App told me script was ready but when I arrived, was told tomorrow. Drove 20 miles for pickup. Script had gone to warehouse. Whoever runs the app should get the communication and delivery synced.

A product was listed with its price and a note indicating "FSA eligible," but when it was rung up at the register, the receipt did not show "FSA." I asked the manager for such a corrected receipt and was told that it was not possible because the discrepancy was due to the Walgreens central system of price labels, and no correction could be made at the store. The manager was not responsive to my complaint, and indeed didn't seem to grasp that this is effectively, if unintentionally, a 'bait and switch.' I returned the item for a refund: a disappointing experience in a store that's usually fairly good. I still have both the till receipt and a photograph in the inaccurate label.

Went to the Walgreens on sequoia in ********** to pick up pictures we had printed. They were printed but the manager would not let us purchase them because we bought them from. ****. We showed her the proof of purchase and the email that we could print them at Walgreens. She still would not and told us to go to staples. She was not only very rude but also sick and coughed in our faces. This is not our first bad experience with that store or manager. I will not use Walgreens any longer. I stopped using the pharmacy there because it was so understaffed it took 2 days to fill prescriptions. We are done with Walgreens

Went to Walgreens in **********, ** to get a UK passport photo for my daughter, who is a UK citizen. Before getting the photo, I asked them to verify that they would take the photo in accordance to UK passport standards, and they confirmed that they would do this. However, when I got home and looked at the passport photos, they were completely wrong - the photos are supposed to show the head and upper body, but these only showed from the neck up! These wouldn't pass muster for any passport! So angry that they lied about being able to take UK passport photos properly. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!

I came up to pick up my prescriptions that I was sent and email they were ready. So my husband was with me waiting to get his and they made us wait because this lady at the window had a problem. They should have finished with us instead of stopping us to help the other customer. Worst customer service and it's like this all the time. I have never went there without a problem. Get your act together walgreens. Your the worst

One employee followed my girlfriend and I around the store for the first five minutes we were there.when we asked her why she said we couldn't afford the six items we had in the cart.she was very rude and offensive with accusations that we were attempting to steal.

4905 e irlo. This store is highly understaffed with under qualified employees. The pharmacy technicians are incompetent. It should not take 25 minutes if there is only one person in front of me at pick up to pick up my medication. In these situations, you need to be a delegator if you are going to run a business. The pharmacist that is there is the pharmacist in charge. She verifies prescriptions answers the phone and does many things, but if there is a huge line at pick up and at that point there was about 10 people behind me. Someone should have been delegated to come from the production line to assist at pick up or the pharmacist. Can't even take a few minutes to at least help one to two people There is a pregnant girl in the pharmacy that is absolutely horrendous with her attitude and professionalism while working in a pharmacy She should have her technician license revoked

I had a package shipped to this store via ***** on site. The package was delivered but when I went to pick it up I was informed the store manager had requested that the ***** driver mark it as undeliverable and return it to the sender. The reason is that they created a store policy that ***** on site packages have to also include the customers home address. This is a policy unique to this store, as far as I can tell, and not shared by ***** or Walgreens as a whole. It is not listed anywhere that I have been able to find at the time of this review. In my case this is mostly a disappointing inconvenience but some packages are time sensitive and thats why people use the service of ***** on site. If you offer a service you cannot make it impossible to use. Im out 100 dollars on shipping because this store manager made up a policy to avoid work. The workers complained the whole time I was there about disliking providing this service.
