      All the reviews on here are accurate. I really wanted to buy a Dyson Airwrap as a gift to my wife. I placed a total of 5 orders trying different methods of payment and even called to try over the phone once. All 5 times my order was cancelled by Dyson but my card was authorized so theres no issue on my banks side. I called multiple times and the customer service is absolutely clueless as to what the reason is. I cant believe this company still exists, it seems like a scam.

      I placed an order for a Dyson TP07 air filter directly from the manufacturer's online shop. I received a shipping notification the following day, but with no tracking number. After a month with no product I started calling support weekly. After being transferred and put on hold each time, they said they would respond with an update within 72 hours, and each time I received no response and had to start over with support. After three calls with no product, no tracking number, no refund, and no next steps, I had to issue a credit card chargeback. What a waste of time, money, and effort.

      Returned a purchase unopened within a week of purchase. Waiting over a month for the credit to my account. Have contacted customer service twice who have "escalated" my request. They can't find the vacuum, even though I have tracking and an email from Dyson saying they received it. **************** uses script answers, probably outsourced to ******Never buying from them again.

      Dont buy a Dyson. Their customer service is horrible. I spent $500+ only to have my vacuum fail. I reached out to trouble shoot 3 times and they sent a new vacuum body and then a charger the second time. I had to wait for both those items to ship to me and neither replacement part changed anything. They kept trying to replace the same parts too. When I reached out the 3rd time (2.5+ hours troubleshooting with customer service over the 3 conversations) they told me that I would have to exchange it which can take up to 18 business days. I already have not had a vacuum for 3+weeks! Now I have to buy a second vacuum because I cant go any longer without a working vacuum. When I refused the exchange they offered me a battery ( the only part the hasnt been replaced) that would take 5-6 days to get to me. I agreed and waited for them to place the order. Then they told me that they actually cant order it for me because they are out of stock but that they would add my email to the notify me option so that I would be notified when it was back in stock Next, they told me that I could take my vacuum to a Dyson repair center that was 4 hours awayWaste of money and time. Stay away from this company. Go buy a Shark or Bissill. Those vacuums lasted for years.

      Placed an order and it got canceled immediately for some reason. I got an email saying my card wasnt charged, but it was!! When I ask for refund they telling me to wait 2-3 weeks so they basically holding my money for no reason and it wasnt my fault that the order got canceled. Scam

      Dyson company doesnt stand for the customers. Every time I called is 1 to 2 hrs wasted time nothing resolved. They have a bad customer service . I spend **************************** 2 1/2 years waiting for the part that broke for 6 months and never available . Get notification that it is available and when I call is out of stock. How is this possible?Company is very incompetent. I will not recommend buying vacuums for this company . Too expensive for what it is. They brake easily . Dont buy it from them you will be waisting your money.

      Very disappointed in my new Dyson V15 Detect Absolute. I thought that both main brush heads were lighted, only one is. I also thought the built in crevice attachment would be on the end of the long pole where the brush head would be. It is only on the small part of the vacuum, close to the canister. Useless for baseboards, patio doors and ceiling cleaning. The worst part is that it must stay inserted for any other part of the vacuum to work. It has great suction power but it's heavy, awkward and does not stand up on its own. However, the main reason I am returning this $500.00 vacuum is that it must be taken apart in order to empty the debris canister. Who has time for all this??? I was told I would get an email with a label. I still haven't received it. Also told it could take up to 2 billing cycles on my credit card to get my money back. That should be illegal. Don't buy a Dyson.

      I ordered a dyson supersonic hair dryer on 12/2 and I was given a 2-7 delivery time frame. I have gotten several emails since then updating my order, saying they are sorry for the delay (no reason given) and it should ship within 1-2 days. On 12/16 I spent 1 hour on the phone with customer service and their online chat team only to find out that it is out of stock therefor the delays. As it was a Christmas gift, I told them I need to cancel the order because I will not get it in time. This is where is got unacceptable. They told me they could not cancel the order until I got a tracking number. Therefor I would have to go through the same process again, and have my credit card charged, once they had the hair dryer in stock. I told them I wanted to cancelled now and they said that was not possible. How is this ok? How can a company not supply the product, not give you a honest heads up to the reason why it kept getting delayed, and then not allow you to cancel the order? This is seriously a very concerning business practice and needs to be investigated.

      I bought a Dyson v11, the machine stop working after 1 year. I called and filed a claim. They were helpful and said they would send me another machine. After 3 weeks of waiting they sent my a diffrent v11. The model I bought originally had a nice LCD screen, the model they sent me looked much older and seemed diffrent, like it was cheaper. I'm very disappointed in the customer service, I will never buy ********************** again, and will tell everyone not to buy Dyson.

      Absolutely abysmal product and customer service. **************** would be better if it were non-existent rather than the rudeness and ghosting by way of saying they will put you on a brief 2 minute hold, then ghost you for 30 minutes and when someone returns to the line, it's been transferred to a service center in *********?! They are being told to deflect and avoid. They know their machines are faulty and they just don't want to deal with it.
