      The McDonalds location on ********************************************************************************* Wanted to wash my hands but went to the bathroom and it is absolutely disgusting. Toilet paper everywhere. I bucket. A mop looks like urine is all over the floor. For people to work around food to have a bathroom like that is appalling. The male manger who is dark skin and a little shorter than me I spoke to him about it and told him I had lost my appetite and would not be ordering any food for the establishment. I went to my car and came back inside to take photos so they cant say that I was being dramatic and the female manager with long natural hair, shes brown skin and her hair was pulled back in a ponytail. She was taller than me she laughed as I took photos and proceeded to become hostile and agitated with me for taking photos as if it wasnt a big deal. Did not get her name but will be reaching out to corporate. To argue with a customer over a disgusting bathroom is shocking to me. She may think its acceptable but it is NOT acceptable to me and I have every right to be upset.

      Mcdonalds on *************** in ******* ** has been apart of my community since I was a child. So it made sense that I would let my 15 year old daughter work there. While she has only worked there a little over a month she has been made to feel singled out, disrespected, treated differently, ethnically treated unfairly and made to go home early without even finishing her shift. This McDonald's has NO working phone number and the employees of a certain race are treated the best and are allowed to wear whatever they choose and work more hours than the average child under 18 is allowed to work. As a parent of a child who is on time and just wants to be treated fairly I am disgusted by this. We live in a world where every person should be treated fairly and not be treated a certain way because of their skin color. Also their safety should be #1 as well, so how does this McDonalds get to operate without a working phone? My daughter was trapped in a freezer for a few minutes before the other employees heard her knocking and kicking on the door to get out. The freezer is only permitted of use by employees ********************************************************************************* how to get out of the freezer? Besides the rude managers they have running the Mcdonalds and the continuous times I've ordered and recieved the wrong order I am amazed they are still able to operate. A building inspection needs to be done at this particular Mcdonalds.

      My mother went inside a McDonalds location located at **************************************** **********, ** ***** around 5:45pm on 11/18/2023.The employees working at that time were rude, nasty, and disrespectful to paying customers for simply asking for condiments and placing orders. In fact one of the employees told my mother she was old and a grandmother and needed to wash her hands. Im guessing because she had a mask on inside. The employee also said she was tired of these people. Someone else asked for salt and got a rude response from a male employee as well. There is absolutely no reason for an employee to speak to customers in that manner. I called the McDonalds location and asked for the manager and the manager said the employees name speaking with my mother was ******************. Clearly ****************** does not value her job or customers and needs to be fired immediately. My mother has been in customer service all of her life and has NEVER spoken to anyone with the disrespect she received today. I myself spend my hard earned money with your corporation. Your employees need to respect every paying customer. Management needs to be reevaluated at this location ASAP.ACTION NEEDS TO BE TAKEN.

      First, I think its ridiculous. That McDonalds is not allowing a customer to purchase just the toys that come in the happy meal. With all previous toys we have been able to do this without an issue. However, now were being forced into purchasing a happy meal even though we do not eat the food so it goes directly in the trash. This seems like a waste of food that McDonalds is encouraging. Also, I have two receipts or I did not have my phone on me to scan for the points called customer service twice the first time I spoke to somebody who could not speak English who claims his name was ****, he would not let me speak to a supervisor or manager and hung up on me after 30 minutes. He would not give me a phone number of the US based customer service. The second call I was told you can only add points once every 30 days in the app and that customer service has no way of manually adding points. I find it hard to believe for a company and corporation as big as McDonalds and if that is true, it is very sad.Therefore, with that being said, I have two receipts that total $4.87 and $4.95 that I would like those points added to my account The email address on my McDonalds account is **********@privaterelay.       On 10/23/2023 at 09:04 AM, I utilized the drive-thru at McDonald's and ordered two (2) meals (#1 and #2). At no time did the employee ask if the drinks should be upsized from a small drink to a medium drink. I paid at one window and received a receipt. The receipt clearly showed an upcharge for a medium-sized drink. I pulled forward to pick up the order and was handed two small-sized drinks. I asked if the drinks were small sized and the employee stated no the drinks were medium. My reply was no, these are small. Then the employee shared the information that the machine was not working correctly and implied there was no way to receive the medium-sized drinks. I departed and contacted the toll-free number on the receipt to file a complaint. I am reporting this event here because this is not the first time I have seen extra changes or had my order mixed up at this business. I reported these complaints to the toll-free phone number and was offered a gift card for my trouble, but I declined all offers. My request was to fix the issues at the store. The reason for leaving this review is that this business has crossed the line where its employees are not aware that their actions are unacceptable. Specifically that of taking money for items not delivered nor the requirement to refund money taken. I would caution anyone using this business to review your receipt to ensure the items delivered are exactly what was paid for. My experience is that honesty and quality seem to be in short supply when dealing with this business.

      ???????????????? If at all DO AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT.??????????????????I have had nothing but horrible experiences here and yesterday was no exception. Aside from the staff that seems to have no clue what they are doing or what they are imputing into the system for customer's orders which are bad enough, this place always never gets your order right, they don't listen to you when requesting additional items like condiment packets, they don't want to give them to you as if they made them there and it is just too much of a burden to let you have something the chain gives away for free when you are a paying customer. But it seems like excuse the language, but these *******, if you give them wings they start to fly and think they are all mighty! I had ordered a quarter pounder from the app and selected to pick it up through the drive-through, seeing as how the app gives you different options to receive your items. I refused to park my vehicle because every time I did they never included the ketchup I requested and always took forever to bring it out to the car and they even got it wrong. So I took it upon myself to record my experience and what seems to be a manager in the video is 1. refusing to "return my money", which she can't since I used my points to get the item for free but after seeing that I did not "pay" for it she is refusing to give me my item back and I am even faced with an irrational threat from the staff to have the authorities called on me for having done nothing wrong and committed no crime. take it from me since this seems to be a trend among fast-food restaurants around this area. the next time staff threatens to call authorities on you, beat them to the punch I already have, and instead, the business gets in trouble. so they look stupid, secondly, if you are not harassing, a threat, or committing a crime the authorities are on your side because in this situation the business staff is stealing from you.

      This specific complaint is regarding the McDonalds at 601 Corporate ***************** ** Again, another poor Manager review! Went through the drive thru to place an order. Used the 2nd drive thru lane and literally sat and watched multiple cars in lane 1 place their orders and proceed to the window. After about the 4th car in lane 1 I decided to drive up to the window to see why my order was never taken in lane 2. I was told that there is another worker that should have been taken orders from that ****! Now we dont work at McDonalds and never have and never will, but I do know that they are able to view both drive thru lanes to see if there is a car sitting waiting to place an order! This is unprofessional issue #1. So I placed my order at the window with this rude worker. I proceeded to the pick up window in which I was actually greeted my a friendly young man who confirmed my order with me. The only issue was that they were out of apple pies and he offered pumpkin pies as a substitute, However I have allergies to pumpkin so he asked if there was an alternative that I would prefer so I said I would take snack size McFlurrys in place of the pies. He proceeded to get approval from the manager who by the way was extremely rude and unprofessional. The Manager denied the substitute items and said I would have to take the pumpkin pies. I informed the worker that I have allergies to pumpkin so the Manager the yelled out Well, she can either get the other pies or get her money back! I was so disgusted by the Managers behavior that I asked to speak with him. He approached the window and asked if I paid with cash or with card, I advised that I paid with card so he asked for the card to issue the refund. I then explained to him that the service and treatment that I just received was not only unprofessional but it is rude as well. This location need secret shoppers so that the regional manager can finally address the multiple complaints.

      *CAN NOT USE DRIVE THRU FOR 6+ ORDERS*I came in and used the drive thru on 10/6/2023 at 1:15pm. Order number **** Address: ********************************************************** Ive always use the drive thru at this location, its close to my house, simply and easy, especially when I am with my siblings and/or picking up food for my parents. However, on this particular occasion I experienced rather opposite of the service I was expecting. As I am receiving my order, a distasteful man started shouting at me thru the window, behind the lady handing me my last bag, even startling her, shouting at me that we (my family and I) couldn't come through the drive thru with our "large" order. Its 6 combos? which was completely unnecessary and distributing. I went inside to get the managers name, it was then he told me he was the manager and refused to give it to me. He then had sass and told me the drive thru is meant to be "fast" and I had "too much food". To which I respond "so you're telling me anyone with 6 meals or more can't use to drive thru? He responded with "yes". Is this true? McDonalds isnt allowing people with 6 orders or more to use the drive thru. This manager was not only disturbing and unprofessional. He then had attitude, rolled his eyes and respond with "whatever" after I asked him whats the different between ordering two bundle meal packages with drinks vs 6 combos? Same amount of food and price, correct?What I can't seem to understand is, my 6 meals were out in less than 5 minutes and the manager is still complaining for us to not use the drive thru? Seems ridiculous to be telling customers this. I live right down street and have always use the drive thru for my 6 person orders or more. Im sorry, but an ill-mannered teenage "manager" shouting and giving me attitude thru the window behind one of his female employees isn't gonna tell me when I can and cannot use the drive thru for my family and I orders. Must be under new management.

      ************************************************************************ I recently had a disappointing experience at this particular McDonald's location, and I feel compelled to share my observations. It was, without a doubt, the worst McDonald's experience I've ever encountered. The issues I encountered primarily revolved around the attitude of the manager, *********Firstly, I want to mention that I was leaning on the counter due to medical issues with my back, which I have documented proof of. Despite this, **** continued to chastise me for leaning on the counter. What puzzled me even more was the fact that the counter was already quite dirty, which is unacceptable in any restaurant, let alone a McDonald's. It's essential for staff to maintain cleanliness.Furthermore, **** interrupted my order process twice to address my leaning, even though I suggested that her focus should be on the customers at the register. It's common for people to lean on counters occasionally, and it's disappointing that this was given more attention than providing efficient service.To make matters worse, the food I received was subpar, arriving cold and unappetizing. After spending $30 at this McDonald's, I couldn't help but think that I could have chosen a better dining experience elsewhere. Chick-fil-A, for example, is known for its exceptional customer service and quality food. They do not disrespect their customers in the same way.In conclusion, I regret to say that I will never visit this McDonald's location again. I hope they take this feedback to heart and make the necessary improvements to provide a more pleasant dining experience for their customers in the future.
