      We purchased a Differential from LKQ from salesman ************************************* at the ****** store work order# ********* our differential came with a 3yr unlimited warranty. However once ************ installed the differential it was making noise and was diagnosed as being manufactured incorrectly. Reached out to LKQ and they sent a replacement differential once again this one was installed it did the same thing as the first one and was also diagnosed as an incorrectly manufactured part once again. We then reach out to LKQ once again a third time and they sent us a third replacement and were told that if the third replacement made noise to contact them directly for approval for the mechanic/shop( Who LKQ referred us too) to fix the wrongfully manufactured part, however once reached out to the company once again to hopefully get the differential repaired we were told that LKQ wouldnt allow any repairs to be done or it would void my warranty. So my truck still sits not fixed because LKQ refused to allow the mechanic to fix the faulty part. We were then promised a full refund of the faulty part purchased, the remaining 250 (still yet to be paid by LKQ) on labor costs, as well as promised to keep the differential as LKQ took our original as core. I have all of this documentation in emails as well as several texts from store manager, sales, as well as inspector from warranty who inspected each part returned and has confirmed that each part was manufactured incorrectly and showed the exact same problem with each part returned. After spending hours upon hours of speaking with LKQ of honoring their agreement of refunding us in full were being told that they will not release our refund now until a release of liability is signed. We have told company that once we receive our refund that we will release LKQ of warranty. We were then told that they processed a insufficient check/ stopped payment on! This is illegal! We want our full refund promised and documented from LKQ!!!

      This business took my money for a driveshaft then ONLY SENT HALF of the part failed too send the rest when called ***** at ext **** HUNG UP ON ME when I called back I got another RUDE GIRL supposedly filed a report on ***** and sent me a email to send the part back which I NEVER got the shipping label I was lied too my bank NEVER RECEIVED my refund she lied about refunding almost 300 back too me so next step get an attorney involved a class action suit is definitely what needs too happen this business does this a lot too customers the rudeness and hanging up on customers is uncalled for they lie steal your hard earned MONEY they don't answer or return calls it's a waste of time

      on 06/10/2022, i bought a transmission from lkq for a 2017 ******* elantra for ******* ,,they sent the wrong transmission twice, then sent me a bad transmission ,i had this unit installed , and it tested out to be bad, i also got a 6 month warranty from lkq parts and labor that was paid for in the price of the unit, i called lkq to let them know it was bad, they denied the claim i placed and said it was not installed right, i took the car to *******, they confirmed it was indeed installed correctly, the car had at the time maybe 20 miles put on it, from install time, i have called, sent emails, and everything i could to get in touch with the guy in charge,( *****), since September of last year, still no response from *****, have talked to several reps all they say is call him or they will get back to me , no response, all i want is a replacement unit, or my money back, this car is still parked since it got back from ******* dealership please advice.

      8/15/2023 Invoice ********* Amount paid $2216.69 I ordered a transmission that supposed to work on my vehicle and give them all information from VIN number. The transmission is not working. I contacted the LKQ warranty representative and they stated that a license mechanic representative would look at the part, but no have showed up.       I am rejecting this response because::   you telling  me  that  I  brought  transmission  that  doesnt  work  at all. I spent  $2216.69 on a transmission  that  supposed  to work  on  my  vehicle.  The  part that was   not under  warranty  i brought  that  which was $700  and my  vehicle  is still  not running.  I have  spent  $2916.69 and plus whatever  i owe my mechanic  for  labor.  If this was a true statement on their website All parts are carefully inspected throughout the dismantling and order-fulfillment process. The first quality inspection occurs before a part can even be added to our inventories andLKQ performs both internal testing and hires independent testing agencies to evaluate the quality of our parts.  My vehicle  would  be  up and running. The transmission  is no good.  LKQ   should  refund me on a  product  that does not work.  I have to purchase  another  transmission  for my  car and disregard  the one this company  sold  me  because  this transmission is defective. Is this how LKQ treats their  customers?

      I sold a vehicle to lkq and the wrote me a check and the bank on the check **** of America is telling my bank that the check is a fraud and will not verify the check or release my funds

      Ordered a replacement part for my vehicle. Order number S51875226. The part doesn't work. I have contacted them via email on their website on August 14th 2023. I was told I would have to call I work during their business hours and have no way to call. According to their website all warranties must be done via email. I have emailed with order number, photos, and my vin number with no response from the company. I'm asking for a working replacement be sent to me as I can no longer use my air conditioning with the record high heat of this year. This is the second non working part I've paid for from them in a year.

      I purchased a motor from LKQ Keystone in ****** ***** in July of 2023 for the sum of $1,100, after having to put another $1,000 of parts in to said motor in ended up having a blown head gasket. After some back and forth with LKQ Keystone they reluctantly sent me a replacement motor, after installing said motor and spending another $900 on parts for said motor it also has a blown head gasket. My car is my only means of transportation, this has cost me more than ********** but now my job. I have reached out to LKQ Keystone multiple times just to get nothing in return. I would like LKQ Keystone to not only fix my car but to reimburse me for all of the money I have spent.

      I bought a used engine here at sun valley for ****** $. So I go to install the engine and it's doesn't even turn over at all. Motors stuck. I have the engine with the sticker that they put on it and the markings they put on it. Purchase date was 4/17/23. Came today I don't have t he original reciept unfortunately I lost it . I have children and they got a hold of it and lost it. The people working the doors here are extremely rude and not helpful at all. Telling me to the shut the f*** up and get the f*** outta here before they beat me up. Just ridiculous and unprofessional. If I have my credit card statement with the motor and the sticker on the motor why won't they return it. I paid for the 90day warranty so. Why won't they do the return. Have the credit card statement with the day and location of the purchase also the sticker that they tag the motor with. I feel really disappointed with these people. Also can't even talk to whoever is charge ;;

      6/14/2023 date of transaction I paid cash. I returned part they wouldn't give me cash back lkq say a check will come 3-5 days . Lkq say the sent check out on 6/27/2023. I still haven't gotten my money back. I keep calling now lkq say **** days I still haven't got my refund.Invoice #********* I paid ****** No one has tried to resolve this situation. They been got their part back I want my money.

      I originally made a purchase on June 15th for a alternator for my 2020 ***** civic sport. I received it on the 22nd of June only to be disappointed when I opened the package and saw a alternator that would never fit my vehicle. It looked like it was 100 years old. I contacted lkq through email spoke to a lady named ******. She contacted me the next morning at 8am I explained what has happened and she said let me search for you one that's closer to you so I wouldn't have to wait another week to receive it. So she found me one she says in savanna GA and that I would receive it on June 27th at the time I was flabbergasted at how much they care about Their customers another week I'm gonna have to be out of work as my car is how I make money. Many emails later I received 2 invoices with 2 different order times on them and never received a tracking number. So today was my ETA for my alternator so I call lkq first person I sp9ke with told me she was gonna loom into it that she emailed I'm guessing Savanah where my package was supposed to be shipped from and she would contact me within the next hour. 3 hours later I called them back and now I'm being told its not gonna be delivered today matter of fact it hasn't even been shipped. I was told Tuesdays AND Thursday was the only DAYS they ship from this facility. Ok I ordered it Thursday morning 8am. My ETA WAS STATED ON MY INVOICE FOR **** 27TH FOR DELIVERY AND THE AGENT TOLD ME THE SAME THING ON THE ****** I have 3 different invoices that are supposed to be the se invoices that have 3 different ordering times a new one just today when I asked for my invoice. As a customer with laws that protect me from this kind of business and bad ethics. I will take all the steps Necessary to find resolution and to help others that are having the same problem as I am that *** not kno what steps to tag. To you the BBB I can't understand how this company still has A plus rating when their complaints are so bad are you dropping the ball.
