      I recently ordered a Airwrap from dyson for a gift for my wife. Placed an Order on 25th November and then got an email next day that the order will be delayed.A week later, I chatted with customer care agent who mentioned that the order is not yet shipped from the warehouse. I waited for 2 more days and called the customer care line who told me that the order was delivered already.They gave me some GLS Tracking website which showed that the package was randomly left in public in my building community.After this, I have been in atleast 10 calls with dyson customer care agents who have no power to help but just keep me waiting for hours on phone while they talk with GLS for resolution At this point, I have my ***************************************** This is the worst company I have ever bought a product from!

      It's impossible to cancel once you've ordered from the Dyson website. I ordered a Dyson V7 Advanced and tried desperately to cancel it to no avail.1st contact: Called customer support only few hours after ordering and was told it was already being processed, and they can't do anything about it now. Told to call back after receiving tracking number to cancel.2nd contact: Chatted with customer support later that day right after getting tracking number. Was told that it is "out if my hands." Was advised to deny shipment when someone calls to confirm. Then it'd be sent back and my refund would come in ***** business days.I was never sent any shipping information or informed of which carrier they were using. I had to option to reach out. No one called to confirm shipment either.Then one fine morning, I heard a knock on he door and voila there it was! Whoever dropped it off must have been a ninja because they vanished before I had any chance to deny the product.If you really think your product is good, why use such low tactics like making it impossible to cancel? Now to return it, I have to fill out a return form, wait for approval, send the product back, and wait 4-8 weeks for processing. I guess I'll just keep it but I feel bullied.

      Its really confusing. Its really confusing that company that ******** so much for their products but it doesnt show. That price is not reflected in their service as their service is extremely unhelpful. That price is not reflected in the quality as their products die quickly. I have been an avid buyer with Dyson since 2014. I just recently purchased an air wrap after a long time of contemplating which device i should buy. I chose the Dyson air wrap because my logic was well for $600, they will help me if anything goes wrong. or Since this is $600 the quality has to be superb and it must last a long time.. FALSE. I received my Dyson August *******. Since i have used it once or twice a week and with ZERO product in my hair(because i am a natural girly and simply dont like it). My dyson stopped turning on December ****** No blinking light, NOTHING. I called and their solution if youd call it that. Was for me to take time out of my day, go to **** ship them my air wrap, WAIT TILL THEY RECEIVE IT, then they send me a new one. All in all about a 20 day process. Now please explain to me how a renowned company like Dyson who does not sell any CHEAP products cant just have me come to a store, give them Dyson, and i leave with one. Its very sketchy and feels like their just going to send me my old one back refurnished. For this reason i will not be moving forward with any Dyson products. Ive done some research and the sharkflexstyle is only about $200. So you wont feel so bad if it stops working after a month. Their service is also top notch i hear. If youre looking for another alternative, thermal brushes. Please consider this review when buying a $600 hair styling tool that is worthless and probably cost $50 to produce. Shame on you Dyson for letting this happen to your company. What once was an incredible company. RIP DYSON.

      I boutgh a V12 on 11/25 then contacted customer support on Tuesday 11/26, to discuss the possibility of a price adjustmen by using promo code (BFDEALS10) During the conversation, I mentioned that if the adjustment couldnt be processed, I would simply place a new order and return the original one.The representative informed me that he received approval from the supervisor to proceed with the price adjustment. However, Ive now been told that the price adjustment cannot be honored now.I have attached screenshots and a screen recording of the conversation, they still ignored and not going to horned the price adjustment. Can they do that? Isnt this lying to the customers? Is this even legal here in **********?

      I ordered an accessory for my Airwrap and immediately realized it was junk and wanted to return it. I do the self return option, doesnt work. I do customer service chat, no help. I call customer service, again ZERO help. According to customer service, my order number did not exist. I told them I purchased it directly off their website under my account. I PDFed, I PDFed my delivery emails, gave them everything they would need to verify I purchased the item. This started in the beginning of September 2024, and they still havent done anything up until were coming to the end of November 2024. They keep saying they escalated call. One time, someone responded to an email because I had a case number. No one has followed up or returned any calls. This item was literally $40. Ive spent over $2,500 on Dyson in the last couple of years. Its pretty ridiculous that they cant figure out this issue or refund me my money. Finally on one of my last calls, they were able to create a return label for me. So I return the item. And what happened? Absolutely nothing. Still telling me the order number cant be found even though I returned the item and have proof of their email saying they received it. What A SHAM of a company. I honestly wish I could return everything from them because I know when things start breaking, I will get ZERO help from them. ZERO STARS.

      Ive had a very similar experience as everyone here. So when is Dyson going to step up their game? Or are they going to continue selling a product that may break yet cant service the customer to make them whole. This is absolutely BAD BUSINESS!!!

      Oh, Dyson, what has happened to you? 2012: I've been a Dyson customer since 2012, owning two ********************** Air purifiers and a Dyson Stick Vacuum. Your customer service was excellent back then. ********************** Experts were truly experts and could solve any issue with any machine. Quickly. Sadly, not anymore. Fast forward to 2024: The last two calls I made to Dyson this year seeking help for a filter issue on a purifier were met with time-wasting incompetence. The 45-minute call today was the same. The expert wanted to do a video call with me to trouble shoot the problem with my Dyson Pure Cool fan, but was unable to put the call through to my phone. I gave him my number five times. He blamed his phone machine tool for the problem. Then he proceeded to ? read from a manual on how to fix the problem. This failed. There were no new solutions offered. I asked to escalate to a manager. He said he would stay on the call with the manager to assist me. I refused. The manager contacted me and was very sorry for the problems with the Dyson Expert. Warned me he was recording the call. Said they are working on improving everything. Said he doesn't read any bad Dyson reviews. He had no solutions to offer me for my problem with the Dyson Pure Cool filter. Then he wished me a beautiful day. Oh, Dyson! I shall never buy another Dyson product, because of a lack of customer service follow up, and isn't that a shame?

      ? Horrible Experience with Dyson Wash G1 ?The Dyson Wash G1 stopped working after just one day of use. It constantly displayed an error saying, empty the dirty water tank, even though the tank was empty. I contacted customer service, and they told me the only solution was to replace the machine. But first, I had to send the defective unit back, and they would ship a replacement only after receiving it. They promised it would take a maximum of 2 weeks.I sent the vacuum back the next day, but its been almost 3 weeks now, and I keep hearing the same excuse: Your replacement is still processing. **************** is no help at allthey just repeat robotic phrases without offering any real solutions or timelines.This is by far the worst product and experience Ive ever had. Never buy the Wash G1its a waste of money and time! Dysons service is shockingly bad for such an expensive product.

      I am writing to express my concern regarding a Dyson Corrale Hair Straightener that I purchased on April 5, 2021, for $551. Since the purchase, I have encountered an issue with the product, and despite my efforts to seek assistance from your repair team, no effective resolution has been provided. I have been informed that no repair will be offered, and I have instead been advised to purchase a new unit.

      If I could give 0 stars or a negative number I would. Worst customer service in the world. Terrible products. Not worth the price at all. I would rather my 5 year old build me a product rather than buy from this ridiculous company again. Stay away
