      Rude as f*** The pharmacist was even worse than the staff. Teays valley sucked the worse following *******. The pharmacy ast like they are doing you a favor

      Takes 4 days to get a new prescription filled. You can't talk to anyone , your on hold for 45 min and then disconnected. Rude employess for the most part. Switching everything...just glad I dint need to order oxygen **** them , you woukd die waiting.

      I had just went to Walgreens on ****************** and ******** to the Prescription Drive thru and had the BEST experience! The **************** Representative was *******. She was so pleasant and worked out 2 things for me with a smile. I just wanted to recognize her and say that it was so appreciated and did not go unnoticed! Great asset to your company as I go there all the time and she really stood out!!

      If I could give 0 I would. The pharmacy is the worst I've ever seen. Poor management or need to hire more people. Wait time is 45 minutes or longer. Drive through today was ridiculous. The lady inside the pharmacy told me they couldn't get my antibiotics ready because they had 180 prescriptions to fill. I still haven't gotten my meds after 3 hours. As a Senior citizen, this is tough.

      I have been going to the Walgreens on ******************** since 2015, and it has been terrible, the pharmacy is very slow, and in my opinion incompetent, including the Pharmacists, the upper management of Walgreens should go to this location and make major changes to the pharmacy

      This is the worst pharmacy, refills are a ****** every time. Calls are transferred to a recording that says the office is now closed, Call back over and over, and get same run around.How can this poor performance be allowed to continue?******, ** store on ******* is terrible.Online service telephone number is not any better.

      I recieved a flu shot from Walgreens and was charged and my insurance was charged. I didn't find out until I filed a claim with Caremark. After verification that both of us was charged I came to Walgreens with proof of the double charge. The kid at the pharmacy told me I would have to go through retrobilling, they sent my info to retrobilling I haven't heard anything in 2 weeks. I try to contact there offices last week it turned into a run around scam. I'm going to keep finding different way to dispute this. I find it ridiculous how there employee made a confuse and don't want to reimburse me what they have taken. I've never had a issue at a Walgreens but this here is very poor service on there part.

      Worst company to work for does not adhere to the *** act ************** at the woodland office are terrible and how they treat their workers is unacceptable and unjustifiable. Ive seen several hard work employees get fired for the most ridiculous things and for no reason whatsoever something has to be done about the way they run business there

      About 2 weeks ago I bring a new prescription with a new dosage and direction to the pharmacy. Mind you I've been going here for 25+ years. There is a new pharmacist ************* who laughed at me when I gave him the script saying it was filled 2 weeks prior however my ********* to switch the dosage and direction on it. As I explained this to him he got aggravated with me and refused to fill it. The pharmacist has only been there for a month and already making me feel ashamed and embarrassed. So I had an appointment with my Dr and he asked how the new medication is working I explained to him about the pharmacist and my Dr was quite upset because I was supposed to start it 2 weeks prior. ************* is the reason why I moved all my medications to CVS pharmacy and will no longer be giving ********* my loyal business. Until ************* is reprimanded and knows of his consequences and how he made me not leave the couch for 2 weeks due to my medications.... He needs to be stopped and treating patients like this.
