The most crooked, shady phone company ever. THEY WILL ROB YOU AND LAUGH ABOUT IT. Worst company ever, don't hold up their ends of contracts, charge you way more than stated with no reason behind it, won't replace or upgrade devices even under insurance and contract. So many more terrible things they've done in 2 years, and still are trying to after my contract ended and I am paid up. Still trying to get more money from me and have no explanation for it. DO NOT USE US CELLULAR.

I am very disappointed with the free phone offer. The ** and other ads do not inform the public that they must have a certain plan or above and a smartphone =>$250 as trade-in until you try to upgrade your phone as a current customer.Since my ******* Galaxy S9 isn't worth anything leaving me with no phone to trade in, I was told that I qualified only for $600 off the price of the ******* ************* 4 and would have payments of $33 or $36 per mon on top of the $70 plan + tax, fees, insurance, etc. This would put my monthly phone bill over $100 per month (ridiculous!!!), so I told the customer service man, who kept trying to justify the company's offer, that I would just keep my "worthless" perfectly fine paid off phone that still looks like new and works just fine. I'd switch companies, but they don't have good service in the country.

Absolutely worst company ever. How I have stayed for over 10 years is beyond me. They will lie to get you in the store, lied about the services I would receive, want me to pay $210 for internet service that was absolute garbage after my son downloaded just one game, etc.asked to speak to a manager and never got a call back. Cancelled everything. Just ridiculous how they scam hard working loyal customers. I do not recommend this company to anyone ever

A week ago i transferred my service from Tmobile to US cellular and this was a big mistake. ******* when i was called up said here is the prepaid choices since i brought my own phones in. I was supposed to have the $30 per month per line, and ******* signed me up for billing on a regular basis. Got a bill in the mail for way over 100 dollars. So ******* lied and put me on a regular plan not prepaid like it was supposed to be. That rep should be fired, and thats illegal to put me on a plan that i did not agree to. so everyone be aware of them and double check that they are not gonna rip you off like they done to me. let alone on another issue. I was transferred 4 times and on hold for many minutes.

DO NOT GET USCELLULAR INTERNET:(unless you use very little of it).I signed up for USCellular Internet on 10/29/22.They gave us 16 days to try the service which is not enough time to discover how bad the service actually is. Turns out that you actually have 16 days to return the router. Beyond that point, if you choose to cancel the service, you cannot return the router. You are required to buy it for $239.76! How the service works: you get 300 GB at 5G (which you cant get in this town, but it works well). Once you pass 300 GB you get kicked down to 4G. I was told we would be able to do everything we normally do on 4G as on 5G. That was not the case, as service quality dropped significantly, and our devices were loading everything at a crawling pace. Speed test results were as low as .1 Mbps and as high as .9 Mbps download!!So we called up this morning to cancel the service only to discover that they were going to force us to purchase a dead horse (the router). Like it or not.

US Cellular marketing is deceptive and misleading. After seeing their ads and receiving text messages I went to get a new phone. Text message from US cellular and I quote " US Cellular:We heard you: ALL customers should get rewarded. So now you can get any phone you want for free. Choose from any size, any color or brand. Terms apply. I discovered you only get a free phone if you trade in an I phone 12 or 13 in excellent condition to get a new I phone 14. How do they get away with this? Cost almost $500 to upgrade to I phone 14 so how was this free? My I phone 11 was working but was having recurring problems with dropped calls, poor reception. Staff at the store told me others were having similar problems since the last update. Their recommendation was to buy a new phone. So their update caused my phone to not work as well and I have to buy a new phone. Great customer service. NOT!!!
