      This place is a horrible, unethical business.
      My son went here and since I wasn't there, I didn't see how he was treated. However, after I received a bill for the remaining due after insurance and copay, I sent in 2 separated checks for $10 each, they cashed the checks ans never removed the paid amounts from the balance. When I inquired I was told they wouldn't speak to me about payments from MY CHECKING ACCOUNT. I replied that until I see the amounts taken from the balance, I did not trust to send more money to them. They sent it to collections and deny, even after copies of the checks were submitted, that they received any money.

      They made us have an appt and took payment up front and then after waiting well past our appt time we had to leave so we requested a refund. They have yet to give us a refund. Its been a month now. They keep giving us one number that no one answers or it goes to random wellnows in the Midwest. Literally the worst customer service.

      ZERO!!!!! These people are rude as all get out!!!! I was scheduled for an appt and kept getting bumped. Waited an hour and a half but still wasn’t getting called back. One of the desk staff finally called me to the desk after hearing me say how long id been waiting. I’d checked in online because no one was at the desk when I got in.
      The woman at the other desk started mouthing off to me and I made the comment that no one was at the desk. After that, the one that called me up told me to leave because they weren’t going to see me. I scheduled an appt, was there early, waited an hour and a half just for them to refuse to see me.

      This company did not file a claim with both of my insurances. I got a bill before Memorial Day for copays so l tried to reach out to the non-existent billing department to no avail, it was extremely frustrating. Finally l went to a different Well Now where l was told by the receptionist that this happens all the time and there's nothing she can do. WHY?!? They generally take your insurance information when you arrive so why couldn't they just adjust it right then and there

      WellNow's billing department is literally one of the worst to deal with. If I could give negative stars, I definitely would. When my wife and son went to a WellNow facility late last year in 2022, our insurance hadn't updated from my job so everything was charged up front with no insurance amounts being deducted when they totaled the bill at the beginning of the year. I've been receiving a bill from WellNow for almost 5 months now from the start of the billing, I've tried calling their billing department and email NUMEROUS times with absolutely no response. You can't leave a message for someone to call you back (like they even would). I sat on the phone for an hour and a half to try and get the new insurance updated and get new pricing submitted, but of course, no answer. I've sent in about 6-8 different emails and all I get is an automated message saying they received it and that "someone will get back to you in the next few business days". If this goes to collections because of their negligence, I'm going to lose my mind. One can only reach out and try to settle things so much before going crazy. Why does it feel like I'm getting punished for doing the right thing?!

      I received a bill for ***** May 16th 2023. I send a check on May 20. 2023, for *****. As of today June 28th, it has not been cashed. I have emailed and called so many times. I did not receive any responses by email. I did get two customer reps on two different dates that told me they sent an email to billing regarding this. I have not received any response. Today 6.28.23 I received a text stating I have not paid my bill. I am so frustrated and infuriated with this company. To cover my credit score I will pay AGAIN. And if they cash the check, I will never recover the funds. Think twice before you go to this clinic.

      Went for a Covid test 6/22/23. Was told results would be back in 24 hours. 6/24 was told may not be back until tomorrow. Will never go there again. ***** walk in has results next day. Cna was not very nice. Nurse practitioner was very nice.

      I went to Wellnow Urgent Care in November of 2022. The claim was sent to the wrong insurance company and I was sent a bill. I sent them the correct information and they still did not submit my claim to the correct insurance company and have now sent this to collections. I am so disappointed in Wellnow and I will never go there again nor will I recommend them to family and friends. I hope through this compaint, that they will submit my claim to the correct insurance company.

      Incompetent. They dont bill the insurance and send you a bill directly. When you call they tell you they billed the insurance knowing they havent. Called bcbs and they have no bill submitted. Call wait time is over an hour. **** was unable to contact them 4 different times.

      I took my daughter to this urgent care as I have for about a decade or more. It used to be Hometown Urgent Care which was ran way better! On our latest visit there I was told I had to pay ***** up front when I have a zero copay. I said I have never had to pay up front for an appt. They said it was their new policy. I said well we don't typically have to pay ***** for an urgent care visit once the insurance pays it so I would be overpaying. The lady said it would go towards our deductible. I said I don't feel comfortable doing that as I have never ever had to pay up front anywhere as I have a zero copay. She explained once again it was a new policy due to people not paying their bills. Well, I pay all my bills, so nothing shows on their end I am part of that problem. I could have paid it, but it seemed shady. She called someone and asked them if it was ok I didn't pay the ***** up front and they said yes. She then tells me I will likely be receiving two bills now which made no sense to me. When we got to the room, I texted my husband who was just there that Monday to ask him if he was asked to pay ***** up front. He said no. I called billing when I got home and they said they can ask for money up front but they didn't know of any office doing that. I asked about the comment said about getting two bills she said I would only be receiving one. Well, I got a bill and even though my daughter went during the same time slot as my husband did on Monday on a THURSDAY, I was charged an extra ***** for an evening/weekend fee. I have called an emailed WellNow multiple times, and they don't care to help me resolve this issue. This is a very shady business that seems to be trying to scam people out of money and their billing department doesn't care.
