      My return was received on Jan 5th. This is after attempted to get a return label for 2+ hrs using their easy returns system. I initially tried to return via the online system, no return label was emailed. Then I called, waited 40 mins and went over everything again. 45 mins later I was told I would receive a return label in ***** hrs again. After 5 days and nothing I finally got a return label after using the chat feature. It only took another 45 mins. Sent back and got the email Dyson received it Jan 5th. Since then I havent heard anything. Tried emailing and was emailed back with a response that was completely unrelated to what I emailed. Please avoid buying directly from Dyson. It will save you so many headaches.

      Do not spend the money on Dyson. I have two cordless vacuums. Both have broken after about 3-4 years of owning them. It's impossible to get customer service to help. I waited on the phone for an hour to talk to someone who did not solve the problem and who did not call back as promised. Impossible. I am very disappointed in this company. Terrible customer service. They seem to think they can ride on their "good" name. Don't buy it.

      Literally zero stars for customer service. I had a supervisor provide a call back for an issue with a return. I was told three different things by three different agents in the same day and all of them disconnected the line mid conversation. All he would do is repeat himself over and over while laughing. Then kept saying my name over and over when I was requesting for the call to be escalated. I told him there was obviously a language barrier and he just kept being unprofessional until I just lost it. I had a full meltdown because this guy thought it was funny to keep toying with me over a $500 refund. I asked for corporate with another representative and he gave me the customer service phone number then giggled. I am beyond over this company, they dont stand behind their products and they dont care enough about their customers to offer quality support.

      Sadly, I am one of the many having service issues. I have always loved Dyson products, but this has to be the ABSOLUTE worst service I have ever received & I may forever be discouraged from their products after this experience! I bought my daughter the very pricey Airwrap hair dryer in Dec 2023. A few months later, it had issues, but since we were still under warranty, we contacted support and were given a label to return, which we did on 10/2/23. After this, it has been a cluster of nonsense - too much to write here but highlights - an email saying the product shipped but no tracking info; then we tried to chat, but no one was available, even early in the day during Dec holiday period. After one month of waiting, we called/waited for an hour to talk to support, who told us they could not ship to a *********** Box, which NO ONE ever told us or even contacted us to request a street address. Then, supposedly, they were sending it to our street address, but we never received an email confirmation. In the meantime, I wrote several emails to support, to which I received the same response - it looks like you already called in, so everything is resolved - NO, it wasn't. I called again yesterday for an hour after Dyson sent an email saying it was sent to the ** BOX, so we had to correct that AGAIN. Now they say it has been shipped, but there is no email again today. My daughter loved her Dyson dryer for a few short months, but now, Dyson has probably lost a GenZ customer for life - due to this seriously poor ***************** situation. This is so highly disappointing, and to have to tell each rep the story all over again is ridiculous. I am on hold again now. & trying to find out when this replacement is arriving. My daughter has lost hope, but as a manager of ******************** at a major US financial company, I find this treatment inexcusable! Not one rep has even tried to offer a discount for future purchases - as a small token. Dyson - you can do so much better!

      The experience with Dyson has been nothing short of frustrating and unacceptable. My Dyson Airwrap's plug melted during use, prompting a return/exchange request on December 2, 2023, due to the impractical wait time for phone assistance. Despite 8 (!!!) back and forth email exchanges spanning 47 days, Dyson's customer service has proven inept and the entire process has been exasperating.Initially, Dyson offered an exchange, but their confusion regarding packaging requirements, incomplete responses, and extensive wait times have caused intolerable delays. The response time to each email is a week, with follow-up emails lacking crucial information. Some of my questions were blatantly ignored, necessitating additional emails to rectify the oversight.Despite my efforts to provide clear and concise information, Dyson's handling of the situation has been nothing short of inept. Their misguided attempt to send me to the *** store without a return address label resulted in a failed exchange attempt, adding to the frustration.To compound matters, on January 11, ****, Dyson proposed an alternate machine due to the original model being out of stock, yet failed to provide a return label again. This entire ordeal is magnified by the fact that it revolves around a $600 hair dryer, a price point that makes the entire situation utterly ridiculous. I own a hair dryer that I paid less than $80 for that has lasted over 15 years, making Dyson's incompetence and lackluster customer service unforgivable. I will never buy a Dyson product again,

      Purchased a Dyson airwrap, tried registering it online but the serial number wasnt recognised. I then call customer service and spend 45 minutes on a hold only for the customer service representative to finally answer (call reference # ********. Call on 01/16/2024 at 4:13pm). He tells me that he would help me register my device put me on on hold for a further 15 minutes and then hang up on me!!!!!! I called back again (call reference # ******** on 01/16/2024 at ****pm) and spend another 45 minutes on hold. Spoke to a representative called ****** who did not understand anything I was saying it was very frustrating. I kept repeating myself, and all he would do is mute the call and stay silent or mmhmmm mmhmmmm but not actually respond or help with any of the issues I was having. He offered absolutely zero **************** no and was no help so I finally gave up and asked to speak to a supervisor.******* the supposed supervisor comes on the line. Again he doesnt offer any help either and when I explain the problems its like not even listening which just adds more to my frustration. Finally I just said please simply walk me through on how to update my address on my account, he doesnt even know how to do this and he is supposedly a supervisor?!?! He then mutes my call and refuses to respond to me and then again HANGS UP ON ME!!!!!!! I wasted a total of 3+ hours on with this useless company, and after spending $400+ on a device you would expect better service that this!! This is the most diabolical customer service especially when youre spending hundreds of dollars on something I am unable to register my device and in all I know they couldve sent me a fake one! At this point the warranty still has all the incorrect information and now Im forced to return for a refund. I have purchased many hair devices and vacuums through Dyson throughout the years and this past experience has put me completely off and theyve now lost a very loyal customer!

      Worst customer service ever. Ordered two blowdryer 11/22/23 its currently 1/16/24 and no product, update, no nothing. *** called and got the run around then they reordered it after telling me it was no longer in stock after consuming my $699.39. I thought buying directly would be better but it was the worst decision I couldve made. Two people didnt get there Christmas gift til this day smh. Then the wait time to get someone on the phone is like 40 to a hour ******** them to say i dont know anything and i have nothing to offer you but a lousy %20 coupon, which they email regularly, as if you want to spend another dime with this company. *** purchased eight of these blowdryer for personal use and gifts, this will be my last. I believed in this company and they let me down.

      Order a product in October 2023. They never sent it. Called to inquire. Assured it was re-sent. Never came. Called again to cancel order. Assured a refund was issued. Refund never credited back to card. Called again. Each call over 1.5 hours waiting on other ****s b/c customer service is not part of other internal ****s and literally sends internal messages to other ****s. This is how they avoid accountability and deflect stating, "that's another **** that I cannot connect you to." Do not buy anythin direct from them. You will be robbed of your time, money, and pay for an overpriced gadget. I am still waitin for my credit back with no apparent recourse as each time I call there is never anyone to address the issue. I would leave zero stars if I could.

      Would give ZERO stars if I could. The worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. I ordered a vacuum during the winter sale and received an email that I needed to update my shipping address by a certain date. Before that date I followed by by email twice without response and spent nearly three hours (yes, three!!!) on the phone to update my shipping address. The second phone call reconfirmed my order and shipping address and confirmed my items would be shipped within three business days. A week goes by and I get an email that my order has been canceled because I never updated my address. I called again (another 90 minutes I won't get back) and they refused to give me a credit or a price match because the item I ordered is now sold out. I always thought I wanted a Dyson, but will never order one because I wouldn't want to deal with their terrible customer service if anything went wrong with the item and I definitely don't trust that it wouldn't.
