I bought the Dyson Airwrap. The machine itself was great for the 4 months that it worked, but in the 7 months following I have still not received a replacement despite the machine being under warranty. **************** starts out helpful via the chat but then will totally ghost you via email. They also don't seem to document any of your information on a case file, so I have to repeat all of the same details everytime I follow up with the online chat every few weeks after not getting any responses via email. For such an expensive hair tool, you'd expect it to last longer. If it doesn't, you'd at least expect better service. Insane for the price.

Our Dyson V15 Detect Absolute vacuum gave up working and I did the trouble shooting online-test. It was assumed that I would need a new battery. It was said, that the customer service will contact me with details shortly (within a day or two, I think). About 10 days after, I finally got an email from the customer service, offering me 20% off when buying a new vacuum. Why would I buy a new vacuum, when my old one isnt even a year old and still under warranty?I contacted the customer service, and it was a like a ping pong game with the same questions from different callcenter people and my (always the same) answers. 1) Machine is not working anymore. 2) Display is black. 3) Blue light for charging is blinking. 4) I have warranty, where is the problem? Finally, I tried the chat - a lot of "we are here to assist you and I understand your concerns and other random sentences. Finally I was told that I am getting a new battery. Bingo.Yesterday a new battery arrived and guess what. It turned out it is NOT the battery. And just to prove that they dont know what they are doing in those call centers: Today, to my surprise, I got another box, with another battery. Now I have two batteries, and my vacuum is still not working. Fun fact: : The "how to replace the battery video Dyson sent to me was for another model, with screws in several places. Ours is just a put-on with a click. - Crazy This is my second Dyson, and I will NEVER buy another one.The first one, btw, died soon after the warranty was expired. If you still want one, at least don't buy it online. Make sure to buy it somewhere, where you can bring it back to the shop and they will take care for you. You, as a single person, are tilting at windmills!

I wish I could give negative stars. I paid for a bad battery and since my vacuum didn't work with the "new" battery, I was manipulated in buying EVERY SINGLE REPLACEMENT PART to my vacuum and it still didn't work. I was lied to and told that they could offer me a replacement battery at 50% off and then they sent me to a payment page with no payment details. I asked the customer service representative if the $85.99 was indeed the 1/2 price. Well, when I received the confirmation email, it shows they only gave me $50 off. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.I will never buy another Dyson. Rip-off company who is incredibly shady and asks for customers to spend money endlessly to try to repair their c*** vacuum.

Absolutely the WORST company - what an unbelievable joke. Paid $650 for a vacuum. Almost immediately the gold wand broke. I've waited 9 months, while my vacuum has been under warranty, as the best they said they can do is put me on an "in stock notification list" for the part. 9 months, still out of stock. IYou can't get through to anyone there to help. My vacuum will now go out of warranty. I do feel they intentionally do this so they don't have to send a replacement.

*************. I sent back my vacuum July 1st due to it not working. I still had a warranty. It took 3 weeks and many phone calls but got a replacement. When it got here, the box had holes in it and was damaged. Had to start all over. Took back to *** to ship it back. Took another 3 weeks for a replacement. The second one they sent me had been used. I was shocked. Starting over again. Have spent multiple hours trying to fast track this. ****** had a vacuum for 2 months. Its now the end of August. They have had the 2nd return for 8 days and still havent sent my replacement.

Wish I'd read these reviews before buying a vacuum from Dyson. The vacuum had a defect so I called and they said they'd repair it. I sent it back and it seemed so easy. I got the vacuum back with the same defect and no fix. I called to return it and they said it was now passed the time limit to return. I argued that they talked me into a repair instead of a return and they didn't repair it. They allowed the return. I returned the vacuum in May 2024 and have proof they have received the vacuum from the *** tracking. They know they received it but claim they can't find it in their warehouse so they can't issue a refund yet. I have called multiple times and also called Fidelity to dispute the charge. I'll be filing another bad review of fidelity. I'm now going to the WA state attorney general to get my money back. I'm really in awe of the complete lack of service from Dyson. It used to be a good company and now it just a dumpster fire. I will never buy from Dyson every again and will warn all my friends to buy and their own risk of losing money for no service.

Worse company ever. I will never recommend or buy a product From them ever. Ive sent my hairdryer back July 24 for a refund cause I dont need it anymore. ******* was never opened nor used. They received the package July 27th. Its been almost a month and still waiting for a refund. All they give is the run arounds and stories. Theyre quick to charge your card but a headache to get your money back. Theres no such thing as their ***** day refund from receiving the package. Worst company ever.

Dyson doesn't care about your defective product. If I could leave zero stars I would. And, in hindsight, had I used my actual credit card the problem I experienced the defective Dyson stick vacuum would've, I believe, turned out differently, I'd have my $500 back and Dyson would have their defective stick vacuum back!I purchased the vacuum using Affirm and disputed the purchase after several payments because Dyson was ignoring replacing the defective canister as they had promised. I had contacted Dyson within the first 30 days of purchase about the defective canister, and waited for a new canister that never came. I contacted Dyson again to request a return since they didn't replace the canister. Dyson ignored that email. Then I moved on to disputing the purchase with Affirm. First of all disputing with Affirm seems easy, but once you do that your payment becomes late, and they do not allow you to make a payment while the dispute is active. Affirm can put this so-called "late" payment on your credit report, and s**** up your reports. And since Dyson only allows returns within 30 days, by the time I disputed Dyson told Affirm I was beyond the return window, so Affirm went in Dyson's favor. Dyson is shady and they lied to Affirm because the defect was reported within the first 30 days of the purchase. Dyson uses this 30 day return window to their advantage if you purchase anything defective from them. Bottom line, stay away from their products. If you don't, and you get a defective product you will not get help or a part, and you'll be stuck with junk!
