      I ordered and was charged for a hair dryer and a vacuum. Only the vacuum was delivered. I spent months trying to work with them to get the item sent to me or a refund but they would only send boilerplate responses that I should "look around my porch and behind bushes for the package". I live in a secure apt building that you need a code to access, with a mail room that you also need a code to access. They delivered me a box of accessories but no $400 hair dryer. I filed a complaint with my state's consumer protection **** and Dyson just didn't respond to them. I'm out $400 and there's nothing anyone can do about it. Some of the worst customer service I've ever come across too, I've spent hours on hold trying to speak to someone who can help, they just assure me they're escalating my complaint then send me the same email about looking around my porch. It's been so disappointing; I'll never purchase from them again.

      I have never witnessed such unprofessionalism from a company before. I returned my product in January, and they confirmed receipt in the first week of February, yet I have still not received my refund. Initially, I had to contact customer service to even initiate the refund process and obtain a return label. They didn't process the refund until I spoke with them directly, citing a "glitch in the system" as the reason for the delay.Even after they received the machine in February, they informed me that the refund payment would be processed within 7-14 days. However, when I followed up after a month, I received the same excuse of a "glitch in the system" preventing the payment from being processed. This experience leads me to believe that Dyson may be intentionally withholding payments, perhaps in the hope that customers will forget about their refunds.I am deeply disappointed by this situation and it has likely resulted in the loss of my future business. I am uncertain when I will finally receive my refund, as I have been instructed to follow up again next week.

      1. Products do not hold resale value; buy used or refurbished if you want to save money.2. **************** does not have to disable friendly options for support; if you need to warranty your device, you have to have a box that fully encompasses the device in order for them to pick it up via *** or take the device to a *** drop-off.3. Bought a new device that was apparently defective. The device threw two $70 filters. The filter did not last the 12-month minimum guarantee. I tried to warranty the filter, and the agent told me it's a known issue with the device. I didn't get any information about a recall.4. The device was fixed, but no repair update, and they return with the original filter, the same filter I initially called in about to get replaced via warranty.5. Another hour with Dyson customer support because they only have email or chat options.6. They didn't read the notes and stated that the device was repaired. Great.... what about my filters that I called in about in the first place?7. The agent then investigates only to return that all the filters are "Out of Stock" at Dyson.8. They tell me they should get more in less than 2 weeks.9. Apparently, they don't have an automatic system for sending out filters and have to do so manually, so they will notify you via email that the filters are in...10. The customer has to contact support again and try to warranty the filters AGAIN, to get them replaced.11. Then they remind you that being a Dyson member, you get 20% off new products.

      I purchased a Dyson Airwrap for my daughter, returned it within the 30 days as she didn't feel it was worth the money. After starting the return, they explained that due to the holiday season it would take 14 days to receive a refund. 30 days afterward, still no refund. Called customer service and they told me that "the system" didn't receive notice of the return. He said the return department was manually submitting the return for refund and it would take 14 days. So I have to wait 45 days to receive my money back. They said there was nothing they could do, but if the scenario were different and I was late paying, they'd be charging me interest. I'd like interest for the time they are keeping my money held up past the initial 14 days!! Also, during the initial start of the return process, communication with the representatives was extremely difficult. I was given misinformation, or they didn't know how to best communicate it. I was told *** would call me the next day to arrange pick up in 1-2 days. No call from ***, so I contacted Dyson. ******* told me he started another return, here is the tracking #, take it to the *** store and they will send it out. I questioned the process and he reassured me that the tracking # was sufficient for them to start the return. We stood in line for 45 min., at the *** store, and they could NOT accept the product for return with the tracking #. Turns out, I just had to wait for *** to arrive in 1-2 at my house to pick up the product. They make 2 attempts. It would be nice if Dyson had customer service for each country, rather than someone in the U.S. speaking to someone from another country; very hard to receive the correct information.

      It's illegal to sell products (take a consumers money for a non-existent product) one doesn't have in stock. Air filter for a Dyson Pure Cool Link TP01 is what I ordered. I was shipped not only the wrong filter, but it was packaged in just its original, extremely thin box and not even taped closed and it was shipped from a very long distance and was crushed. I'm out over $74.00 until they send me a return shipping label as they will not refund me so I can find and pay for a TP01 filter IF I can even find one locally! So likely 10+ days! In the meantime they're collecting all this money and sending out wrong products? They told me when I called customer service that they don't have any in stock and likely won't for MONTHS! But yet, on their website as of 3/5/2024, today as I write this, it still shows they are IN STOCK. One despicable business after another lately. And Dyson, I never expected it from such a High-end Business that ONCE HAD a Great Reputation. How does the Better Business Bureau give them an A+? I'd like the BBB to explain to me what that A+ is REALLY for, because it certainly has nothing to do with the way they treat/take advantage of their customers. The product in question ... don't order it because they don't have any!! > ********************************************************************** And if they do it with this one product they likely do it with others. That money collects interest with them sitting on it, they need to pay interest back to the customer for their mistakes and dishonesty.

      I bought the accredited Dyson hair drier. It lasted less than a year. As it's still under warranty, I've been fighting to get a replacement. The entire process has been a nightmare, to say the least. It's been 2 months after my initial call, and I've had to follow up on everything and get the situation looked into by customer support. Still, no drier. The **** thing was $677.. and Dyson is supposed to have superior customer service. My question is Where??? I will never buy another Dyson product, and I will be urging others not to waste their money.

      I bought a Dyson blow dryer and one day out the blue it just stopped working. This blow dryer costs $400 and for that price you would expect that it would be a quality product. I contacted Dyson and they said my product is not under warranty anymore and that they no longer offer repairs to that type of blow dryer due to the complexity of the repair. So why are they still selling those ? They cant even be repaired. Online you will find thousands of customers that had the exact same issue. Do better Dyson.

      I purchased hair dryer in November. I could never get a person to help me return it. I just didnt like how much it cost and the quality of the product. It took me two months and lots of aggravating emails to get the product returned. After finally receiving a note that the dryer was back in their hands on Feb 7 they said to allow 7-10 days for the refund. That was almost two weeks ago and *** received no refund. *** NEVER had a problem with refunds before with any reputable organization. Now I looked and still done see the refund. What is up with this company??? What can the BBB do to get them where they need to be? Horrible horrible horrible. I will actively NEVER recommend them or buy another Dyson.

      Have had to send back 3 Dyson vacuums due to leaks. Dust partticulits leak out of the machine. These machines are supposed to be hepa vacuums. I called Dyson customer support. They looked into what could be going on and found no issues until they saw the serial number being counterfeit. I bought all 3 vacuums from ******* Dyson didn't want to help me. Their only advice was to return it to *******

      I bought the v15 back in December 2023. I received the item but was missing a part. They told me the part would be in 2-3 weeks. It never came in. They offered me to replace the v15 with a new one but I had to return it and would take 3 weeks to ship. Why didnt they offer that in the beginning blows my mind. I told them Im not waiting for another 3 weeks to receive it and requested a refund. They told me I would receive my payment in 14 business days. I did not receive my refund and called them on the 16th business day. They told me there was an error and it would now take **** business days. I will never ever buy a Dyson again and I will tell everyone do t buy from them because you may never get your money back.
