      Bought a vacuum December 2022 and the very next week dyson dropped price. I submitted a price match claim with every detail required to prove price change and my order. I was approved, told it would take 2 billing cycles to hit my credit card. Credit was never sent to me, I contacted customer support who tells my purchase no longer qualifies for price match. Dyson backtracked on their price match guarantee and are refusing to honor the price match. Dyson cannot be trusted, buyers beware.

      I made an order on FEBRUARY 11, 2023 for a humidifier. It was scheduled to arrive on FEBRUARY 16, 2023. It never came. When I called MANY times about it, they gave me the runaround. Every time I would call, they would tell me a different number of business days that I should wait for the delivery. We asked to cancel the order and get a refund, but they said it had to go through weeks before an order can be canceled and refunded. And refunds would be handled by a separate department they are not always available. On FEBRUARY 24th, their online customer service informed me that they would cancel the existing shipment and reship the product. Today is MARCH 20th, over a MONTH from when I made the initial order. The tracking for the new shipment still says label created. When I called in, they informed me that they will look into possibly canceling the order and have to reach out to a manager and a separate group. They are "escalating it" to the orders department. I will keep calling until I get my refund. I like the technology, but this is a horrible order and customer service experience. I'll find another company for products.

      I am a loyal Dyson customer. I own hair wrapper, 2 vacuum cleaners and an air purifier.All bought brand new.Then I decided to take a leap of faith with refurbished Hair Dryer.Order Number is "one six four seven one two eight eight seven seven"The product arrived with box torn open (very flimpsy and very worn), products were separated from it's wrapper/not properly sealed and with accessories missing. It had looked like, box was opened, all the content fell all over so someone just quickly put it back in the box just to put it in and contain it.When Dyson was contacted, they told me that this is an issue I should take it up with **** since it's the problem that occurred during delivery.Well, not quite, Dyson - since who is going to prove that box was opened by *** or during the handling by *** vs Dyson's at fault for not packaging it properly / not seal it properly?Then there are issues like if the weather was terrible and somehow the box was wet, this product would have been completely damaged - and you know what, it turns on but who knows it might be slightly wet / and or damaged just enough to turn on? Dyson also told me that I cannot return the item because it's an refurbished item and it's their policy not to accept returns. No exceptions.Then they told me that they are willing to send me the missing accessories as a "good will" Good Will? well, not sure what that means anymore.Dyson should stop selling refurbished items if this is going to be the experience - frankly, I get better packaging from individual selling over EBAY.I so regret doing business with Dyson

      I have had a terrible experience not only at the dyson store but also with customer service. To say the least they make a terrible product and the customer service is even worse. I was told I couldnt speak with a supervisor and when they told me I would get a call back I have not heard from them. Save your money please dont buy from this company.

      I purchased a $450 purifier, and it made my house stink like fish indicating that it was burning an eletrical wire. I tried multiple outlets in my home and the issue still persisted. I need someone to contact me asap to make sure I receive a refund for this inconvenience.

      Poor customer service, lack of response putting everything back on the customer. Ordered a new Vacuum ************************ from them in September came with "free Attachments" and bought through affirm, Received my vacuum within a week as of January 2023 still have not received the attachment I was promised. Was told it was due to a problem with the financial intuition. Raised the concern to Dyson in October via chat was told someone from customer service would contact me, never received contact. Paid off my vacuum in November. Contact customer service in Lat November, took 3 weeks to even get a simple response and was advised they didn't receive payment. Since the money was taken from my account and since paid off advised that was between then and Affirm. They responded on January 7 that they were checking into it. Asked for an update on January 24th with no response. As of 2/1 no response and still missing part of my order. Great product, horrible customer service. No one should wait months to complete an order when they have paid in full

      hot and cold fan burned , and the company refused to repair or replace unit . Its a major safety issue . The representative was very unhelpful. I will never purchase anything from this company again.

      Back in 2018 I brought a *** **** *****l vacuum cleaner from Dyson and it worked for a few months where it worked wonderfully then all of a sudden, I start to have issues with the vacuum cleaner where after sending the vacuum cleaner in multiple times over three years span it was eventually deemed unrepairable and they were willing to exchange my $600 *** ***l vacuum for a refurbish multifloor vacuum so I had to agree to the exchange because I have kids and I was without a vacuum for 6 months waiting on them to exchange my original *** **** for a similar model so now after accepting the lesser model a year ago the refurbish unit has broken down and I sent it in for repairs and now they want to charge me for the repair $125 but before you can send it in for repairs you have to talk to one of their technician to get the authorization to send it in for repair and through that process they technician can't identify a clogs in the vacuum because if they did then I wouldn't got charge $125 for a repair for vacuum that is value at $250 there words not mines so half of the valve of the vacuum is paid to repair a unit so it seems that my original investment of $600 got me a $250 refurbish vacuum that's going to break down I should have just got a ****** and save $400 and had the extra money to buy a new vacuum when it breaks down just 4 years after buying a brand new vacuum cleaner THANK YOU DYSON

      Dyson customer support is horrible. Their warranty is a joke. I paid over $700 for a V12, and its a piece of c*** I want a different machine, even if its cheaper, I dont care. Dyson support will not budge and says I have to replace with the same kind. I refuse to cooperate. Dyson should honor their warranty but they do everything they can not to do that. I am furious! I have had nothing but Dysons since they hit the market but Ill never buy another one!!!!! And I wont stop till I get the Dyson I want!!!!
