Three months ago I submitted a $15.00 rebate. Rebate ID # ********** to be paid via PayPal. The rebate was approved for payment but never received. After multiple calls to the rebate Center I still have not received the rebate which has been approved.I sent a complaint, Ref: number ******** to Molson Coors Consumer Affairs requesting assistance. Their response was to contact the rebate centre, the same people responsible for the problem. Evidently consumer affairs has no interest in helping consumer resolve Molson's customer service problems.Business Response

Their response dated Monday 12/18 stated someone would contact me by Tuesday 12/19. It is currently 4 days later Saturday 12/23 and I never was contacted by anyone.
At this point I have no intention of wasting more of my time with this unethical company.
Please close the case as unresolved. I will accept the fact that the rebate program was probably a scam.

I purchased Miller Lite Beer 30pk with a rebate of $12.00 on June 3, 2023. I submitted the rebate form and received an email acknowledgement from MolsonCoors on June 17th that the rebate was approved and that my PayPal account would be credited within a week. As of this date I have not received the rebate despite numerous phone calls to MolsonCoors. I have never been given any satisfactory answer for why the delay! Tracking number is **********. I am receiving unsolicited emails advertising alcohol to an email that is shared by minors. My household does not drink beer and never has and I have never provide any information to the company. Their representatives refuse to discuss anything with me unless I provide personal information including my date of birth. They refuse to transfer me to the marketing department, or supervisor or manager ("there's no one available") unless I provide this information. I submitted a rebate online on 05Dec23 regarding a 24 pack purchase on 04 Dec23 for rebate 23-16471. Purchase dates for the rebate is 30Nov23 to 04Jan23 for a purchase of a 20 pack or larger. My rebate was denied due to invalid receipt state. This is the second rebate I have submitted with this reason as why my rebate was declined. The picture of the receipt I sent was showed the entire receipt with date time of purchase, where it was purchased, and showed that the 24 pack of Coors light was purchased. If you are going to have a rebate program you should honor the program. I would respect it more if you just didnt have it then not honoring the program. I am rejecting this response because:As documented, I have contacted the Molson Coors rebate team previously and the issues have not been resolved. I filed a complaint with the BBB because I was unable to get a resolution via the Molson Coors online rebate site. The site is often unattended, and the email option doesn't work. The phone calls do not produce results. I am looking forward to an actual resolution to this complaint, not just "we're looking into it". Therefore, I cannot allow this case to be closed, as the company's initial response not a resolution.

Please be advised that Molson-Coors ultimately honored the rebates addressed in this complaint. I believe the one that took the longest to receive was either misplaced in their mailroom or misrouted by the USPS. The other two rebates were resolved by Molson-Coors, it just took a long time. In all fairness, I would like to post that the issue was ultimately resolved, but I am unable to post any updates on your system. I submitted two rebates online in July 2023. I checked the tracking status for both rebates and supposedly both rebates have been fulfilled. However, I have not received anything in the mail or electronically via email. I contacted Molson Coors via chat and was told that the rebate checks were mailed. I still have not received anything. I have the same complaint as another individual filed on 9-27-2023 regarding Miller Lite Coors light rebate offer 23-15042 for beer purchased at Giant Eagle. The website states the offer code is not valid and will not allow me to proceed any further. There is no way to contact anyone to secure the correct offer code to request the rebates online. Another complaint states the problem lies with Giant Eagle not providing the correct rebate forms. All I request is the correct offer code to process the rebates online.Business Response

I got an email from Miller Lite back on 04/02/2023 that I have won "Miller Lite J ****** Promotion!" According to the official rules, I was supposed to get my rewards within **** business weeks. It has been more than **** business weeks and I still don't have my prize! I have sent total of 8 emails on this and not getting any response at all! The only email response I got was to send the winning email screenshot which I did send back on 06/14/2023. What should I do? This big and supposedly a reputable company is doing a fraud by not sending rewards to the winner in a timely manner. I have sent emails on:06/01, 06/14, 07/08, 08/03, 09/05, 09/18 and 2 emails in October. I am going through unnecessary inconvenience and stress. This is just horrible and horrendous!
