      They have not responded to emails for over a month, I tried to return my Dyson since day 1. They will put me on hold for 20 minutes at a time saying they will try to process the return but do nothing, Its a circus with these guys. Team is in India and they will just circle jerk you around wasting your time until your return window is up. Will be doing a chargeback.

      Worst Company ever!! They never sent me the vacuum that I ordered. have been trying to get refund for 2 months now. Called multiple time. Have spoken to supervisor and managers with no help.

      I have no issues with the product (hot & cool) device I purchased. The remote for the device has screws so tiny I could not changed the battery when needed. I called the company, gave customer service the serial number, and make and model. Three weeks later I receive the wrong remote. I call again 3 to 4 weeks for a new remote. Never received the remote or a message concerning a issue. Called today 1/11/2024 two plus hours on the phone. My options wait a, we don't know how ong amount of time. Ship the existing device back to the company, wait two weeks for a new device to be shipped to me. Let me be clear need a new remote. Dyson customer service is awful, I explained the issue to someone whose understanding of english was so pour when he repeated the my issue to me the clearly undestood nokthing had said. Buying beware.

      I don't recommend Dyson products or this company they are taking your money they are scammers. I returned my order on November 28 and they received on December 6, I have been calling them and 1 and second attempt they told me that they are going to refund but have to wait for 2 to 3 weeks processing and now its been 6 weeks I still have not received my refund i tried calling them and put me on hold for almost 2 hours and they just give me the same story that I have to wait for refund. I have contacted them multiple times. I am beyond frustrated because they keep me waiting and give me the same story. "**** business days its been 7 weeks still they have not refund me.

      If I could leave zero stars I would. I purchased a Dyson and it stopped working. I contacted them numerous times and they asked me to send them my old blow dryer and I would get one in the mail within 2 weeks. Two months went by and I still had not received my blow dryer and I kept getting the run around. After finally speaking to someone who tried to help me I received my blow dryer I immediately plugged it in as I'm a hairdresser and it started smoking. Dyson is a joke and had I known how terrible the customer service was I would have never purchased one. I tried reaching out again to let them know the replacement was smoking and they said someone will reach out to you within 48 hours. Its been 4 days now with no call at all. Very disappointing.

      Awful customer service probably the worst! So sad because I do love there products. My Dyson stick that I had less than a year, the battery died, called dyson back in Nov 2023, was told under warranty but would be able to get a replacement, It happen to be out of stuck so signed up for alert, I tried to call back few weeks later to get a rep make me do the whole thing over again basically to make sure I really needed it to then be told sorry still out of stock. Then emailed again now its December and was told from a rep they would get it out to me to repond with my address which I did, and ********* nothing back sent 6 more emails nothing. Now its been over 2 months and I called today and its not only in stock ( so those alert email dont work very interesting they dont work for when its a free replacement) but this rep finally placed the order for me but WOW WOWOWOW !! I am a big Dyson person I have vacuums, hairdryer , irons , hair straightener the air wrap and this is such awful customer service. I am re thinking ever shopping with them and there vacuums dont even make it a year before battery dies

      Not honoring their exchange policy and not giving a refund when they wont sent the exchange unit. Contacted their support 9 different occasions and still haven't resolved after over a month of trying to fix the issue.

      I'd give them a zero if I could. My son ordered me a Dyson in November it was sent out but never made it to us, it actually was returned to Dyson. My son called and and waited over an hour to ask for his money back, they hung up on him. I called two weeks ago they gave me a case number and said he'd get his money back which he still has not tonight I called again I've been on hold over an hour and a half. they guy doesn't understand a word and just keeps coming back to the phone asking me to wait another 2 to 3 minutes. worst customer service I've ever seen.

      Returns take over a month and you have to call to even get it, Be sure you save the tracking information, they like to play dumb and say they just cant seem to find it, even though they are referred to as ************************. They cant even help and have to put you on hold for hours to talk to someone from the financial department to get the refund approved despite having the item for a month. Then the actual refund will take at least two more weeks. Worst return process ever, I will never purchase from Dyson again.

      Dont buy Dyson vacuums the service is horrible product is not good cant get anybody to help you on the phone.Its ashamed I always bought Dysons but not anymore
