      I purchased a replacement battery for a stick vacuum. It wasn't what the problem was so I returned it for a refund. I have been waiting almost 2 months for my $137.79 refund. I have received emails stating that the money was sent to my bank (NOT). I have spent hours and hours on the phone and thru chat trying to get this resolved. To no avail I have still not received a refund. Today I am going to my bank to file a fraud claim and I will NEVER purhase a dyson product again.

      Atrocious return and refund policy. I think I have called 15+ times to get my money back for a thousand-dollar vacuum that was "lost" and then somehow shipped to me a month later after being cancelled. Today marks day 60with no money back in my bank account. Everything I am reading below lets me know I am not alone in this. I literally feel like I'm being pranked - how can a company that prides itself on innovation be processing returns for 60+ days? Make it make sense.

      Dyson is possibly the worst place to return a product their **** business days always turns into months of missed processing. Still waiting on my money from these scammers, on the phone with them for 40 min for another **** business days to receive your refund. Dyson = trash

      I would say Dyson has the worst customer service ever! ********************** products have good reviews and I personally purchased few products from different channels. Never purchase on Dyson website. They have worst customer representatives that keep promises customer but they never do. Asked for replacement because the *** delivered to my neighbor. I don't blame Dyson. However the replacement took me two months because they told me it was out of stock. I did not receive any communication from them until I contacted online chat support. I ended up with refund and the refund takes forever. I placed my order on NOV 17 and I still waiting for my refund 2/4/2024. Great job Dyson.

      My v11 stopped working after just a few short months used for very simple light carpet cleaning nothing crazy the suction isnt working we troubleshooted for hours and still not luck I sent the broken item back the next day I was emailed a return label. The item has been at the warehouse since 1/17/24 ******* and they still are saying they dont have it it has now been beyond the ***** business days allotted for replacement I have called and keep getting blown off. I have read reviews and many are having the same issue on that delivery date. They will not let you speak with a supervisor and they are blaming it on *** which a tracking number hasnt even been created an item has not left the warehouse no accountability they know they have my machine exchange

      I received the Dyson Outsize as a gift, and I think it works well. I went to purchase accessories for it, and every time I look on the companys website, ALL of the accessories are out of stock. A quick online search revealed that this is a going issue, with consumers being unable to buy not only accessories, but basic replacement parts. The consensus is that replacement parts are being made unavailable to force consumers to buy new vacuums. Its a shame, because my cordless stick vacuum is amazing, but due to the issue with purchasing accessories and replacement parts, I dont recommend this company.

      DON'T BUY DIRECTLY FROM THE DYSON WEBSITE. While Dyson products are great, do NOT ever buy from the website. The refund process is atrocious. I purchased a product in Nov 2023. I returned it because I wanted a different product. I keep the *** tracking number and it verified that it arrived on Dec 18th 2023. I was told that the refund would take some time. Early January, I called inquiring of the time I will get my refund. The representative told me that it would take **** business days for it to be processed. It is now February of ****, and I have to call again. Once again the told me that it's been processed and I'l have to wait **** business days. Refunding a credit card should take a few business days at best, not weeks. Also, this is not a measly amount...we taking about a few hundred dollars here.The customer service and business model from their website is unprofessional and Dyson is either unaware of the terrible service or they are content with it because people continue to buy their products. I wanted to provide feedback for customer service, but the telephone representative won't direct your call to leave feedback if you express dissatisfaction with the service that you receive.

      Dyson received my item 1/10. It is now 2/1 and still haven't had my money returned. I've called, talked through live chat multiple times and they all say the same thing. It will be returned the next day etc etc. If i can't get my return I'll have to escalate this to my bank and have to do a charge back. Horrendous service, its hit or miss. Seems more likely to miss after they make their sale.

      I have been dealing with Dyson since November over a 3 month old vacuum that wouldnt charge. Every time I have spoke to them I am told a new lie. I was told as soon as they received my vacuum at their warehouse they would send my replacement. After they received it they are telling me **** business days. I have spoken to supervisors also and they lie to me also. Thankfully my daughter wanted to hang on to a Shark vacuum we had or we would have been without a vacuum at all. I would highly recommend you consider a Shark vacuum over the Dyson. So far I have been dealing with Dyson over this faulty vacuum for 3 full months and its not over yet

      After being a Dyson customer for years and spending a lot of money on Dyson air filters, fans, the airwrap, and now the airstrait.. i will never ever purchase anything ever again from this company. They offer free 30 day returns on their product. I recently bought the Airstrait; it does not work with my hair type and i knew after the first day i was going to need to return it. On January 10, **** i submitted a return request.. i was told via auto text and email that i would have to allow up to ***************************************************************************** status update. I submitted another return request thinking it must be an error. On the 23rd of January, same thing. No response still as of today. Live chat is never available, my emails have gone ignored, and good luck trying to get a human on the phone. After reading countless comments on their social media, i am not the only one struggling to get their money back let alone, a response in general from the company. At this point if i do finally receive the information on how to return it for a refund, i do not trust that i would even receive a refund while also having sent back a $540 machine. This is honestly disappointing from a company that i personally have given a lot of business to. Never do business with Dyson, unless you want to be basically robbed of your money and sanity.
