  What I think this a mafia to me not even a cents I would spend on this junk yard.1- They own this business and you have to pay for environment fee really.2- Price almost and sometimes more expensive than the new part.3-charging you guarantee insurance with out asking a ******************* cant exchange a cosmetic part because not guarantee or insurance really on a cosmetic part.5-$3.00 dollars to get in and this is the service and trade you get from this business,on my part never again.

  After spending $50,000 a year with LKQ we were denied a warranty on a failed engine they sent **. I even have the recorded phone call for the warranty. And they still will not warranty the part. My shop will never use LKQ again. Done! Horrible business. They fight you every step of the way to get something warrantied. Go elsewhere. Please!

  workers LKQ Sun Valley ********** order the towing of customers' cars for non-existent reasons while you buy parts from their junkyard. Get ready to pay for returning the car after paying for the parts.I have a photo of a parking space where can see the absence of any markings, which makes the evacuation illegal. The driver of the tow truck is a friend of the LKQ guard, the guard carries a pack of business cards in his pocket and writes the price of returning the car himself!!! what is going ??? I demand an explanation with evidence of my violation. while I bought $170 worth of parts, I received another $485 check for towing, lost time, and ruined day off.

  They are cheats liars dont ever buy from them I can give them a -10 rating I would they ship me the wrong transmission twice and then said it was my fault and he charged me a $300 restocking fee and I have to pay to send it back to them to get my refund dont ever shop with them

  I put in a claim for invoice number ******** on 06/02/23 for engine i purchased for my vehicle. There was some form of engine failure which was reported by the mechanic. When the engine was purchased it was done with a warranty which at this point is not being honored. My calls are being ignored and messages are not being returned. I am contacting ***************multiple times for days and no call back. Whenever I can also no resolve, I am being told only one person handles the situation and either being hung up on or transferred back to the same number. I thought this would be a smooth process from what I was told if i ever had issues with the engine before it was purchased. Now I see this is not the case. I have been without my vehicle for two full weeks at this point and have been very patient with going through the process with your company. I am looking to have this situation resolved ASAP. There is no reason why this should have gotten this far.

  LKQ corp lies about the parts they sell. I wished to get a new transmission and before I even bought it I called to see if it was good. LKQ rated that it "ran good". I believed them and purchased the transmission. I had a warranty but I didn't even think of purchasing a labor warranty as LKQ guarantees on multiple websites that "LKQ performs both internal testing and hires independent testing agencies to evaluate the quality of our parts. We do not procure parts that compromise safety. All parts are carefully inspected throughout the dismantling and order-fulfillment process." If you call them and ask them if this is true, they will tell you most parts are not actually inspected because they might not be to access the part. This company is guilty of false advertising and fails to produce any proof of inspection or even testing. The issue is, it is understandable if a part can't be tested, but they lie and say every part has been "tested for quality" and they don't truthfully say wether or not it was actually tested. I got stuck with a hefty labor fee from the mechanic and LKQ refused to assist in labor because they "fulfilled their end of the warranty". I would have accepted that if I did something bad to the car, but the part was bad upon installation. They even called the mechanic to make sure he didn't do anything wrong. In conclusion, LKQ behaved like a sleazy company and did not actually fulfill their end of the warranty because to begin with they promise a quality part that was "tested" and "inspected".

  THIS PLACE IS A JOKE, FIRST THE WEBSITE SAYS THE PART IS THERE THAT YOU NEED THEN YOU GO AND THEY MAKE YOU PAY $ **** JUST TO GET INTO THE YARD, PUSH AROUND A WHEEL BARREL GET TO THE *** AND THE PART IS GONE THEN THEY TELL YOU THEY HAVE NO WAY TO KEEP INVENTORY YET THE WEBSITE SAYS THE PART IS AVAILABLE SMH THINGS NOT LIKE THEY USE TO BE I GUESS A DIFFERENT WORLD WITH PEOPLE IN CUSTOMER ********************** WHO DO NOT ***E ABOUT ANYTHING LET ALONE HOW THEY ARE VIEWED BY CUSTOMERS GIVING 1 STAR WOULD GIVE 0 IF IT WERE AN OPTION

  I got the number from ****** vs auto parts looking for a replacement engine spoke with someone named ********************* he said he had 1 in stock for my ***** s 60 2.5t! I talked to him in February and he said he had 1 in stock and so I called my mechanic at ****** auto in *********** ill **** called the guy back on phone and asked if he could send the engine to them . I called back vs auto parts at purchased the engine over the phone with my credit card I payed ********. he said make it out for LKQ instead of vs auto parts. Gave him my email and he said he would send a confirmation but never received it. He said 5-7 days it would be sent never received it yet my mechanic tried calling him but he hung up. ***** gave me the money back in my account temporarily until they did an investigation they told me I didn't have enough evidence so I filed a police report on April 4th. They said to file a complaint with bbb so I'm doing so now have made several attempts to reach this company now they're saying they don't know what I'm talking about. I'm on disability and now have no money in my account they took it back I'm *** angry over this!! I hope they do something about this company because it seems like I'm not the only one to get ripped off

  Lkq is a ripoff!! Far too many parts are extremely overpriced.They nickel and dime you to a point where youre better off buying used parts from a professional junkyard.Today I went to their ********** store. The manager thought it was okay to charge extra for a mirror, on a door purchase. The mirror is part of the door. So I took a look on car-part.com where the junkyards are listed and you can look up your specific parts. The pros sell doors complete with mirrors, door panels, regulator, glass, etc. in hindsight I should have not wasted my time going to LKQ, as the door was actually significantly less money at a local yard where they would actually pull it for me and not steal my mechanics jumper cables.
