Visited August 29th and I got charged $165 for the appt.September 9th, I called and asked to get more antibiotics without a visit, I did not speak to the doctor, I spoke with the receptionist and got charged another $165, 3 days later.I called billing September 11th, and they said that I'd get my refund in a few business days.I called again two weeks later on September 23rd, waited on hold for over an hour (I have screenshotted proof) and the lady told me it's in process and I'll be notified when my refund goes through. It's now been almost a month and no refund.I am extremely dissatisfied by this company and will not be going to them again for my health care needs.WellNow Urgent Care

I have tried to contact the billing office on 2 different phone numbers multiple times, every day, for 2 1/2 weeks with no success. I have emailed 3 times, and the office has emailed for me. I had a virtual visit. I asked for a prescription for ********. The Doctor stated she could not order it, but maybe in a month she could. She then stated I would not be charged for the visit. This is printed in my patient encounter summary. This is unforgivable customer service.WellNow Urgent Care

0 yes 0 it was you get for a star. I just waited 1 and 36 minutes on the phone to get a response that I was already told 1 month ago. I had a physical done for my college and was charged 60 dollars at the time of service. I received a bill back in September stating I owed another $105.00 called spoke to someone who apparently was going to take care of this. (supposedly). Well I received another bill for $105.00 I called again today was on the phone for 1 hour and 36 mins only to be told they have taken care of this charge. We will see if I get another bill. Absolutely THE WORST BILLING **** I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. UNFORTUNATELY I HAVE TO CLICK 1 STAR BUT YOU GET 0 FIX YOUR BILLING ****WellNow Urgent Care

I used the services at this location, I paid my bill and this company continues to threaten me about collections even though I sent proof of payment to the billing department in which I never reviewed a response from and I spoke with 2 customer service employees that could see my payment. This company has MAJOR ISSUES that needs to be addressed ****. I will be taking my complaints to the attorney generals office as well as the ***************************** and any news outlet I can because they are robbing people.WellNow Urgent Care

My son went to urgent care. We got a bill in the mail and paid it. They continue to send bills even though we sent proof of payment and our payment even shows in their system. Just got another threat letter for collections of the payment that shows paid. In the past they collected double our copay for each visit and would not refund difference after the insurance showed they charged the wrong amount.WellNow Urgent Care

I have to tell you. I called customer service about a bill I received that stated it was going to collections and at the same time had a statement that said I owed nothing. I called as soon as they opened according to the times on the bill. I waited for an hour and a half to have someone answer my call. By the time she answered I was already ticked off. I I asked her how many people they had working that a person who calls as soon as they were supposed to be accepting calls has to wait an hour and a half. Needless to say I got no answer. After speaking with her about the bill and the statement it was decided that they owed me 70 dollars and would issue me a refund. I have no idea if I will get a refund or be turned over to collections but I want everyone who uses well now to keep track of what you owe what you pay because these people do not have a clue. They get no stars from me.WellNow Urgent Care

Service is nice if you can get charged correctly. I have multiple outstanding bills from 2022 and 2023 that are not correct. My insurance and I did a three way call and these were suppose to be corrected. However, when I went in last week I was told they couldnt provide me service due to my balance. A balance that shouldnt even be there. Since then I have called and been on hold twice for more than an hour and no one answers. I understand longer than normal hold times but going on closer to two hours isnt acceptable. I have also emailed with no response. This is terrible service especially when it is not the customers fault.WellNow Urgent Care

Billing department is unbelievable. I prepaid the visit for my granddaughter and now I am getting a bill saying I paid half the copay and owe the other half. It also states on their receipt that I paid my copay in full. Simultaneously on the phone with billing for 46 minutes as I am writing this. Its infuriating! The only reason Im on hold so long is because of WELLNOW errors. I have a friend who was a nurse there and all complaints are taken serious and affect employee bonuses. Too bad the same cant be said about the outsourced billing departmentWellNow Urgent Care

If I could leave a negative score I would. I paid my bill and then was overcharged in the amount of $230. I was told twice that I would receive a check in the mail. I have since tried to reach billing with wait times of over 40 minutes with no luck. I have emailed them and have heard nothing as well. I am thoroughly disgusted at this point and hope to never have to use them again.WellNow Urgent Care
