      Horrendous customer service. My V12 vacuum under warranty has been without a laser head for over a month. Dyson makes you wait and reach out again once the part is back in stock. Why did I pay over $700 for a vacuum that is useless without this head?

      Awful!! I returned my Dyson hair dryer 2 months ago and have been given the run around for weeks. I **************** says it hasnt been released from warehouse, youll receive tracking confirmation in ***** hours, and NOTHING!! I have no confirmation, no hair dryer replacement, and no resolution. Sadly, I think Im out $500 because Im tired of calling and getting the same response every.single.time. Im at a lost! Shame on you Dyson!!!!

      I have a D50 vacuum that needs a part. That part is unavailable for about a year now. The slimy customer service person offered a generous 20% discount on a new product. The reason I paid more for the Dyson was to get a more reliable machine, and being able to maintain it. I was very wrong. Fraud? Maybe, but a bait and switch for sure. If Im going to get a semi disposable product, I would not pay a premium.

      Horrendous **************** Experience with ********************** I am extremely disappointed with the appalling customer service provided by ********************** in relation to my malfunctioning V15 vacuum cleaner, which is still within its warranty period. My attempts to seek assistance from Dyson's customer service department have been met with nothing but frustration and incompetence.Despite reaching out to Dyson over eight times, I was continuously given conflicting information, put on hold for extended periods, and denied access to a supervisor. The lack of accountability and resolution demonstrated by Dyson's customer service team is utterly unacceptable.As a loyal customer who has invested a considerable amount in a Dyson product with a valid warranty, I am deeply dissatisfied with the level of support and professionalism exhibited by Dyson's representatives. While Dyson may boast excellent product quality, the same cannot be said for their abysmal customer service, which has left me feeling utterly disregarded and unheard.By sharing my experience, I hope to caution other consumers about the nightmarish ordeal they may face when seeking assistance from Dyson's customer service. My rating of one star reflects the immense disappointment and frustration I have encountered throughout this troublesome process.

      I reach out to customer service 5 times in the last month about a 8 month old dyson vacuum that has broken. I was told that they cant get the part so I will get a new vacuum. That were going to send a new one with a return tag to send the old one back. I have been lied to by 2 different customers service people. I was told a supervisor would call back in 2 minutes. That was 12 hours ago. I have never dealt with such dishonest people at a company before. I have a broken vacuum with no hope of settlement. Its only a $700.00 dollar vacuum.. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ***

      I reached out to customer service to find out about why my ************************** was not holding a charge and they asked me to send it in for repair and provided a shipping label. The unit arrived at their destination in ** on March 28, 2024 and today is June 25th, 2024. I've attempted to get the unit back or a solution over multiple emails and phone calls and they refuse to take responsibility and blame **** despite *** confirmation that "Dyson" accepted the receipt of the unit.

      My daughter purchased a very expensive hair straightener from Dyson. Returned it because it didnt do the job. Unfortunately getting the return label was no small task. No responses in the chat or via email. Impossible to get through by phone finally got through and he sent the return label. I have NEVER had such a hard time getting a return label for ANYTHING. The package was received by them yesterday. I find it UNACCEPTABLE to wait 2 weeks for a refund. Look at all the complaints in the last week or two on this company. You should be humiliated. Shame on you. It is a crock business. Do not buy anything from them! EVER.

      This is the worst company ever! I purchased a V12 Vacuum on Amazon in March and it is JUNK! Before the return expired I called them due to the fully charged battery lasting usually 2 minutes and they said that they would send me a replacement but it is on backorder. Today I called to follow up and wasted like 2.5 hrs of my day trying to contact them again still haven't received replacement battery or finding anyone that speaks English. They told me to go back to ******. Amazon said to go back to them. Was on hold for over 30 minutes while they tell me they cannot help and I asked to speak with a manager and one was not available and would call me back. She calls back and told me cannot find my order and to email 2 different email addresses my order from Amazon. Then she says I didn't order from Dyson. Do not ever buy this product it is junk! No resolution.

      Negative stars. I purchased 2 vacuums. One was barely used and broke. I sent it back and have been waiting for a month. No one will help, I call everyday. I am currently on hold for over an hour.They tell me same thing EVERYDAY but have just basically lied.Oh, and now the alleged replacement will not have the full warranty. This is not good I have spent way too much money to be treated like this. Absolutely no customer service. This company is a joke.Please help!

      The worst customer service I have ever experienced. My Dyson airwrap has completely stopped working and I have 15 months of my warranty left. **************** is not only rude, but they are refusing to even simply fix my device. Im not even asking for a brand new one. Just for them to uphold their promise with fixing a device in the 2 year window they guarantee when you buy their products. They are telling me to provide proof of purchase when my serial number, registration date, etc. is all on my Dyson account. Im not expecting a $600 tool to go out in less than 2 years so I do not have my paper receipt from Ulta on me. They are completely refusing to help me due to this despite all other proof of me owning my device and registration. Horrific company that makes way too much money to have such shady and slimy business practices.
