      Went to Walgreens Pharmacy at 545 pm they are supposed to close at 600pm and they were already closed WTF? WHY i was there before 6pm and all locked up and no one in the Pharmacy TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...

      My local walgreens at ******************************************************** is selling a 20pk ******** cigars for $9.64. The going rate around here as well as anywhere in ** I've seen is $2-3. This is an egregious example of predatory price gouging and, in economic principle terms a certain degree of 'trapped market pricing'.Two reviews I've sent to them have been unanswered.       ******** example of large corporations allowed to run over consumers without a care in the world. Profits over people all day at this place. Not just my local branch but practically any Walgreens I visit treats me horribly. They have handled my medication improperly, mixing up dosages, causing dangerous symptoms to arise. The customer care is non-existent. Just today, I sat in line at the drive through for 41 minutes in a line that should never have taken more than 20. I get up to the window at 1:30 on the dot and they slam a black poster board and "we're on break sign" up in my face without a single word. It's almost like a game to them. 45 minutes of my time to get very much need medication and they act like this. Even though the workers are horrid, you can hardly blame them when you know that there are CEOs at the top (who do absolutely nothing, mind you) buying their second private jet. Profits over people. We were all absolutely ridiculous to assume we'd get any form of care from a corporation. I'll pick up my final prescription and vow to never step foot in a Walgreens ever again.

      A family member went to get an updated measles vaccine as he had his as a child in 1964 getting the killed vaccine. The pharmacist told him that was a *********** need the shot

      You can get a better pharmacy experience at CVS, and you can get cheaper groceries at the gas station. if you dont want your business to fail, maybe accommodate to the people you are serving.

      On Saturday, April 4, 2025 went to the Walgreens on 9mile and ****** at the clerk was so nasty. She called me illiterate and stupid because I didnt understand what the sign said. I said two cases of pop at 10:99 did not say each it said two cases at 10:99 and one case Free while she was overcharged, my sister, she was charging her for six cases so I asked her to explain what was going on. She said reading is fundamental go back to school and learn how to read and youll understand the sign. She said I was illiterate and couldnt read or add. I have a picture of little lady. She was very very tacky. I tried to reach out to the manager and Saturday and Sunday and and Monday, April 7, **************************** back. I even left a message at the headquarters and nothing has been done. This is how they treat customers. This is sad and unacceptable. I am far from stupid far from dumb and I do know how to read and write and I will it like a verbal apology and possibly a monetary for my aggravation and hurt. This is unacceptable of employees.

      Holy Spam! I ordered photos online from Walgreens and I cannot get off their infernal mailing list! I've unsubscribed, I've marked as spam, I've reported them to their own fraud line, and I've tried their nonresponsive customer service. Like isn't it a federal requirement that to remove an email address from your list upon request? I get multiple emails a day and it's driving me insane. If I hated you, I'd order things from Walgreens in your name, but instead I reserve all my loathing for Walgreens.

      Walgreen in *******, ********. I have had multiple spinal surgeries and I take ********* for pain and they shorted me 46 pills and basically said they did inventory and they gave me the right amount. So they are calling me a liar! I said no someone put them in their pocket! Just wanted to warn people to count their meds! I will never go back there and I am taking my parents out of there as well and I am spreading the word about them! They don't deserve one star but I had to choose one.

      To Whom It May Concern:Hello, I am a retired disabled veteran and due to my service-related injuries, I suffer with chronic pain.I am taking this opportunity to address an experience I had with your pharmacist at your Walgreens located at *************************************. Due to my chronic pain, I am seen by a *************** Specialist and my medication is mailed order to me by the ****************** pharmacy. I don't understand why I can't get this prescription filled at my local Walgreens, but that's a story for another time.I am prescribed morphine, and my medication was delayed 19 days after it was due to be delivered. I was completely out, and was rushed to the emergency room, twice. On March 11, 2025, I was taken by ambulance to the emergency room, your pharmacist worked with my *************** Specialist and medical insurer for a bridge prescription. She waited after business hours for my daughter to pick the prescription up. I returned to the emergency room via ambulance on March 19, 2025, and again your pharmacist worked diligently ensuring I received another bridge prescription before I left the hospital.I want Walgreens to know how grateful I am to have met such a caring professional. She went above my expectations and was so modest that she would not give me her name. I could only describe her as a woman of color with an accent. I truly dont have the words to express my gratitude.Thank you from a veteran
