      I purchased the Dyson hair straightener in April 2022. The battery has only been lasting about 2 minutes and dies. This has been going on since December 2022.This is unacceptable! How is $600 product just stop working?! I spoke with customer service and they could barely speak English and are located in ***************. *** ***** refused to transfer me to the manager and stated she holds the highest position at DysonWhat a shame for such an expensive company to have such a poor customer service!

      Do not buy from this company! I have been dealing with them for 2 months now as my vacuum (still under warranty) doesn't work and I keep getting the run around - they either don't email me back or when I call, and I have called 4 times now, they say they are sending me a box to send back my vacuum before they will replace mine. Well 2 months later still no box! when I call they keep changing their story - I called yesterday again and got the same thing. They have told me I am getting a refurbished vacuum and then when I call again they say I am getting a new one and then when i called again we are back to getting a refurbished one - STILL NO VACCUUM! and they say they will email me with details of next steps - these emails never come. STAY AWAY FROM DYSON! ZERO STARS

      horrible customer service. They did not offer me a way to fix my hair dryer and no exchange either because of no receipt. Hair drying overheated and I have heard multiple complaints about the same issue.

      Worst customer service in the world!! Will not refund my $138.00 from a part I ordered which they told me would fix the issue. I returned it they received it they email me a reference number, I have tracking code. They keep saying 72 hours you will see your refund, after a hour on hold, been waiting 2 months. Cant reach a supervisor to talk to. Had to call credit card company to file a complaint. ZERO STARS

      I have bought several Dysons in the past. I bought my last one in August. My new cordless vacuum worked until it got plugged up after 2 uses. Because I didnt have a receipt or my machine did not have a number they wanted they were not willing to help me with my defective vacuum. Used twice. I called ****** and they were very helpful and is sending someone to pick it up tomorrow. Dyson did not care because they could not find a match in their computer. Terrible service

      Warranty doesn't exist. My carpet head attachment broke after less than 6 weeks of use. Dyson pushed me off for weeks saying the attachment was out of stock, but kept wanting to send me a new machine. I refused, I do not need a new machine (or a refurbished one), it is inconvenient and will cost me money to travel to a *** store as I am in a remote place in ******. All I want is a replacement head, which is in the warranty and they want me to take a day off work to travel 4 hours to have *** box up an item to be without a vacuum for weeks. This is not an acceptable solution and instead I have purchased the replacement head from ******, who amazingly have it in stock. This is my first and last dyson purchase, this product is junk, the warranty is junk, and the customer service is fake and terrible. What I would like now is my 600 dollars back so I can buy a vacuum that isn't a piece of junk. I'm glad I kept my 10 year old shark, I will need it.

      This is truthfully, the worst company that Ive ever had to deal with. If I could give them zero stars, I would I purchased the original vacuum in January and by February, it broke. When I contacted Dyson to ask for my money back, they would not grant us that because it was over the 30 day threshold. They did replace the vacuum. The replacement broke Within three months and when I called to complain, they sent us a brand new model which Ive now had for two months and it no longer works. When I contacted Dyson to get this sorted out they said that they cannot find my account where any purchases were made. I would not recommend Dyson to my worst enemy and I will never purchase from them again. They are a trash company, trash service.

      I bought the Dyson *** 5 back on August 2024, the vacuum itself was okay. Its super heavy and the charge doesnt last as long as they promise. Its not worth the money in my opinion. I returned this vacuum back to dyson a few days after receiving it and since then they have been h*** to work with. Im still waiting for my refund. This is actually the second time they do something like this to me, the first time took 6 months for them to refund me my money. This is the only business that I know of that acknowledges that they receive the item and does not refund the client right away. Total nightmare, if you want to try dyson, do not buy directly from them.

      TERRIBLE customer service. Fan HP01 still (barely under warranty), installed new filter, would not reset after attempting using multiple different instructions. Tried going on app "this product is not compatible with the app", THE PRODUCT IS ONLY 2 YEARS OLD. Was told by someone on convoluted customer service automated message I would get call back. Did not. I have had zero luck in reaching ANYONE to tell me what to do about this problem. For a company that charges the inflated prices they charge, it is unbelievable that their **************** is literally non existent. You absolutely cannot speak to a human that has any interest in helping. I will NEVER buy another Dyson product. I would give them zero stars if I could.

      Bought the Dyson v15. The vacuum broke after a couple months of purchase. We reached out to Dyson, and they told us they would send us a replacement, however after many months of waiting, we still have not received anything. When we reach out to them, we get no response, they will not reply. The product was good when it worked, however the customer service is absolutely horrible! Just based off that alone I would not recommend this company
