      Absolutely terrible. They steal from their customers. I returned an item a few days after I received it and they emailed me stating they received it. They have not issued me a refund. I have contacted them multiple times and it has been 3 months and still no refund. Please investigate as they are stealing from customers.

      Dyson has disappointed us all the way around, from the poor quality of their high end expensive vacuums breaking under warranty (over $1000 for the Outsize Absolute vacuum), as to how their customer support handles the issue and sends out a refurbished replacement of lesser quality and their customer service hangs up after we spent hours on the phone with them trying to understand them and their broken English response. Totally unprofessional and extremely disappointing in the Dyson company and their lack of quality customer service. No matter what phone number you call for customer service, you are ************************** to the exact same place to get poor customer service. Someone from **********************, Please contact us and help us!

      My two stick vacuum work great however they needed new batteries! I received them but one was incorrect for my model. I received a return label months after it was requested and sent back the incorrect battery! I still have not received my refund!!! This all started in November!! Im really unhappy!!!!

      **************** is non existent. I was shipped a vacuum cleaner that was clearly used and had white pet hair and dust in it. I was told the dust was to "protect the item". They refused to compensate for sending me a used product. I own several Dyson products, and I will not be purchasing a Dyson again in the future.

      My wife spend all this money on this Dyson vacuum cleaner and this is the second time there was a problem replacing parts but I get it because I see all the over 4000 complaints from other customer

      Dyson I am so extremely disappointed and frustrated with you right now. I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years always purchasing from your website. I wanted to replace my Dyson DC25 Animal so I purchased a new unit at the beginning of the month. Well I still don't have it. *** has lost the package and has already done the claim and I still cannot get a replacement sent out to me. I have been on chat every day for over a week with no resolution whatsoever. I guess I will just have to purchase elsewhere in the future. This has been a horrible customer service experience that STILL has no resolution.

      Sent vacuum in for repair and they returned it to the wrong address. They dont take responsibility for it and not their problem! I have to speak to *** about it, but they cant do anything as it wasnt even shipped to me. Wow hahaha. Seeing all these problems I will never buy another Dyson product. Of course no manager to escalate to, and they dont return your phone calls. What fraud scam artists.

      Extremely disappointed with customer service - in fact is non existing and it is impossible to complain to actually Dyson corporation; support is outsourced to another country. As a Dyson customer forever, I will no longer buy their products. That's the only way a corporation can learn their *********

      My dad ordered me a Dyson Air Strait for Christmas. It made my hair too flat, I returned it 4 days after Christmas. I received an email that they were "behind on refunds and would be notified once the refund was credited." $520!!!! Well it's March 11th, and NO REFUND....I have called 3 times now, none of them are professional or know what they are talking about. I was told February 16th that my refund had been credited and the "ticket" was issued and it would show up in 7-10 days. It never showed up on my dad's credit card as a refund. I called back, I was upset, I ask to speak to a supervisor ONLY, they informed me, Supervisors, "They cannot allow me to do that, supervisors do not take phone calls." WHAT? I was told again that some kind of refund ticket was issued on February 16th, I said then where is my email confirmation of this refund receipt, like most normal companies would send me....."We do not have a way to do that...." Well, then send me a photo or do something, I want proof that there is a ticket and it was refunded somehow because it has never shown up! "You just have to wait ma'am." It's been way over 7-10 days, almost a month? There is only one customer service number I can find...if you can't speak to a supervisor, what are you to do? You are helpless. As far as I am concerned Dyson has stolen our money...they received their product back. I never knew they were such dishonest, unprofessional, greedy, incompetent, poor customer service company!!!! And I am not done trying to get my refund regardless the battle I have to go through, $520 is not a small amount of money. It just shocks me so many others have had this experience I would hope that this was a flag to BBB or some oversight organization out there.
