meal thats a regular meal deal! Not a value meal then I call the corporation and complain about it, and I told him that was in such a **** when I left, because I was dismayed at their behavior, and trying to do people and cheat them out of a meal. When what you asked for is just an extra added to the burger which you pay extra for whats the problem!?! And I talk to them total what was going on see if they could fix the problem getting an apology know where they do they change their phone number they dont call me back they dont ask me. What can they do to help fix the problem , they do nothing they changed the phone number can you believe it? Im dismayed I am Im shocked is how dare I make a complaint in the actually change the phone number?!?! I never heard of such a thing. Its the craziest thing I ever heard of they have plenty of money to blow on changing their phone number, but not stick to their value meal? They dont care about their quality and they dont care about their customers. thanks McDonalds just proved everyone your corporate only.

      Complaining about McDonalds Skypoint ****, ************************************************************************* Worse McDonaldds ************* was terrible except for one female worker that works in the afternoon. Third tine it happens i pulled on drive-thru and i was the only one in line. Waited for 3 mins nothing... a car pulled on the other side of drive thru and he got served right away and he took forever to order. Lots of times food was wrap so bad. Sometimes burger wrap is too oily, sometimes its burnt. Just wrote a complaint to BBB for the worse McDonalds outlet. Unfortunately this is the only one close to my residence. Main office should look into this outlet.

      My food was old, fries were old, My burger and bread was so hard I could not eat it. I am very disappointed, to know I spent monies on a meal that was not served to standard. I am convinced, this McDonald's really doesn't care. I am should be reimbursed or have a formal apology.

      How is McDonalds A+ Rated with the BBB when they have 1 out of 5 stars? These reviews are consistently dismal. I ordered (for the last time) on the mobile app today. I ordered a triple cheeseburger with no ketchup. I got home and realized it was a single cheeseburger with ketchup. Almost every single time we have gone to the McDonalds in St. *****, ** for the last few months, something has been wrong about our order. I finally was fed up and called the store. I let them know this and that its absolutely ridiculous that this happens SO OFTEN (it seems purposeful because how can you be that incompetent). I let them know I wanted a refund as I was not about to drive back into town in the snow for a new sandwich. They informed me I could not receive a refund unless I went back to the store (even though I ordered through the mobile app). I let then know that is complete *********** told me not to come back & hung up. I rarely call to complain to ANY company as Ive worked fast food and as a server and know how difficult it can be, but Im fed up. This is either a McDonalds policy to f*** their customers over, or this store in particular is filled with incompetent workers (although I suspect the former as I find it hard to believe there are that many workers who are incapable of doing their job). Refusing to issue refunds unless customers are in store is most definitely in hopes that most people wont come back to collect. McDonalds prices have also become INSANELY RIDICULOUS for what you get. The only positive I have for them is that they finally pushed me to the limit & have made it much easier not to purchase from the chain ever again. Big corporations, man.

      Location in *******. Worst mcdonalds ever! Rude service. Twice thru drive thru and still got the order wrong! Then had to wait for 30 minutes to be told 3 staff looked for me. Pile of c*** . So I had to wait longer and food wasn't all that hot ! Such a rude lady I complained and I expected my drink be replaced since I got such bad service. She hands them to me and says she bought them and it came out of her pocket. I get back to my daughter in laws to find out again that the order was wrong! I found out today my daughter in law says their rude and they pull the same c*** about the drive thru . Their too lazy to check the actual area where the drive thru is!

      Came through the drive thru with my husband who was driving, & my 2 year old son in the back seat to order him a happy meal and my husband said hello to my son bc my son said hello to him & a male over the speaker said Ill get to you whenever I get to you. And my husband said excuse me? And the kid continues to talk c*** over the speaker and told my husband to come inside and come deal with the issue of him speaking to us in a rude manor. So my husband came inside to talk to a manger and I came in also with my son, and the young male proceeded to yell and cuss at us and my husband told him if he has a problem to take it outside , and the kid continued to tell us F**** our kid . And I the whole time asked for a manager for about 10 min till I spoke to another young male . I dont appreciate being treated like that over a happy meal . Please fire him before this happens again . There is no reason to treat your customers like c*** !!! Sickening !

      I CALLED THEM TODAY ABOUT 2 CASES I Have with them I TOLD THEM I WANT TO TALK TO THE MANAGER ABOUT THIS AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY DONT HAVE A MANAGER. I NEVER HEARD OF THAT AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WONT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS. THEY STILL NEVER CALLED ME BACK NOW. THEY ARE STILL REFUSING TO HELP ME NOW and THEY NEVER REFUNDED ME NOW.

      30 minute wait for a double cheeseburger and 6 nuggets. Never got my food. Canned response from McDonald's customer service which they never responded to my inquiry. No refund.

      Went to drive thru to pick up a mobile order, drove up to the speaker and asked me if I was using the mobile app, and I said yes and gave the code. There was no response afterwards just complete silence for about eight minutes or so. The cars in the lane next to me kept moving forward and got their orders taken so I thought maybe there was something wrong with the system so I went ahead and pulled forward to the first window only to be greeted by a worker that was being extremely rude and losing his temper, telling me that I need to get back in line like everybody else and that he didnt have time to be taking my order at the window even though I tried explaining to him I had already given my code at the speaker. Still being rude towards me, I said just forget it and left. I dont know what this gentlemans problem was. This was extremely unnecessary and I was simply trying to pick up breakfast for my 3 year old. Im usually a very forgiving person and brush off a lot of things that happen but this is by far the worst experience Ive ever had in a drivethru, especially with a worker. Ill definitely never be going back. 0/5

      McDonalds is a s***** as company with shady business practices. I have contact them about the Same issue before. They up charge you with out you knowing or even asking to large fries large drink. Thats not right and it not only one location it has happen in several locations. So that tells me is the way they operate. Now I dont why more people dont complain about it but Im doing a bbb complaint. Getting richer by s******* people of of their hard earned money. **** to mention they make if people fatter as well in the process. They sure do one thing right is their marketing with kids beacuase mine love the **** place thats the only reason I buy there.
