      Horrible horrible horrible product. I had my Dyson professional blow dryer for 9 months before it stopped working! It took 3 months for them to finally be in stock to send me a new one. Every time I called for an update they were out of stock. I will never buy a Dyson product again and I will be sure to let everyone I know to stay away from Dyson. By the way I am the third person in my salon to have a Dyson stop working in less than 2 years!

      Robbed me. Didnt send the vacuum, charged me anyways and their support staff are untrained people from ***** who were 0 help. Over a year later Im still fighting with them and now theyre telling me they have no records of me calling in or my order Overpriced product and 0/10 customer service

      NEVER AGAIN, and I will tell all my friends Forget Dyson....Consistant breakage. They sold a Dyson V12 on QVC with 7 tools, think you are getting a good deal NO.**** admitted they have an issue with this vacum and it's battery which gets blazing hot!!!!!!!!!!I have documented all the calls so if it starts a fire.       Worst company ever!!!! Never will I ever buy from them. I bought 650 dollar headphones that literally weigh as much as a brick does. Not only can I not return it because they make you email them a form to request a return. Now I am stuck with them. This company is horrible.

      The absolute most horrendous service I have ever dealt with in my entire life! That they get an A+ ranking while have such putrid reviews is why the BBB rating system is a joke.

      Worst company ever!!!! Never will I ever buy a vacuum from them again!! Been dealing with them for almost 1 year, at first trouble shooting then they finally said they would replace the vacuum. Sent it back May 2024, and they promised I would have a vacuum within 2 weeks. Its going on 3 months. Apparently the warehouse can NOT process the inquiry appropriately!! I have been without a vacuum all this time and having to borrow from family. I am afraid I will never get it back!! I really need some information to where I can contact higher *** than a supervisor. They as well promise, but do not follow through! There needs to be some accountability!!

      Dyson use to be a trusted name and now it is nothing but trash. Poor customer service. Products break after the 30 day return window and even if its a manufacturing issue Dyson will not do anything. Your exchange amount has a limit and time frame as well which was not disclosed prior to purchase. Spending almost a thousand dollars on something youd expect it to work more than 10 times but no. I wish I wouldve listen to the thousands of reviews about this company but unfortunately their marketing got the better of my senses. I will never recommended this company and if I see someone in the store even looking at a product from Dyson I will advise them not to. A claim was filed with no resolution offered. I will NEVER buy another Dyson product

      I had a huge issue with my Dyson v10 animal and had called before my warranty expired to troubleshoot well that didnt work so I called a few days later and I was 3 days out of warranty. They made an exception and got manager approval to send the dyson v11 animal which is comfortable (I asked for whatever is comparable to what I had, I did not want the regular v11 as those do not work for me) they said mail in your vacuum and once we receive that they will ship out my new one. I mailed out the vacuum (I paid for shipping which they said they wouldnt reimburse. The label they gave me wasnt a paid label) I have since called 3 times to check on status on my new and old vacuum. The received my old one on July 23, 2024 and have not mailed out my new one. They keep saying since were doing an exception have to get it approved for a v11 animal which they already have done since the first time calling !! This is ridiculous. I will be posting on the BBB and all socials. Literally disgusting and unprofessional.

      I cannot understand why it takes up to 14 days for a refund. It didnt take 14 days to charge my card. I bought 2 air purifiers but decided I only needed one. I will never buy another Dyson.Customer service can make or break a business. Someone need take another look at the return policies. With all these complaints, that indicates a time for change.Patiently waiting

      This is by far the worst company. Its been half a year and all I needed was to have my motorhead brush replaced. Months go by and no replacement that I was promised. I told them they need to send a whole vacuum so I can get the part. They made me send it back to them just to get one part replaced and then they sent me the replacement and a different part was missing! Then we did the whole process again, the next time they promised I would have that part in the box.......NOPE! I was out of a vacuum multiple times and still without a part. They promise me that it won't happen again. They don't have any of their parts in stock and their customer service has no control and just try to get you off the phone because they can't help you. I'm on a call now and you can hear the reps dealing with angry customers. I've been on the phone for 1.5 hours with no solution. You will spend so many hours on the phone trying to get something simple taken care of that you will go insane. I can honestly say I have never experienced customer service this bad in my 41 years. First time I have ever left a review like this. I am searching for a way to hold Dyson accountable. Stay away.
