      I bought a transmission from lkq for a 2014 ****** Altima. After getting the transmission in the car started to act up after 50 miles so I took it to ****************************** and they diagnosed a P17F1 and explained the transmission had that code when put in so the transmission they sent was bad. After getting in contact they denied my claim because they needed the programming data after talking with my mechanic then ****** of North America they all agree that is impossible to retrieve due to consult 3 not being able to print out data or show that the transmission was programmed. ****** explained they will do this to not warranty it out. I had my lawyer go over the bulletin given by lkq and nowhere does it mention the programming data will need to be given if transmission is bad. ****** themselves agree they sent a bad transmission and they will not do anything about it.

      We're sorry you've had such a frustrating experience. However, this CVT transmission required programming to be completed immediately after installation. The vehicle was driven after install without being reprogrammed first. We cannot warranty this part and cannot assist further.

      Ordered a part yesterday. Was told I would receive a tracking number once it shipped. As of today had not received a tracking number. Called to cancel the order today due to deciding to go another route. Once I called to cancel the order the call center operator ********* informed me that it shipped yesterday. I told her I never received a tracking number. She right then sent it to me and informed that shipping charges would not be refunded. I feel I did everything right on my end by cancelling the order before it shipped. Because I called to cancel the order without a tracking number I feel Ive done my part in returning the item in good faith. I also never received an invoice for monies paid. Confirmation number is 355A7841 I would like a full refund.

      I am rejecting this response because: I had not received a tracking number until I called to cancel the order I was told it shipped the day before then was told it shipped that day once I called to cancel. I done right. It appears to me that your shipping depart failed by not promptly sending the shipping number when it shipped the day before. *** acted in good faith despite the monies you may or may not have had invested at the time of cancellation. Otherwise I would have just accepted the situation as it was.

      So I went to the pick a part in *******, ********** yesterday. After receiving a notification that a vehicle that I was interested in had just 3 entered. The pick up part in *******, ********** so went down there. Spending a lot of times taken off parts of off the vehicle and cause. I know the pricing for doors and benders and whatnot. And so I took it all the product to the door the window to pay for everything. And they told me that the prices were 5 times the normal price of what they charged for the products and it doesn't make sense that they did that when they gave me no indication. I think we're going to do that beforehand or outside witness spent the sixth 7 hours that I was there removed all these parts very disgusting, very bad practice. If they were to tell me before I went into it. This certain section that the prices were inflated. Then I would have never wasted my time. Or I would at least gotten the price of all these products before attempting to take them off. Be in the day we're very old ***** bolts. And they were very difficult to remove hurt myself. But Hey, you know that is what it is. It just doesn't make sense to me that they are able to inflate the prices 5 times the normal price that they have advertised. On their website that's the reason why I went down there. They told me the prices were one thing, and then when I got to the window to pay for everything they told me that we, the owner was charging more for those things, and when I understand finding the charge more put 5 times the amount that's ridiculous, especially after space in so much time and effort and hurting myself. Doing all this labor to take them off stop right they shouldn't do that

      I ordered a 8.4" radio for my Jeep Gladiator. After receiving the radio, I noticed it was the 7" radio and not the upgraded 8.4". I contacted customer ********************** who said that there was no replacement available and the would issue a refund after I sent it back. However it would take up to 72 hours to get the return label and another 3-4 days shipping back. I went and checked and they did show 3 more of these radios available. I called and confronted them about it and they stated they did not have any again. I called 1 of the locations directly and confirmed they had it. However, the price had went up and they just did not want to take care of a customer.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      I have found the replacement in your yards. Unfortunately since you will make more money on those, you are saying there is no comparable units. This is poor business practices and horrible customer support and **********************. I have attached proof of the unit and locations and have verified it is the correct unit by running the *** of the donor vehicle. I have even called the location and they stated they had the unit. Included in the screen shots is the stock number and proof from Jeep/Mopar website thar shows it is the 8.4 inch radio that you say you don't have.

      On 9/26/23 i ordered transfer case from Automotix. On the website it asked for Make/Model/ and vin# of my vehicle to make sure the part would fit my truck. I was able to input my truck info including the vin and they were able to locate the part for my truck. The parts came from LKQ and I was able to have it ship to garage where my truck was being fixed. The transfer case they sent me did not fit my truck. So I called the company and told them that the part they sent did not fit my truck. I was able to return to a LKQ location near where the garage that was fixing my truck was. About and hour and half each way which was a total inconvenience to me. Not only was I upset about them sending me the wrong part they didnt not reimburse the whole amount but they charge me a restocking fee on top of that. I called their customer **********************, spoke to the manager, and spoke to many other associates for them to tell me that they couldnt do anything for me and that the restocking remains and told me that it was my fault that I ordered the wrong transfer case. I dont understand how that is when all the info on their website ask me for the make the model the vin which was all provided correctly to tell me that its my fault that the part didnt fit. This company doesnt lot care about you the customer or have any customer **********************. I will never ever recommend this company to anyone. They need to train their employees and managers about customer ********************** and take care of their customer.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      I imputed all the info correctly on the website that it ask for including the vin#. So how did I ordered a part incorrectly. Your company sent out a part that did not fit my truck. If I order the part incorrectly the company website should have red flag the part for your truck was incorrect. So I m suppose to  take the loss on shipping and restocking fee because an incorrect part was shipped to me. I needed the transfer case for my truck.but the one that fits. I have a ****** gmc sierra ******* which the part and the wiring of the transfer case and the harness does not fit my truck. Please do your homework and call the *** dealer. Everything fits my truck except for harness and wiring. So you and the website is wrong. I had to order another transfer case from a different company because you guys didnt have the right one for my truck. This is poor customer ********************** because you dont want to make me whole for the companys wrong doing.

      On the 29th of October, a purchase was made by me for a bumper designed for a 2008 ***** CRV from the LKQ ****** NY location. However, upon realizing that the said part was not actually required for my car repair, the decision was made by me to return it. It is important to note that the return was kindly accepted by a salesman named "******," who assured me that my refund would be mailed to me. Much to my disappointment, it has now been almost 12 weeks since the item was returned, and the refund has yet to be received by me. Such circumstances have led to the belief that this particular location is not only withholding my money but also engaging in unethical practices that cast a negative light on your company.In an effort to resolve this issue, a visit was made by me to the location yesterday in order to inquire about the delay in processing my refund. To my dismay, the staff members encountered were not only uncooperative but also displayed a rather aggressive and hostile demeanor. Fortunately, I managed to document the interactions on video, capturing the attempt of one staff member to physically attack me. Throughout the incident, this individual was shouting and explicitly ordering me to stop demanding my refund. I possess the necessary video evidence to support this claim.Regrettably, even when the authorities were involved by means of a call to the police, their assistance in retrieving my money seemed rather hesitant. This prompts a strong urging for a review of the security footage from the location's cameras, specifically focusing on the timeframe of my presence at around 10 AM.

      On 11/4/23 I ordered a Fuse Box Relay, part # YL3T-14A067-BA, for my **** **** F-150 Lariat from LKQ North ******* in *********, **.I received the order the following Monday and took it to my **** Dealership, ***************, *****, **, who was to install it in my truck. Upon receiving the part, they informed me that it was the incorrect part. I contacted LKQ that day to see if I could get a replacement for the part they sent in error. *****, one of the parts clerk/manager, informed me that they didn't have that part available. I asked if I could send that part back for a refund. He said he would get *** to pick it up with a call tag.*** never picked up the package as of 11/18/23.I contacted LKQ and informed them of non pickup. The clerk told me LKQ did not accept returns on electronic parts. I told him the part I received was not the part I ordered. He said there was nothing he could do. Please help me rectify this situation. I think this is a poor business practice to take someone's money for a mistake the company made. I paid $72.74 for the wrong part which I can't return and they won't refund.Transaction #: ********* Authorization code: ****** Accounting contact: *****. Customer ********************** was very rude and hung up on me 3 times while trying to make the initial order. There was no invoice or receipt in the box.

      Ordered engine through my work which is a dealership where I am a master tech. Put said engine into vehicle didn't make it 200 miles and blew up and when I called them the pretty much told me to bad would not recommend

      Within the last two to three years I purchased 2 auto batteries both with the additional lifetime warranties. I asked at the time of purchase if I needed to keep up with a receipt for the warranties and was told no because they marked them to identify the lifetime warranty and could look them up in their system. I tried to exchange one because it is bad and the sales person told me I needed a receipt. She did not try to look it up or check the marking they put on the battery to identify the warranty. I sent an email to their customer support and have not heard back from them. I need to get a battery to drive my car but I have money tied up in the battery I bought from LKQ

      I bought a engine from the one in *********** ********* and it is no good i have been trying to contact the for hours now when they pick up the phone they hang up. So i called the main office and they hung up three times on me I don't no where to turn!!!!!
