      Horrible customer service. Very disrespectful in person. Never answer the phones. Lie about having parts available then after driving from another County to get the parts they tell you they don't have them after waiting at the counter for an hour. As a business owner they have permanently lost my business. On the way out, I had to laugh at how many other customers were swearing and upset about all the problems they have with them continually as well.. avoid this place. It's not worth it to purchase their used and garbage products...

      Started out ok, they parts were not available, difficult to get parts delivered and getting put on hold every time you call.Delivery person was terrible and would not take parts back had to get in contact with Sales representative to get it picked up, we are still waiting.

      STAY AWAY FROM LKQ. I ordered a transfer case assembly for my car. I selected the correct year, make, model and trim on the website and they sent me some ********. They sent me the wrong one, unfortunately for me my mechanic began all the work and realized in the middle "I had brought him a transfer case that is not for my car". got slapped with a bill when I called LKQ to inform them of my situation they told me to send photos fill out a form online. THEY MADE A MISTAKE and the customer has to take the heat for it and suffer consequences. Manager named ***** and associate named ****** did absolutely nothing for me. They are sending me a replacement arriving this friday. The replacement has an extra 25 thousand miles on it and im still paying the same price??? not even a discount or a credit for the 3 weeks without a car this cost me renting a car and uber's adds up quick. LKQ has no moral values they have monopolized the junkyard game and no one protects the consumer. my advice go to a local junkyard call your dealer for an OEM part number and give your money back to small business.

      I order a transmission from LKQ on the 29th of September and did not use it as the trouble with the car was miss diagnosed. I then ordered a transfer case from them and it was unusable. I had to return the case and order another one. This was extremely frustrating and time consuming. When I attempted to return the transmission, they refused as it was pass there unknown thirty days which I was unaware. Now I a stuck with a transmission that I do not want or need. This is a horrible experience with this company, and I recommend a stay away policy towards LKQ.

      If I could rate these people a 0 star I would. I was told I could pick up the back window for my fiance, and when I arrived after driving 45 mins, I walked into the LKQ In ***************, **. And the receptionist was God awful, she was cussing and pretty much just a miserable person, she called the guy from ********** Parish and pretty much jumped his throat and hung up on him and called her " Boss " and everything I told her was TRUE but she twisted it to her boss and wouldn't even talk to me or look at me like a professional, I told her I wanted a refund back onto MY card that purchased the window and I walked out . After I got back into my car I called ***** and ***** keeps ignoring my phone calls so I can talk to the MAN who took MY order over the phone and took my money, so I could get a refund from him personally back onto my card! I will be going to the better business beauru.

      LKQ is horrible, they've been horrible for the past ***** years I know bc I've been in the used auto parts business for over 30 yrs.and dealt with them many times and still do though not as much. there's certain parts I won't ever buy from them and their deliveries are rarely on time. they're a global corp. and in the US have pretty much monopolized the market but they're still basically a junkyard.beware.

      We got bad experience they charge you a warranty without you knowing. And when you ask them why the amount you owe is higher then what you actually pay theyre like its because they have charged you for the warranty and they can not take it off. I went to return and the did not accept my item because it was not the original which it was not true.

      Got an insurance vehicle in for repair with a time stamp on completion. I called on September 29th to order parts that were listed on estimate for a vehicle. Was instructed that parts would arrive the following Monday. Monday gets here, no parts. Call to check status, was told parts are scheduled for Tuesday. They brought 2 wrong parts. Called the same day to let them know parts were wrong, sales rep ordered replacements. Were told that I would have parts on the following monday, still no parts. Called today to find out, parts are sitting out of state. Repair was suppose to be completed in 5 days. It's October 5th, still no parts. Horrible service. I do not recommend this company to no one. Now I'm faced with paying for customers rental. Smh!!!!

      This company should be shut down. The parts they sell perform like they're put together with duck tape. The shipping period is long enough for someone to get pregnant and give birth. The company is horrible as whole. Never recommend or use it.

      I purchased a engine from the website and got it delivered to my place, I got the engine put in my car for it to be bad. My car was smoking extremely bad to the point we had rushed to cut the car back off, I had to pay a total of $1,150 for the engine to be dropped into my car for it to not even work at all. After reaching out to LKQ they told me they were only covering $490 for a job that cost $1,729.73. My problem is that if the engine was properly checked used or brand new we wouldnt be having this issue but with them be careless they are trying to force me to pay the remaining $1,239 which I shouldnt have to cover because Im not at fault for someone else not doing there job . I feel as if they should be responsible for paying the full Labor that my mechanic had to do on this new engine being dropped.
