      Going on 20 years customer. Being charged for a device installment for a tablet that was purchased used from an individual and not on the device installment finance plan. I am now being charged an additional ****** for a device that was purchased outright and not from US Cellular. Have went round and round with customer service and the store directly. Still no resolution.

      I have been with us cellular since 1999,earlier this year in January I spoke to an agent who suggested that I upgrade the phones on my 3 line plan,the agent informed me of a promotion that would allow me to upgrade all 3 phones at NO COST AND WITHOUT ANY TRADE IN'S,I asked many questions to insure that there would not be any surprise charges that would significantly increase my monthly bill,after the agent did everything necessary on their end,I was informed that my bill would be 215.38$ every month,this meant an increase of about 35$ per month,I informed the agent that 215$ would be the absolute maximum amount that would keep me within my monthly phone bill budget,the agent adamantly assured me that with my current plan of literally unlimited EVERYTHING,all costs,insurance,taxes,etc,that my bill would not exceed our agreed upon monthly rate,ALMOST 9 MONTHS LATER,I have had to call us cellular MULTIPLE TIMES EVERY SINGLE MONTH,to have my bill adjusted because it was substantially higher than the amount that the us cellular agent had guaranteed me,and by substantially I mean anywhere from 450$ to 769$ !!!,generally the agents I would speak with were happy to help but out of the many calls made,I was very close to leaving and purchasing my cell phone service elsewhere because a couple of agents actually told me that "it"(their computer system)"says that is what you owe and if you don't pay it we will be turning off your phone service".Needless to say,after going through this for ALMOST A YEAR!,I am tired of this and reporting it to the BBB,I feel that I have given them more than ample time to correct whatever issue or issues that are causing this to happen every month,if I do not get any results from the BBB I will be sharing this problem with national news media and through all avenues of social media as well.

      Sign up for Internet that they tell you is unlimited and then use the internet and when you use too much they turn your internet off and then extort you to pay for a higher package with more unlimited internet, I love being extorted.......

      Very poor customer service, they over charge for services you don't receive and when you complain they will tell you charges are legitimate. They charged me hundreds of dollars for global roaming when I was right here at home in my home calling area. They are unresponsive to customers needs and really bad choice for a mobile carrier

      Was on the phone for 45 minutes with 2 different people from customer service/tech support. Neither one knew what they were doing or could help me. Couldn't even understand the second one. Barely spoke English. Both had very loud talking and noises in the background. Family members from the sound of it. Waste of my time and I STILL have no internet!! Paying how much a month for service and it doesn't work and no one in their customers service/tech support can help because they don't know what they're doing!! Time to get rid of US Cellular ! They are a useless Waste of my time and money!!

      I am trying get phone service and customer service has order my **** card 2 weeks ago and still not here and then after called them back they are saying well we will call you back in a hour to see what's going on no call yet. Very disappointed

      I did not have service with no apparent service outages for 6 months. I contacted support they told me that there were no problems with their service and I needed to go have my phone fixed. I went into store and they gave me a esim on the phone. The phone still would not work. I took it to a recommend repair shop. The shop did a diagnostic and said the service will not recognize either my Sim or esim the had added. I went back and called several other times they kept saying they could not fix it or change my phone I have had service with them over 20 years.

      If you want to have a bill that is different every month, US Cellular is the company for you! Want a promotion for 50% off an Apple Watch? Great! We will bill you for it monthly and not apply the promotion so you are actually just paying the full price, and then when your bill is higher than it should be and your autopay cap maxes out, we will take away your autopay discounts and charge you late fees because your bill wasn't paid on time (because we over charged you). But if your still not convinced, give US Cellular a try if you LOVE calling customer service several times a year to talk to people who cannot help you and after about 40 minutes get a condescending manager who either talks in circles or straight up tries to gaslight you. If you're bored and want some drama in your life, US Cellular is the company for you!!!

      was lied to about the internet being a rental and when I went to move to a new apartments I went to call and cancel due to not needing the service and they said that the equipment wasn't a rental and that it's my fault for not reading the contract I've tried with retention and stores but each one says I should have seen the contract even though I was just listening to what the employee was saying and signed it with no knowledge that it wasn't a rental

      USCELLULAR still charges you when you don't have service working. After 20+ years, I cancelled my service due to continually not getting network service and they charged me anyway and then they refused to prorate my final bill even though I had to cancel four days into my billing cycle. The customer service representative (*******) that I spoke to was very rude and was unaware of how I can report complaints or provide feedback. How can a representative not know that information? Fortunately I don't mind researching different avenues to communicate bad service about a business. Please stay away from US Cellular because they are scammers and will rip you off.
