Terrible customer service! Be VERY careful what you sign. They took out the payment that was owed without my consent from my bank account. When I thought I was signing authorizing payment for my visit, apparently it was for ANY payment. They refused to refund the money to my account. My insurance company had already mailed them a check for the amount owed, if only they had waited for it. Now I have to wait until they receive it to get my money refunded.

I strongly recommend considering an alternate location. I have encountered numerous issues at this particular branch, primarily due to the unprofessional conduct of certain staff members. For example, ************** has demonstrated a lack of seriousness in his duties, often misdiagnosing patients (me and my family) or inappropriately asking what medications they would prefer, seemingly just to expedite their departure. This has been my personal experience, and it reflects a significant level of unprofessionalism.Additionally, the management under **** is severely lacking. He fails to ensure that his staff are treated fairly and equitably, and he permits ****************** mistreatment of employees without imposing any consequences. It is evident that **** is not suited for a managerial role, and it is disappointing to see how this location has deteriorated under his leadership. As a result, I will never bring my children or family to this location again, and I advise others to avoid it until new management is in place.For those considering employment with this company, I recommend seeking opportunities at a different branch of WellNow that is not under ****'s supervision.I would like to acknowledge, however, that there are indeed some employees at this branch who are highly competent and dedicated to their jobs. Unfortunately, the negative influence of just two individuals makes it impossible for me to feel confident in the care provided at this location. My daughter was denied services due to improperly billing my insurance. I have a bill from my insurance stating that the codes are not correct and until it's corrected myself nor insurance ain't be responsible for payment. They were asked to resubmit the diagnostic codes and it was rebilled in May 2024 from services in Jan 2024. My daughter balance is now 190 and some change which is being paid through my job (deductible) she did pay the copay. Even so, ***** is to be denied care. I think there is an issue with race here too given I've heard so many complain about services provided through wellnow urgent care from those of color. I will push this further.WellNow Urgent Care

Arrived at 7:20pm on July 10, 2024. There was no one in the waiting room. Receptionist said you need an appointment. Online states all walk ins welcome. This was after I did an online visit that couldnt help me but advised me to go to the office.WellNow Urgent Care

Date of service: 6/23/2024 Went in with pain in shoulder, took my co-pay, sat me in a room for an hour, Dr. came in and told me they only treat colds, and bladder infections, spoke to her for less than two minutes, they billed my insurance $268.00 for no services rendered.WellNow Urgent Care

Came for a simple PPD & test read. For both visits, they had major tech problems and no one to help. I waited for 45+ minutes each time despite the entire building being empty of patients and fully staffed- I could hear them chatting the whole time I waited. Incredibly disappointing and dissatisfying, slow, disorganized service. Will never come again.WellNow Urgent Care

THIS IS THE WORST URGENT CARE!!!! DO NOT GO HERE. They will ruin your billing and make your Saturday Afternoon, six months after your check up, an hour long debacle where you have to call insurance AND WellNow just to realize you did nothing wrong.WellNow Urgent Care

Date of service: 9/5/23 First bill received: 6/22/24 Tried calling customer service last week several times (couldn't get through - line too busy) because they added my copay to the patient balance. They also told me at the time of service that the only amount I owed was my copay, but I suddenly received a bill for over 3x that. Tried emailing - no response. Finally got ahold of someone today and they forwarded my phone call to "another department," which was collections. So sometime within 5 business days of the letter hitting my mailbox (as shown on **** Informed Delivery), they sent me to collections. And part of the amount that was sent to collections was actually paid on the date of service (my co-pay).Anyways, don't be like me. Go somewhere else. I should have just waited for our pediatrician to have an opening. The medical issue we had (skin fungus) couldn't even be resolved on the date of service so don't waste your time and money like I did.WellNow Urgent Care
