      They are completely impossible to get ahold of. been on hold at there customer service line forever. Do they have one representive handling calls for the whole *************?

      There was an error in the bill I received. I have called multiple times and been put on indefinite hold - one time I waited more than an hour. I don't believe they will ever answer the phone. I think they hope people will just get tired of calling and pay the bill to protect their credit rating. This is completely unethical on the part of WellNow. The medical staff does an excellent job, but the billing/business side is absolutely terrible! In reading other similar complaints here, I see that WellNow responds by saying they will deal with the customer directly. How will they do that when they don't know who we are? Another bogus claim.

      My husband and I went to WellNow in a time of need to get tested for covid, strep, flu, etc. We were seen at the same time, by the same doctor, in the same exam room. My husband was on my insurance policy at the time. WellNow billed HIS visit through our insurance but not mine, so he owes much less than I do. Our visit was March 7, 2024 and I heard nothing until October 16, 2024 when suddenly my bill was URGENT?! According to the paperwork they provided, and my insurance records, they never billed my insurance for the visit. I've been trying to contact someone at WellNow to help me with this, as the "due date" is today 10/23/24, with NO LUCK. Does anyone even work there? Not to mention the care we were provided at our visit was atrocious. As if they'd not gone to medical school. It was truly concerning. I'm beginning to think the whole business is a scam.

      I went here to get a TB skin test for work. I showed them my company's passport or how to send the bill to my employer. They didn't. I received a bill. I sent the billing department all the information on how to bill my employer. I just received another bill saying the payment is now past due. Every time I call the number on the bill, I wait for over an hour and then someone picks up and hangs up the phone. There seems to be no possible way to fix this issue. My employer's human resources is also involved. The wait times in this facility are also unacceptable. I waited 3 hours to get the test with only 2 people in front of me.

      Horrible with customer service . You have to check in online and pay online . Which I didn’t mind . I’m not sure about a patient that does not have a smart phone . I knew my copay was not as much as they had on my online payment. I asked the receptionist about the cost and I felt like I was really bothering her . There was not one person in the office the whole time I was there
      1. Never called me with my position lab results. I had to go through hoops to get results online and emails
      2. Can’t talk to a person. Tried calling
      3. Never sent in insurance information to my insurance. Received a full bill with no coverage. Had to update my insurance with quest to be submitted to my insurance.
      I am not impressed with this urgent care at all. Totally unprofessional. I had since followed up with my Drs

      I keep getting emails saying I owe money, but when I try to go their website to pay it says zero balance, I try to call and they never answer I stop holding at 60min, just a rolling please continue to hold your call will be answered in the next 5min. This is a joke of a company.

      Took my copay of $160. My HSA also paid them $160 for the same visit. I have tried calling and can’t speak to a person and multiple emails have been sent. No reply. Accepting payment for the same service twice is fraud.

      Be aware of there billing practices. They are shady!! They tried to collect the $830.00 balance despite being paid already.
      The care I received at the office was fine, however, the billing has been horrible. I was seen in June 2024 and paid my copay as requested. I then received my one and only “invoice” by text message on 10/11/2024. When going to my account, the one and only statement dated 10/3/2024 said “Final Notice”.
      I paid the account in full on 10/11/2024. I received a confirmation from WellNow by both text and email.
      On Monday, 10/14/2024, I received a text and email stating payment was declined. As I researched the problem, I noticed that the original payment (that was accepted and deducted from checking account) was with my debit card, the second payment they tried to take (on top of what I already paid) was on the MC debit card that I paid my copay with.
      After spending over an hour on the phone with a customer service representative, my account still shows that I owe the original balance of $830.
      I asked to speak with a supervisor and the rep stated there wasn’t a “real time” supervisor. He also refused to give me a number for corporate.

      I would give negative stars if that was an option. Ive tried calling billing multiple times with no success. Ive been dealing with this issue since the beginning of August. I paid my bill online, in the beginning of August. Then 5 days later the bill was taken out automatically from the card on file, without my permission since I already paid it.I called in August and the first ****** I talked to said they saw the double charge and were issuing a refund. I waited until September and received no refund. I called again. This ****** told me they didnt see the double charge. I asked to speak to a supervisor but no one was available but he would have her call me when she was. He then suggested that I send proof from my statements that I was double charged to the billing department. He provided me with the email address and I sent it. Also no call back from a supervisor.I received a voicemail from *** in billing on September 10th at 8:33am stating they found the double charge and are sending me a refund to the address on file. It is now October 4th and I still have not received anything. I tried calling back two more times but was on hold for 45 minutes without anyone answering.

      Visited August 29th and I got charged $165 for the appt.September 9th, I called and asked to get more antibiotics without a visit, I did not speak to the doctor, I spoke with the receptionist and got charged another $165, 3 days later.I called billing September 11th, and they said that I'd get my refund in a few business days.I called again two weeks later on September 23rd, waited on hold for over an hour (I have screenshotted proof) and the lady told me it's in process and I'll be notified when my refund goes through. It's now been almost a month and no refund.I am extremely dissatisfied by this company and will not be going to them again for my health care needs.
