      Cumbersome to get completely average prescriptions filled even with refills. I just cant anymore.

      I wish Walgreens was like cvs where cvs lets you know the side effects of the medicine you are taking and also tell u Tj take *********** in morning night or evening when it says 2x a day. Hate that I have to go to Walgreens for my medicine because like I said they dont tell u the side effects of the medicine in the paper they give u stating the color and object of the pill.

      After 4 months of them telling me it is against company policy to call a doctor's ****** about a refill..(because strength *** inventory were different,but they would not tell me qhat they did have in stock so I cpuld tell me doc, they said, oh yeah, i can call him. I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT A MEDICALLY NECESSARY MEDICATION FOR 4 MONTHS.. because the pharmacist refused to make a phone call to my DOCTOR?? they have repeatedly told me i have no refills. When I finally get a pharmacist willing to read my history and see that Walgreens DID NOT FULLY FILL MY SCRIPT, she finds I have a full script minus 7 pills they gave me before. It took her >2 minutes to see this. No other pharmacist bothered. My insurance ONLY allows me to use Walgreens and they constantly refuse to refill my scripts out of laziness.

      Your Pharmacy ***** no longer get notified for refills pharmacy closed at 6pm says open till 9 different pharmacists every time i am there i am afraid i will get the wrong prescription some time.

      **************** in the pharmacy today was totally poor. The person ringing up my meds refused to use my prescription discount that I had on file. They only wanted to run my insurance which would have cost me a lot more than what the prescription discount card would have, and when I complained, I suddenly was accused of being the bad guy and being rude the manager **** said she heard the whole conversation and insisted I was rude instead of understanding what I was trying to ask for, the severely need to be retrained on proper customer service

      I dont know what it takes to cite a pharmacy for not doing their jobs and leaving patients without their prescriptions filled, but someone needs to take the case of Walgreens on ********* in Kingwood. If a pharmacy can be this neglectful and cause patients not to have prescriptions they need, then the whole system of patient care collapses. And I still dont have mine after 3 phone calls.

      I use A store in Danville ** FOR THE SAME MEDS EVERY MONTH and it never fails I have to call the Corp.Office our store manager every month.just to find the status because you can't get A hold of them on the phone.I get told it will be ready by 11am tomorrow only to wait for three tomorrow to find out they haven't ordered it yet and my script is sent over by my doctor usually five days in advance. It's nothing to wait on hold on the phone for three hours. i wish you could give A NO STAR RATING

      Horrible customer service, specifically in *********** **. ********* , one of the pharmacy associates is rude and condescending to customers. Little professionalism or class. The new managerg is a joke.. Dared to tell me that the store is his! Really? Did you buy it. *******? Little manager with dreams of CEO. Such a huge change. Have been with the same pharmacy for the last 18 years and have never been treated so poorly. BAD MANAGEMENT IS EVIDENT *******. THE ONLY ONE THAT WAS KIND AND PROFESSIONAL WAS THE PHARMACIST *****. THANK YOU FOR YOUR AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HOPE THEY RECOGNize your value there. Please get rid of that crappy employee ********* !

      I have been using the same Walgreens on Quarterline and Apple for medications for 15 years. Lately, it doesnt matter what medication I ask them to fill, it is out of stock. I am so close to moving to a different pharmacy, its just something I did not want to do, something I might have to do. I only have a small window to request a refill from my doctor and then get it filled because the requirements from my insurance. Very disappointed at this point.

      The Walgreens ********************************************************* never answered a phone until you call the store manager you can hold on for hours and they won't answer the phone you can get the online Walgreens to call and they never answer their phone Walgreens ******************** need to be put out of business if they don't get people that answer the phone about their medication
