      Bought and installed two transmissions within 2 months the first one went completely out in 3days. The second one is shifting hard after being installed 2 weeks ago.

      Dont return phone calls, after leaving messages with two mgrs ********************* yet to receive my extended warranty documents from my 4/23/24 purchase, and its not 5/23/24, ****** from the warranty department claiming its a glitch in system, but yet its been 30 days!!!!!!! Engine was sold without a manifold cover!!

      This company has got the worst customer ********************** I have ever experienced. they don't even deserve a one star rating. bought a motor from them - first motor was installed and there was a head Gasket leak. they wanted me to tear down a new rebuilt Motor NFW. after many calls and poor customer ********************** they finally sent a 2nd motor. I paid to have that installed. the 2nd motor has a wrist pin knock. been trying to get a 3rd motor. what a pain in the a** it is dealing with this company. I highly recommend you purchase a motor from a reputable company. this one is not.

      Horrible service !!!you wont get a call back , they redirect you if they do decide to even answer you. Forget it if you need an item picked up. I think this place is by far the worst customer ********************** Ive ever experienced /.

      By far the worst customer ********************** I have experienced in 45 years. This is a company that sets the wrong expectation when it comes to customer satisfaction.

      Ordered an ac compressor and new engine mounts for my vehicle. Parts were delivered, opened the boxes, I received the ac compressor. Did not get the engine mounts. I've called the location the item was shipped from, told me they couldn't help me. They gave me a phone number to someone else, they couldn't help either. Called the online customer ********************** number, and they told me the same thing everyone else told me. Because it's an online order there's nothing they can do to help me get the right parts. These people need to get their heads out of their ***** and stop ripping people off and giving people the run around. Very shady business practices. Guess I'm gonna be out 100 bucks. Oh well. Never again. Do not buy from these people!!!!!

      I paid 75 Dollars for the transmission Core and they did not want to return it to me because my transmission came disassembled and had to be complete and with all the parts working. Which is not obvious, which is why I replaced my transmission because it was not in good condition.

      Went in to buy a part and i did not want a guarantee, but was charged anyway,it say it comes with a 90 day guarantee, but they never ask if you want it,they are a bunch of crooks,i will never go and look for junk ****,then pay high prices and half to walk miles,when i can go to **** and get it for same price and not have to go around a inbred facility, i will spread the word

      *******-SW location on ********************* Rd, I bought a fender last Monday 3/18/24. When I got home I checked online the price I was charged and found I was over charged $11.00 for the fender. On Wednesday I went back and spoke to the location manager, *** and was simply old i didnt know what I was talking about and that they do not refund over-charges. He handed me a paper and was told to call corporate for a refund. I called numbers all over the nation and many ended up saying their offices were closed, that they were open M-F 8:00 thru 5:30 but it was 2:45 right then??!!.I guess I will just handle it with a charge-back through my credit card. NEVER PAY CASH, ALWAYS USE A CREDIT CARD TO PROTECT YOURSELF!! BEWARE of LKQ-PICK YOUR PART!!!
