      i WENT IN TO GET A PHOTO MADE i WAS GOING TO OREDER FRAME FOR IT ALSO BUT THE RED HEADED LITTLE BITCHY PUNKY KID REFUSED TO HELP ME. SHE WAS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. i WENT TO PHARMACY TO GET THEM TO ***** A MANAGER AND THEY WOULD NOT EVEN TALK TO ME. I HOPE ALL THE WALGREENS GO OUT OF BUSINESS. THEY YOUNG PUNKY GIRL NEEDS TO BE FIRED. yOU USE TO HAVE A ******* THAT WAS MANAGER. tHEY REFUSED TO LET ME TALK TO HER. i WANT ALL THE WLAGREENS OUT OF BUSINESS. YOU ALL NEED TO GO BROKE. I AM A VETERAN AND DONT APPRECIATE BEING MISTREATED.

      Every month I get a certain prescription and every month it has to be either ordered or it's delayed or have to call over and over for it to get filled this is a constant pain and then when they tell me it's going to be ready it is not ready I get all my other scripts mail ordered if I can get this one through the mail I would Walgreens

      Just last night I was waiting for the lightrail and some drugged out/FENTANYL attic POS had the nerve to walk up on me while I was just sitting there and I have to turn my back and start defending myself dude acted like he had a gun so I went inside and let security know what just happened and his this guy threatened me I went in there to make sure ir he indeed have a gun that if he was gunna intend to use it there better be a security guard to be ready to handle these situations because I am done with this just waiting to go home and I have to deal with people who are out of their f****** mind if he wanted to shoot me just do it since you're so evil I had my bear spray the whole time ready to react already in my right hand so if he wanted to shoot he should've done it kept running his mouth and even after that the security guard still let him back in the store Downtown ****** is ruined they allow these type of people to run downtown all smoking ******** and the Mayor allows this to go on the ************************ never is gunna make a change they let them ruin these streets **************** Walgreens need to be shut down take a good look outside and see why People trying to take the lightrail home to get where they need to go are gunny have to deal with this way more often then normal and im done going down there and wasting money in businesses that dont give a s*** about people who need to be protected by ************* like the one who just randomly walked up behind me last night hope that dude burns in h***

      I am a counselor with the Missouri SHIP program. A client came to my office concerned that he was overcharged for his prescription. I waited with him until 2 PM to call the local ************************************, as that is when the pharmacy reopens after lunch. After a 20-minute hold, a staff member answered. I began explaining who I was and asked whether Walgreens bills MO ******************** as secondary after ******** Part D. The call was abruptly disconnected.I called back and asked to speak with the manager. ******* answered, said shed transfer me to the pharmacy, and placed me on hold. A different employee picked up; when I asked for *******, she said ******* was in the pharmacy. I was placed on hold again and then connected with ******, who I had to re-explain everything to. I provided the clients name and **********. ****** said the claim was processed through both Part D and ********* and the copay was $4.90. I explained this amount indicated **** hadnt covered its 50%, and that the client should owe only $2.45. ****** insisted he could "do the math" and was dismissive.The client later visited the store with his receipt and ID and was told by staff that "the woman who called tied up the phone lines." He corrected them, explaining he was present during the call and it was Walgreens who placed us on hold. Another staff member rudely asked for his insurance cards again, despite him previously providing them. Frustrated, he mirrored their attitude and voiced his concerns publicly.This incident highlights a need for retraining at this store, particularly regarding **** and customer service. Its not the first such report Ive heard, and in a small community, these issues quickly damage reputations.

      I am filing this review because recently 5/9/2025 a woman worker was very rude to me in the Walgreens store. She delivered poor customer service which is customary of all the employees at that particular Walgreens located at ***************************************************************************This cashier happened to be black and after 3 attempts to make an EBT CARD purchase, which finally I was able to do, I made a statement to the cashier as I was in the store too long, that the management should perhaps PLACE A SIGN INDICATING SYSTEM ISSUES to ALERT THE CUSTOMER TO NOT USE *** to make a purchase. That is what the manager claimed, he said he couldn't fix the issue . I spent about 40 minutes in the store for what should have been only a 20 minutes visit. After I made my statement, the cashier woman started to curse me out as I began to leave and started badmouthing me whom she doesn't know to other customers she was serving in the ********************** , in the middle of the afternoon at 2:30 P.M. ! I was completely appalled.

      Pharmacist seems very confused. Only gave me 4 pens of insulin, when I normally get 9. They never answer the phone and it's always a hassle to get Prescriptions filled. You have to go there and literally wait for a very long time to get your Prescriptions. I have seen the Pharmacist put pills in a bag, take them back out then put different pills in the bag. I am very concerned that someone could end up getting the wrong Prescription, which could be a horrible outcome. This is for the Walgreens Pharmacy at ********************************************************************.

      The pharmacist refused to issue a prescribed medication, offering no rationale, or explanation. I have been receiving this medication for years, and it it prescribed to me from my doctor *** understands my medical condition. This is the third time this has happened and it is dangerous for the pharmacist to do.
