      This company is fraudulent.I ordered 2 air purifiers on November 21st from dyson themselves.And the same day I ordered I was told I would get 20% off of them bc I was a loyal customer. And they never gave that discount to me. I contact dyson multiple times about this refund and they never refunded the 20% off.Within the 30 day window of my purchase I contacted dyson for a price match- they said yes we will give you the price match- a month later I still never got a price match- i have all my case numbers, the dates I spoke to people etc. Again they never made good on the reund.Then I said forget it I am returning these purifiers- so I mailed them back . Got the *** confirmation that Dyson received the purifiers back and still after 3 weeks I have NO refund. I am on hold with them right now.Each dyson representative says something different- they're all from a 3rd world country and they all lie!!!! Do not buy from dyson- shut this fake company down!!!They are mistreating their customers,Making promises theyre arent keeping, and holding your money hostage!!!Do not buy from dyson!!

      Dyson took 51 days to refund my money. My returned vacuum arrived at the warehouse on December 7th, 2023 and I did not receive a refund until January 27th, ****. Numerous times I attempted to contact their customer support, but the phone line ALWAYS had a minimum 1 hour wait, and the chat function was often offline even during its stated operating hours. I tried their chat on WhatsApp, but never received a reply. Even when I finally got a representative on chat, they were unable to make any meaningful progress in the refund and simply stated that they had submitted my request. I am not alone, either. The subreddit forum on Dyson products, the reviews here on BBB and elsewhere are filled with people who have had delayed refunds and terrible customer support interactions. Im sure their vacuums and other products are top-notch, but I will never buy them because I cannot trust their customer support if I need product assistance.

      I have been loyal to this company for nearly 20 years. They used to be top notch. Any issue I had was resolved with a single phone call. 3 years after buying my blade fan and humidifier - naturally 2 years is the warranty - I have now wasted no less than 3 hours on the phone, contacted them via email, attempted to use their live chat (it does not work), and contacted them on ******** I was never offered a repair and have received barely any responses whatsoever. Now I was baited into ordering a new fan with a small discount and the package was lost by ***** if it was ever shipped in the first place. What happened to this company?

      To say that Im extremely dissatisfied with Dyson is an understatement.The process of returning my product and getting my refund has been an absolute headache. How is it that a company of your supposed caliber treat people this way? Im absolutely disgusted. Never in my years have I heard of needing to wait TWO MONTHS to get a refund. Your company has no problem taking peoples money, but when it comes to providing good assistance and returning peoples money, your company makes it a hassle. Unbelievable.I will never shop here again. Also, as a first time buyer of your products, I can confidently say that their products are just as horrible as their attention to their clients. An absolute sham of a company.

      I bought a Dyson Absolute Outsize on 04/07/2022. It is currently still under warranty. I was looking for a replacement part since the red rubber ring broke off the canister. The canister was not available on their site and so I contacted support.They told me that the vacuum has been discontinued and therefore would have to replace it with the Dyson outsize which was valued at $400 less than the absolute outsize. I protested with no luck and so conceded to the less valued replacement.It has been 3 weeks and still no word on the replacement. There has been follow up email or communications from Dyson. I am once again on hold to try to follow up on the status of my replacement.

      Absolutely would not buy from Dyson again. Originally purchased a Dyson Airwrap with wrong credit card - immediately contacted Customer Support who advised me they would cancel the order so that I could re-order with correct credit card. They never cancelled it. I recieved TWO Airwraps. I didnt even open one of the boxes. It took weeks to get ahold of someone to get information on how to return it. Finally returned it and tracking shows it was received December 12, 2023. I have been contacting them to find out when I will get my refund and can never get anyone to help. They claim refunds should be within 14 days - even with the holidays I am going on over 30. Absolutely ridiculous.

      Dyson products are great but I HIGHLY recommend buying a Dyson from ANYWHERE but the actual Dyson website. **************** is awful they claim to "escalate" your claim because they "understand" your frustration but always left with NO further updates! The refund process they have in place HORRIBLE, you are left to play this waiting game on when you think you'll receive your money back! It is ridiculous having no update on when you'll receive your money back, if Dyson thinks I'm going to forget about my $500 refund they are wrong! I will file a dispute if I have to. NEVER buying from the Dyson website again!

      My vacuum broke. Dyson doesn't have the part required to fix it so they offered me a replacement which would be the upgraded model, but, I have to send my vacuum in before they'll send out the replacement which is just ridiculous! I paid $600 for this vacuum, and now I have to go without a vacuum for at least a week in order to use the warranty? And from the reviews on the website, no one is getting their replacements. People have been waiting months for one and they're just not coming so why would I send mine in, just to be added to that list? I would take it to the service center, but there's only one in my state and it's 3 hours away! Horrible service! Horrible product that broke in less than a year! Horrible replacement policy!)

      I bought Dyson vacuum few months ago. It began to have battery problem 3 months after I purchased the product. At the beginning, I thought we didn't charge enough time. However, after few more months of observing the issue, I realized it should be the battery problem. I started calling them few weeks ago. However, the line was always busy. Today my call finally got in. One agent troubled shoot the problem, then she asked me to recharge the battery few more hours. She asked me to call back again after I recharged the vacuum . The problem I'm facing is, I already knew it was the battery problem since I observed it for few months already. Now they just denied of replacing the battery by troubled me to recharge it few hours. Isn't it ridiculous??? I asked to talk to a manager, she asked me to hold for more than 15 minutes and then came back and told me her manager is so busy. He will call me in 2 hours. Super bad customer service! Will never purchase a product from this company again! Expensive but low quality product! Plus bad customer service!!! Please don't purchase from this company!!!:(

      Horrendous customer service. My husband purchased the airwrap as a Christmas gift. Within the first few uses it would not turn on. I attempted to exchange it but never received the shipping label to send back the faulty one as the customer service rep suggested. I called the next day and they stated there was no airwraps in stock so I would have to return my faulty machine. I waited another day before shipping and saw that it was in stock again, and contacted customer service yet again. They assured me that they had changed my return order to an exchange (what I had originally requested). Upon my order arriving to their warehouse I received an email that my refund is delayed. I reached out to customer service for a fourth time and was told they had processed it as a return. Now, this would be fine had my husband not bought the product on sale and I hadn't spent 4 hours now on the phone or chat with customer service. I was also told throughout my time with the representatives that they would be reaching out to the compensation and resolution team. I still have yet to hear anything. Instead of repurchasing, I think we will try the SharkFLEX. What a gigantic headache for a pricey item, with rude customer service reps.
