      We have a single story home with hardwood floors and a golden retriever, we loved our vacuum at first when we purchased it Dec 2021, until it broke. One of the vacuum head wheel axles broke inside the housing and unable to fix. This happened in June 2024 and we called customer service which, by the way, always takes at least an hour of your time every time you call, and were told we were beyond the two year warranty and we could buy a new head. This was frustrating but understood however the part was out of inventory and we would be contacted when it was back in stock in 2 months. This seemed a bit long for a part to be out of inventory but we waited. We were never notified and I called in August, same one hour experience, to be told it is still out of stock. I called in September then October with the same experience and the same answer. I finally lost patience and called in November and the same experience, waited for over an hour after requesting to speak with a supervisor. They are unable to call customers so you have to wait on hold for a supervisor. Collectively between my wife and I, we've spent hours on the phone with customer service and the issue was never resolved as the last time I waited for over 90 minutes and they never found a supervisor. I couldn't wait any longer. It appears the only resolution is to buy a new vacuum which is greatly disappointing. As much as I love this product, Dyson customer service experience is awful and they do not stand behind the quality of their products. I recommend buying a shark vacuum as they're cheaper but have decent performance and if it breaks, it's cheaper to replace versus the expensive Dyson...and you'll save hours of your time and aggravation.

      Dyson has the worse customer service I ever experienced. I sent my hairwrap to be repaired in July and it is now November and I still do not have my replacement or my machine back. They still can not provide me with any information when I will be receiving it. I provided them with all the information they need multiple times and was well within the warranty period. I will never be purchasing anything from this company again.

      **************** is not in the vocabulary here. Sent my vacuum back after "troubleshooting" didn't work and it's been 3 months and multiple calls and time spent with customer service promising to send it out..... to no avail I spent enough on this vacuum I should not have to fight to get a replacement that they advertise! A joke of a company I will never buy another thing from them my first purchase will be my last!! Hopefully this will save some other ******* from losing their money and product

      I purchased a cordless vacuum from Dyson and within 6 months the battery went out and two other parts broke. They said all the parts weren't in stock but it would be within 2 weeks. THREE MONTHS LATER I got an email that the battery was back in stock but they did nothing to send it to me. I had to completely restart the customer service conversation, which took HOURS, to re-explain the issue and go through all the hoops they made me jump through to verify that the battery didn't work. It was like there was no record of my previous conversations. I was also lucky that the part came in before my warranty expired, because if they had waited longer for the part to come in they would have charged me for it. Their customer service is unhelpful and worthless. They are allegedly sending me the battery now but I have no updates on the other two parts and am not holding my breath. They refused to replace the whole vacuum even though so many pieces are broken on it. And they refused to refund my money even though I have a warranty on the vacuum.I will never be making another Dyson purchase again.

      Dyson V12 is the worst vacuum to own. The batteries do not last long what so ever. I even purchased another battery and still they do not last long at all. I will be looking for a new vacuum very soon. I

      We ordered something with a coupon that added an attachment. They cancelled the order, and sent us something without the benefit of the coupon. They accepted our return of the item, saying they would issue a refund but they didn’t within the 14 business day window. We requested a chargeback through our bank.
      If you think this won’t happen to you, think again. Just read a handful more reviews. The customer service is really bad.

      Airwrap hair dryer died repeatedly in the first 15 months of use. Return process is tedious and no answer in sight. We just returned the hair dryer...we shall see.

      I can't believe how they do not stand by their return policy. I purchased 2 roller brushes for my cordless Dyson V10 animal vacuum. I did not realize it was the wrong part. So I called them. They emailed me 2 separate UPS labels for return which I did use One for each roller. I have copies of the delivery that both were delivered on the same day. I was refunded one roller only the next day. I have chatted over 3 times and sent copies of the returns and confirmations. They say they can't find the 2nd roller. I do not know what happened to the 2nd roller after UPS delivered it. This all happened at the end of August. Within their 30 day return policy. I even called them and the clerk just laughed and said they never received the part. That is not my problem. They lost it. They owe me my money. I will never recommend Dyson again and sending a complaint to the BBB.

      Received an air wrap for a birthday gift and it stopped working on the 7th use less than 2 weeks later. I registered it the first day as I was excited to have such an expensive gift. My husband purchased it on ****** for $600. I notified Dyson the day it failed, and they told me I would be getting a new one once they verified the purchase. That was 2 months ago. Every time I Call in, they state "This has been escalated to the research team and you need to check in ***** hours". SO, I wait, check in again, told the same. I have now checked in (4) times only to be told the same thing over and over. I really didn't want to return it to ****** but now I don't think I have a choice. There is no sense of urgency on Dyson's behalf to resolving my case. DON'T BUY IT - DON'T!!

      How does this company not see its reviews at its Headquarters in *********. Dyson has the absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with and every review literally agrees. 0 Stars for sure.
