      The vacuum battery stopped charging after less than a month. Tried to get help with chat and only got a robot circle trying the same diagnostics. Sent several emails and a month later received a response to try the same diagnostics routine. Gave up and entered a return request which also took 3 weeks for a response. Finally got someone on the phone, after hours of wasted time, and received a return authorization and shipping label. I returned on January 6th, and now it's February 25 and still no refund. I've sent many email requests asking for an update and weeks later get the same automated reply;"We regret to inform you that we are currently experiencing an unexpected delay in the processing of your refund.Our team is actively working to address the issue and processing of your return. We understand the importance of a prompt refund and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this delay may cause."They have the worst customer service I've ever experienced, never buy direct from their website. If you must have a Dyson, get it at a retail location that allows returns, because I guarantee you will have problems and need to return it or some of the parts. Their batteries must be junk because I've spoken with friends and family that are having battery issues too.

      I purchased two air wraps for Christmas presents. Order date November 30, 2023. Shipping was to take **** business days. A **** charge went through December 2. Mid December I received a courier-generated email that my airwraps had been returned to sender. When I followed up with Dyson I was told that replacements would ship in **** business days. I called again before Christmas. On the first business day following the holidays, I called again. I was told that my order had been cancelled and the amount would be credited to my **** account on the next billing cycle. He asked me if I would like to reorder. I told him I had lost trust in the company and would be purchasing them elsewhere. It is now Feb 23 and I have still not received a credit to my **** account. I have lodged a complaint with the better business bureau in ******. I would recommend avoiding dealing with this company directly and to purchase Dyson products from ****** or the Bay.

      Purchased their humidifier/purifier in 2019/2020. Both stopped working in 2021. After months of emails and requesting a partial refund if they could not provide a new machine they shipped 2 new ones in 2022. These new machines only came with a less than 1 year warranty and I have the emails showing proof. Fast forward to 2023/2024. One machine has a pump failure so humidifying doesn't work. The other no longer does a deep clean cycle. I contact support and they want me to pay for 2 new pumps. This is an issue with several customers. On the phone they admitted that I had maintained my machine perfectly but it was the pump failure. The pumps are not cheap. I refused to pay and then they offered a 30% discount. So I recommend NOT to spend $1000+ on these products as they still have not fixed the pump issue and still selling faulty machines and pumps. So we wasted $2000 on machines we barely used for 5 years.

      I stopped using the Dyson multi functional hairdryer because it burnt my hair so badly that it broke off I called the corporate office and I asked to return it for a refund and they said I could not have refund only another one which is the same. It cost approx $500. Please do not purchase Dyson products since ******* does not stand behind it. They just want the money.

      I purchased a hair straightener from Dyson received the product and decided to send it back. The company received the product back on 1/16/2024. It is over a month and still no refund. Everytime I call and speak to someone they tell me the refund ticket has been created and I should receive a refund in ***** days. This is extremely ridiculous. I will never buy anything else from this company. Still waiting on the refund. One month later.

      I bought the latest Dyson complete air wrap set and it stopped turning on within a month. I thought there was something wrong with the filter so I looked up videos on how to fix and clean it. Even after all that it wouldnt turn on so I contacted customer service and they said they would send me a replacement if I sent my current one in. So I sent it in and waited for a month now but I still havent received anything. During this time Ive called and chatted them over 5 times to solve this problem but they all just ask me the same questions, check my information, and dont take any action. After they said they would send me my item they suddenly decided to let me know that the item is out of stock. But when I check their website,its clearly in stock. I was so tired of having to wait and say the same things so when I asked them to connect me to the supervisor they said yes. Even though i waited over an hour I still couldnt talk to the supervisor. To this day Ive received nothing, no call backs, and no action regarding my situation. This is such a waste of my money and time and Ive never experienced such bad customer service in my life. Also for the price point, it shouldnt break in a month. I wish I could give my experience negative stars because even 1 star is such a high rating.

      Horrible customer service. I am under full warrantee with a $400 Dyson V10 Vacuum. First no one answers emails or phone. When I did get ahold of someone via email, they determined the cause of my vacuum not working (air filter) erroneously. I explained that they were incorrect. I had gone through the trouble-shooting instructions twice and that trouble-shooting demonstrated that it was not the air-filter. They sent me an air filter anyway. When I received the filter, I installed it and it made no difference in the performance of the vacuum. I contacted them again, spent over an hour on hold and then the guy tried to talk me into a new battery. I explained that the vacuum was fully charged and started every time, but would not stay running; the problem was clearly not the battery. He then tried to arrange for me to get it serviced. Dyson would not pay shipping and the nearest repair center is 2 hours away. I found the Dyson page on ********* There are many similar stories, as there are in the other reviews here.

      Never again will I buy a Dyson vacuum. They get you with the sleek design and marketing but the vacuums themselves are poorly made and break down after a year. The vacuum does not hold a charge well after a year of use and ironically that is when the warranty is up. I then expected Dyson to have Nordstrom Level customer service since their product is so much more expensive than anything on the market and the customer service WAS TERRIBLE. I had to call every day for a week to finally get a non robot like human that sent me a new part to try out. When that didn't work, I had to call back again for a week straight only to encounter the rudest customer service manager in history. She refused to refund me or send a replacement for a $500 vacuum that stopped working after a year. I called back AGAIN and got another lemming who agreed to send me another few replacements parts and at this point, I had basically rebuilt the entire vacuum.So due to all the part replacements, it was a brand new vacuum. Again, WORKED FOR A YEAR! and now its starting to c*** out again. I will NEVER EVER support, purchase or refer Dyson to anyone. Not even my greatest enemy.

      Never buy on dyson website directly. Worst support ever. It's **** 3 weeks as I'm trying to get my money back, still no luck. Zero knowledge from customer service and even managers. Extremely long wait on the phone support (more than an hour) and no help. I regret I didn't read reviews before buying.

      I purchased a replacement battery for a stick vacuum. It wasn't what the problem was so I returned it for a refund. I have been waiting almost 2 months for my $137.79 refund. I have received emails stating that the money was sent to my bank (NOT). I have spent hours and hours on the phone and thru chat trying to get this resolved. To no avail I have still not received a refund. Today I am going to my bank to file a fraud claim and I will NEVER purhase a dyson product again.
