      Made an appt online for a vaccine. Waited 1 hour and asked what was going on. They said a few more minutes. 10 minutes later I got angry and walked out. I called the manager and he said a 1 hour wait was normal. Walked into another pharmacy, without an appointment, and was done in 15 mins. I will not be back.

      I made on line COVID vaccine, when I arrived at the pharmacy, they told me that they dont have any vaccine available, why cant they call, text or email me to inform me that???????? No more Walgreens for me!!!!!!!??

      Worst pharmacy out there. Went to pick up prescription, they said sorry its not going to be ready for another hour, go back an hour and 15 min later and they say sorry its going to be another 45 min. Like are you kidding me?! I called them to complain, because the medication Im waiting on is for my 11 month old in so much pain, the gal on the phone says sorry Im short staffed so if you know anyone looking for a job send them my way. I have 200 prescriptions waiting to be filled so all I can say is Im sorry. Are you kidding me right now? Thats exactly what she said. You do not say this to customers. End of discussion. Im finding a new pharmacy.

      Horrible customer service, always a line wrapped around the building and at least **** people deep inside the pharmacy. Either they are so short-staffed they cant manage their patient volume or so poorly trained they dont care to do anything to mitigate it. People need their medication in a timely efficient manner. This needs to be investigated.

      Reporting walgreen pharmacy on *********************** in ********** obute. I was bullied by a person that called himself a pharmacist but he refuse to provide me with his full name. So i got his first name from his lab coat *********. The are ineffective and have phobia of colored skin. I brought it to their attention after my son doctor called in his ADHD medication which as being sent to them for over a month. I have tried picking of the medication for over a month and each time I ask the waste my time and after waiting for almost an hour. The blamed it on computer. They are liar and they didnt like it when I brought the situation up to the attention of *******************************. He refused to give me the name of the assistant. After yelling and shouting at me for bring their phobia of colored skin to his attention. Rather than apologize he called the police office *****************. He advice me that it appeared they dont want me in their store. I need the walgreen head quarter to contact me to confirm his colored skin people are really not welcome In their store.

      I made an online appointment for a specific vaccine and Walgreens confirmed the appointment. When I arrived for my appointment **************************************** hand as well,. Walgreens did not have the vaccine on hand but conveniently had a more expensive vaccine on hand. Due to time restrictions, I took the more expensive option; however, Walgreens would not honor the price of original vaccine that we agreed upon when I scheduled the appointment. The employees were dismissive acting as if nothing were irregular. How does the law define bait and switch? Walgreens customer service responded with happy talk when I filed a complaint with them. Management failed to respond in writing. Wonder why. Needless to say, I won't go back to Walgreens.

      Three days ago, I had the same experience that I've been having all year at the ************************************************** Walgreens. If you go on their website the prices are lower than what they offer in the store. For instance, today I looked up hydrogen peroxide 32. oz. and it plainly stated without any caveats that the price was $1.29 (buy one get one 50% off). When I walked into the store the price was $2.79 . When I inquired, I was told that the lower price was for pick-*** or deliveries. No where on the website was this pricing discrepancy posted. I feel that Walgreens is discriminating against the elderly and disabled individuals. I called another Walgreens at ************************************************* and they quoted a price of $2.29 for Hydrogen Peroxide 32. oz. In some stores in town you can not use coupons unless you bring in your cell phone for scanning. Again, this discriminates against the poor. Another consumer deceiving scam is offering a senior day 20% off discount the first Tuesday of every month. However, many items are place on sale ( a 25 to ************* discount) thus making them ineligible for the 20% discount. No sale items receive the Senior Discount. This behavior seems like Bait and Switch and/or false advertising. I think that these issues need to be exposed especially in ever more difficult economic times. Also, I fear that this could become the standard across the country.

      I have been trying to get a prescription from Walgreens for 27 days. They tell me it's my insurance creating the problem. I called my insurance company and was told that Walgreens Pharmacy has to call them about a change.This has been like running around in a big circle. They sure do not care about the customers.I would not recommend using this Pharmacy. There are much better pharmacies out there!!

      Made an online appointment to get a COVID vaccine.Left work early and Filled out all the necessary paperwork only to arrive and I get told they do not have it available! Waste of my time and money Was able to get it at CVS because they are organized Will no longer shop at Walgreens
