      Us cellular goes through employees quickly and none of them know a thing about what theyre selling or ordering for customers. I was told an accessory would be free for my new phone due to a deal they had going and my bill went from $350 for 4 phones to $450 for accessories plus activation. I also had internet through us cell, it didnt work worth a rip in my small ranch home it was slow and it ran my phone bill up also. I canceled internet and they proceeded to charge me for it for months until I noticed it on my bill., when I contacted them about it they said Id have to bring the router in in order to have any kind of credits applied talk about gas lighting.

      Horrible horrible company. We were sold new service based on general fictitious service area coverage maps in our area only to find out that there are detailed maps showing no service in our area. How can a company get by with this??After trying to cancel service for our multiple numbers, we were told that some of the numbers didn't port out and we continued to be charged for service we weren't even using.After finally getting it officially cancelled in their system, they would not give us any credits even though we weren't using their towers and not to mention, after all those years of no service at our home! Another example of the public getting bullied by big companies.

      TERRIBLE. -100 FOR service. They claim 5G, but even deliver 1 bar. ABSOLUTELY TERRRIBLE. There should be a class action suit to reclaim our monthly fees for the past 3 years.

      We were told by the *** in the store ,after paying off 2phones and the balance on account that the account was cancelled and the only thing we would still be charged for is the home internet service. That was a lie. This is the Joplin mo store on rangeline. The ***, *****, did not give us the customer service number nor say we needed to call to have the phones taken off the account. At todays visit, she finally had her manager come out ,who reiterated the info wed already been given by her today. Mind you, our account had been paid off since sept 4th,2024. *****, the ***, stood against the wall behind her manager and portrayed herself as snobby. Over it. Over this company. If you cant do something, provide the customer with all of the information. And if youre going to have a holier than thou attitude, perhaps customer service isnt for you.

      **************** is good when you get a person but the random charges that show up and without any options have caused me a lot of problems, not to mention they have made it difficult to cancel which can be a big problem for people without a lot of time to deal with it. Not to mention service has gotten worse over the last few years

      US Cellular has the worst service I have ever had in my life. At first I thought I had a bad phone but after receiving a new one and having the same issues, it has to be US Cellular. Failed calls, cutting out to the point that you can not understand people, customer service is terrible, this service even cuts out when people are calling me. **************** even told me that it was probably their service so they are aware of their service having issues. Paying almost ***** for a phone and the service not working is totally unacceptable. In all reality, I should have a refund for all of the months that I have had this phone. .

      I hate US cellular its literally the worst phone service company Ive ever been with AND somehow twice as expensive too. I wish I never agreed to do 2 years with them lol worst decision ever.

      Too expensive for 2 phones and **** internet that doesn't work 90% of the time network is always unstable or just never works the home internet is pointless

      So I have been with us cellular for a long time. I got a bill for for over ****** dollars. They said I had made calls international. You talking about ****** I was . I have never made calls international. So when I called them they said I had. So it's my word against there's. So needless to say they was gonna cut my phone if I didn't pay it. So I had to pay for something I didn't do. When my phone is paid off which I gonna do asap they will lose me and my husband and anyone else, I can get to change from there lousy service. Stop ripping people off.

      I switch from US Cellular approximately a year ago as their prices became outrageous. I paid off my phones through cards given to me by the new company but still owed for the last month of service. However, since i was no longer their customer I was locked out of my online account. And whenever I called to make payments over the phone they would charge me $7.00. And I would check my mail and they were not sending me a bill. So Im thinking...maybe they are just not worried about the last little bit I owe. Well, then I started getting getting phone calls from Credence. A bill collector. Seriously!! If i still had access to my account my bill would have been paid by now. Or at least been sent a bill. This is a pretty s***** thing to do. I will never go back!
