      Absolutely worst customer service on the planet. 1st you have to chat with a robot who screens you. Then, if you are luck enough to finally chat with a person and get disconected after waiting nearly an hour to get an agent, you have to explain all over again. Days later you try again and ended up clocking about 3 whole hours doing the same stupid troubleshooting you already did TWICE before. Finally on this very expensive lamp you have to send it back BEFORE they will even begin the replacement process. Then once they receive your almost $700 lamp they tell you your replacement is out if stock and there is NO ESTIMATE of when you might be receive your very expensive product allegedly highly tested and engineered FOR QUALITY. I am so fed up. Someone needs to look into the business practices of this company. Certainly at the very least customer service needs to be overhauled.

      This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. In June 2022 I ordered a dyson air wrap on my phone. The next day I was looking on my computer and saw that there was another color that I liked better. I thought hey if Im spending $600+ dollars I want the pretty color. So I called and asked if I could switch colors. The woman was very nice and told me she put everything in and I should get my dyson in **** business days (BD). Ten days later no update so I call. I was told my order was cancelled. No one had called or emailed me. Upset I asked when it would be back in stock they said they didnt know. I called back over a week later to check in about an update and was told it was in stock in the color I wanted but the website is slow so I should wait 3 hours and refresh it. I waited 3 hours but the color was not back in stock. I called and someone told me that is isnt in stock and I would have to wait. So I was lied to even when I specified the color. I then put my name on the list for when it came back in stock. November 2022. Its back in stock and I order it in the color I want. 2-3 week waiting period. December 3 it said it was delivered 3 hours later I check. No dyson. I emailed that night, Saturday, no response. Tuesday I call, told I had to open an investigation and wait **** BD. I wait and called and emailed. In the call I was told it closed and they couldnt find it I would be getting another one in 2-3 weeks. I got an email after saying the investigation was still open and I would have to wait. I called demanding an email to know what is going on. December ********************************************************************************************** 2-3 weeks. 3 weeks later no product. January 6 I call no more product, I need to wait for it to be back in stock. I request a refund. Was told **** BD. For it to be processed. 10 BD later now January 18, I get told I have to wait 1-2 billing cycles. No reach out no communication.

      To all my film and television brothers and sisters do not purchase the dyson professional hair dryer it doesnt work properly and the company will not exchange. Beware dont purchase it will save you money and STRESS

      Hi, recently my husband had the worst customer service experience with your company. Your product is superior, and I have told many of my girlfriends how much I love my hair wrap! Long story short my navy blue hair wraps on and off button was not working. When initially reaching out to your company the customer service was impeccable, having us send in the faulty hair wrap and saying that they would send a new one as a replacement. A few weeks later a new purple one showed up, unfortunately, the one we had requested was navy blue. Again calling ** they were highly responsive and said to send the purple one back and that unfortunately they no longer had the navy blue in stock, they would need to send the rose gold and silver one, which we agreed was perfectly fine. However, when the ** person went to go order, the silver/gold one there were none left in stock and the navy blue one was still not available. She advised my husband to then order another one through one of Dysons outside vendors, which my husband did. She said Dyson would credit back our account for the original Dyson. So my husband went and ordered the silver/rose gold one, which we received and works great. Fast forward to now we received the original navy machine I wanted to begin with yesterday in the mail from Dysonso we contacted Dyson to let them know we had already purchased a machine per Dyson ** recommendation and that we were waiting on our credit. We were then informed that the ** representative provided miss information and that no credit was being given. We now have $1200 worth of Dyson hair wraps and Dyson is not standing by their ** representative's own advice. The manager told my husband there was nothing he could do about the mix-up. This is horrible ** and an experience that was going smoothly and I spoke highly of left me in dismay and disbelief at the way they treat their customers and do not stand behind their own peoples recommendations to rectify a situation.

      Absolute nightmare. Waited 3 weeks for an item I ordered, ended up being lost in shipping with a shipping company i have never even heard of. After emailing and calling the shipping company as well as dyson multiple times they finally agreed the package was "lost". Calling Dyson again, after waiting over 20 minutes on hold, the dyson representative who answered lied to me, and said not only was she sending me the replacement, but that it was a "special edition" with extra attachments. After that product finally arrived, i opened it to see that it was a completely different product than what I ordered. Not only was it a different item, it was several hundred dollars in lesser value than what i had ordered. Calling dyson yet another time, i explain my situation again, and they are now currently out of stock of the original item. On top of that, i now have to go to a shipping company location and drop this item off, and wait 7 to 10 more days before I receive my refund. This entire transaction has been frustrating, shady, and I will not be purchasing anything from this company again.

      I used to like Dyson products. However, if you purchased products directly from their website, your nightmare begins.Why?1. Poor post-sales support - They never response to your request on their website. They claim someone will contact you within 48 hours. Good luck on that! You have to call their ***** number and wait for 30 minutes to actually talk to someone who will then look into your request.2. Return / refund processing time - Their return process is so slow and not getting you full refund including sales tax. Dyson folks, I am in the US which sales tax is not included on the selling price. Do u know how to do business in the US? 3. Poor quality on their latest products. - I purchased the V11 cordless vacuum cleaner. It is so heavy and hard to open the bin to remove the dirt. It gets stuck in the middle when trying to open the bin.

      I loved my hair dryer so much so that I bought two more as gifts. But, it broke just after the warranty expired and now I have a $500 machine that I cant use. So disappointed.

      If I could give them a zero rating I would! I would never recommend unless you like repairing your vacuum all the time! Get a Shark instead

      Horrible customer service. They take days to respond each time. Promised a resolution in 7 days and well over a month now. Horrible company.

      Ordered 3 airwraps for Christmas, one for each daughter. All that came was 2 ***** and a travel bag. I was PROMISED they would find 3 airwraps and send them overnight to have them here for Christmas. The shipping company, GLS, PROMISED me they would find my package and expedite it to be here for Christmas. Christmas morning, no airwraps, no money back, no one cares. Never do business with them. Shady business practice, crappy customer service, and i'm out $1900.
